Côte Bluewater

The evening was brilliant due to the excellent food, cooked well and of a very good quality. All staff were very friendly but remained professional and very efficient at all times. A very enjoyable evening.

A absolutely relaxing and enjoyable dining experience a great way to end the year again. Fabulous food and first class service from start to finish.

The service was good although it took approximately 30 minutes for a waiter to take our dessert orders. Asides from that the overall experience was good.

This was our second New Year Celebration experience at Cote and have thoroughly enjoyed both and would highly recommend it.

Great service that we have experienced time and time again. Two of the coffee’s we ordered were washed out and tasted terrible, they were changed in a flash, we love the coffee in Cote’s.

Six of us had a lovely meal all different meals to a very high standard a excellent way to bring in the new year would highly recommend to anyone, first class service with great taste what more do you want.

Really enjoyed our meal tonight - couple of minor things- steaks were mixed up my medium was given to mum and mums well done was given to me .. once we realised we swapped and it was lovely. Steak was also peppered which I wasn’t expecting but again not a massive process as I took it off . Service was good not rushed but not slow . All in all a good experience and mum ate all her food which is very unusual! So good x

As ever, ideal ambience, quality food (though burger was unusually a little dry) brilliant service. A lovely way to end the season.

Brilliant! As usual Cote continues to deliver first class quality in service, food and value for money. Cote is our favourite restaurant wherever we go. Bluewater is one we visit most often but we have also been to St. Martin's Lane, Covent Garden, Chislehurst and Richmond and we are never disappointed. Thank you.

Had a work dinner today, and the food was absolutely amazing!!! I could not fault the service, the waiter was so friendly and accommodating. Atmosphere was lovely, we ordered start, main and dessert and we finished off our plates. We ordered individually pork belly, steak and beef Bourguignon, they were all so tender and the taste was second to none. If you want great food Cote is the place to go.

It was my wife and my 37th wedding anniversary yesterday and we were very touched that the young lady at reception had arranged for us to have a free celebratory Kir from Cote 👍😊 The only problem was it was added to the bill - so that was a bit embarrassing! 😳 The food was good as always, but our main criticism is that the service was unusually very slow! 😕 We had wanted much more time after the meal to finish some Christmas shopping but couldn’t fit it all in as the meal took over 2 hours! I think you were too short of waiting staff yesterday! The other criticism is that the acoustics in Bluewater are terrible - you can hardly hear yourself speak when there are parties of diners making a lot of noise! 😫 Maybe something to look into and improve?! Have been to several Cote restaurants in the past, the food is really good and I’ve never been disappointed. However, the service at Bluewater on Friday 27th December was very poor. It wasn’t that busy and we were sitting close to the bar but the staff just kept walking past ignoring us unless one of us actually called out for attention.

Fast and efficient service- as always. A warm welcome from staff.

When you book a table and offer a free drink stick to it, don’t put it on the bill later. We are regulars at Cote and kept finding this yesterday I don’t look at the bill was in a hurry,but noticed it later.

We went for Christmas breakfast which we have been doing for the last 4 years at cotes on Christmas Eve. The last couple of years though they have not had Christmas crackers On the tables which is disappointing but that does not take away from the lovely food and great service we always receive.

Excellent meal. Victoria was an attentive and helpful waitress. Great food good value

Booked a table for 11.00 for a surprise late breakfast with my Partner after a wander around Bluewater. Arrived at 10.30 and asked if we could be accommodated and a very sweet Receptionist immediately took us to a table for two in a quiet corner, as requested. Cote was particularly busy this morning and service was a little slow - but we didn't mind at all as we were 1/2 hour early anyway. Had Eggs Royale and Eggs Avocado, both of which were absolutely superb and beautifully presented. Ordered two Americain coffees with meal plus orange juices which didn't arrive and were subsequently cancelled. Toast and jams arrived and second coffee ordered which hadn't arrived by time we'd finished so were also cancelled, quite amiably, as we wished to depart and could see that staff were stretched. Receiving the bill we were advised that no coffees had been charged by way of recompense for slightly slow service under pressure. This gesture is typical of Cote who always acknowledge when things are not quite right and why we KEEP COMING BACK! Thank you Cote and stay as you are.

Good service and great food , good atmosphere. A regular at Christmas

We dine regularly at Cote Bluewater. Today was just as great as always. We were served by Victoria who is a charming young woman who is a credit to your company. Along with Andrea these are two stars of the business. Happy Christmas to all the team.

Service and food were both outstanding. Was served by Christopher who did a fantastic job as I was eating on my own. Christopher definitely deserves some recognition, great waiter.

Amazing service as always. Our waiter on the night was so lovely! I don’t know his name but he was so lovely!

Had a very enjoyable experience and was served by a very good waitor quite tall and slim looking not sure what his name was. But had excellent service by him as we were sat further back into the store this time towards the toilets. About 6:15pm was that time that I came with my parents to celebrate him passing an exam from work and an early xmas day meal as my dad would be away in turkey.

I like to try a different dish every time I visit Cote. This visit I tried the Haddock Parmentier. Unfortunately for me it wasn’t one of their best dishes. It was overly salty and it had a stringy quite raw vegetable in it. It wasn’t leek as per the description it was more like spinach. Anyway it wasn’t great so will be avoiding that in future. The eggs benedict was good though.

We were a table of 8 having our annual school reunion Christmas soirée. Enjoyed every minute of it, food was amazing and staff very friendly. They were very busy as expected on the Friday before Christmas, and we did have to wait a while for drinks, but overall we had a lovely time and would definitely go again. Highly recommended.

Excellent!!! Been there many times. I think you should add grilled mushrooms to accompany the fantastic fillet steaks.
