We had a lovely lunch date today . Lovely food as always excellent service in lovely surroundings.

Staff were especially good with our daughter. Very welcoming for families with a good children's breakfast menu.

We enjoyed our meal at Cote especially as it was a meeting up with old friends from Australia. The meal was enjoyable although the chicken was a little dry.

It was as lovely as usual, food was good complimentary bottle of wine very acceptable. However, too many different staff asked if everything was ok, I think 5 different staff in the space of 30 mins! Not really moaning though, just a comment.

Service was extremely slow, we had to chase our drinks up as the start came before our drinks. Mains came out stone cold and they said they would cook us fresh dinner which came back within 5 min and was clearly reheated as all very dried out. Main point is the steak takes 20 min to cook and was back in 5 min. Asked the waitress to check if it was freshly cooked she said that it was. Clear lie as steak takes 20 min to cook. My breakfast was rock hard dried out. I visit this restaurant at least once a week I went here for dinner last night then lunch today both experiences were awful. Today’s meal was given in the house if I’m honest I would rather have a good experience and pay for it. I am so angry that the chief lied and said they cooked us another meal from fresh when it was so clear this wasn’t the case. I understand bad meals happen but 2 days in a row and then to be lied to is disgusting, that lie has now lost my custom which is very regular.

Food is normally excellent but today was slightly off its best.

All food was great - there was 6 of us and so tried a variety of different dishes - all were delicious. Staff were attentive. The one little thing was that we waited probably about 30 minutes between finishing our starters and receiving our main meals. The restaurant was very busy and we were having a chat so it didn't matter too much. We will definitely return.

I've not had a better tasting lobster, cooked to a good recipe. Service excellent, as it generally is here.

Service was really slow I had to ask for someone to service me. I asked for Evian they gave me Perrier water. I asked for peas no butter they came out with butter. I visited this restaurant on a regular basis and normally you are 5 star guess having a bad day. On a plus side the pretty blonde met and greet lady was lovely, friendly and also gave me free glass of bubbles for my birthday.

First class for value and service, as usual. An always reliable choice, in our view the best to be had at Bluewater. Some excellent July "specials" so we're looking forward to what's on offer in August.

Always a good place for breakfast but today the coffee was too watery, too light and just not the flat white we have had numerous times here. We sent it back and got exactly the same again! Clearly the person who is making it needs to know how to do it better, not do the same again!

Everything was superb,nice food, nice wine, (thank you) staff were 1st class. Would definitely recommend to friends / family. Very enjoyable evening.

Friendly, efficient service and good breakfast. Would prefer slightly bigger tables for 2 please as the table soon gets crowded with drinks, baskets of toast and food plates.

Very quiet, lacked any atmosphere, and although food was fine, I think it suffered a little from the lack of diners

Good food and excellent service. The only downside was that the combination of the lack of soft furnishings and high number of diners meant that the noise level was too high. The less that people could hear each other the more they raised their voices - self defeating!

We celebrated my wife’s 50th meal at cote bluewater. The team were committed to ensuring my wife was surprised by hiding our guest, Shannon made sure everything was set up well, as well as Monilea continuing to monitor our evening, Alessandro was our dedicated waiter for the evening and did a fantastic job ensuring accuracy and survive, the quality of the food was great as usual and well organised in its delivery. A wonderful evening and thank you to the whole team who made it a great evening for us

Absolutely wonderful- went here for my husband’s birthday- had welcome drinks and a Birthday dessert- staff were brilliant. Food is excellent- was definitely worth it.

The food was wonderful and the waiter was lovely but we asked for a few more minutes to look at the menu and it took 15 minutes to come back. When we were finished it took a long time to take plates away and we needed to call someone over to ask for the bill as we had been waiting a good half an hour with no one coming over to our table.

I’ve been going to Bluewater cote for years and the service and standards never disappoint. Great staff and good food at good value. Nickie and her colleagues are superb ! St Albans is also a great branch. They do everything just right.
