Fantastic evening with family at your restaurant. Ten out of ten.

I had a great experience overall, the food was very well done but the lamb chops was a little strong for my taste but still good and the service was excellent.

Food was excellent as was the service. Our waitress was very pleasant & helpful.

Waited nearly 40 minutes for our food which wasn’t great. The manager had the good grace to deduct our drinks from the bill. Thank you for that, hopefully just a blip in your normally good service

We went on a Monday for a birthday. The food was lovely and service was great!

Excellent food and well provided. Service for the first course was a bit slow.

Staff always friendly and helpful food was yummy. Wish they had full menu completely understand why they don’t at this time. Need more staff as restaurant was very busy so we waited a while for our starter but when complained the manager was very apologetic and couldn’t do enough to help us.

It was a really pleasant visit and the covid measures were in place and pointed out from the start.

Was worried about the social distancing g between tables, there was people sitting on table next to us , was our first meal out, hopefully we are going to be ok as worried about catching the virus

Almost French quality of service. Hors d'Oeuvres arrived at the correct time as did our Noilly Prat. The only negative was that the Charentais melon starter was unavailable. The quality of food was very good though my grilled whole bream was a tad overcooked. The Cremant de Bourgogne was very good value and obviously Chardonnay based with a crisp but buttery finish. The virus precautions were unobtrusive and the bill was reasonable. Cote has never disappointed us.

We all just Love Côte food is great , Service is always just right not to intrusive & you never feel ignored. Glad to back eating out can’t wait till breakfast are back & our next family dinner.

Thank you so much, an impeccable and enjoyable visit. A very special say for us, not only our wedding anniversary but today was also my wife’s baby due date. A relaxed meal with great service and great food. Squid, ham/melon, Pork Belly and fillet steak all tasted great. Finished off with a fabulous chocolate fondant and a flat white, perfect. Perfect host from Megan (5 star). Great service from Andrea’s - sorry about spelling?! Will be back.... best regards, Anthony Summers.

This was our first meal out in 5 months and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Whole experience was excellent, food, service and the colleagues did not stop cleaning all night. Well done to all and thanks for a lovely evening👍

Excellent, as always. Felt very comfortable with all the Covid measures in place. Staff advised us what measures were in place and how we should enter & leave the premises, where hand sanitised were etc.

This is my 3rd time to Côte this week. Staff always so friendly and accommodating. I actually went to pizza express but the service was so shocking we left.

Superb meal. Waitress extremely friendly and helpful. Made our lunch an enjoyable experience. Wine was well chilled and water served with plenty of ice. Loads of choice on menu. Food very tasty and portion size good. Will definitely return and highly recommend to others.

Was a pleasant experience and was great to see staff wearing ppe as it makes customers feel more relaxed and safe. Tables were spaced out around 1m apart and the restaurant had a one way system to follow. Other restaurants should take note of what this restaurant has done to make customers feel safe.

So good to be back! It looked busy because of the restrictions but all staff were so pleasant and welcoming, the food was as good as Côte at Home which has kept us going since March.

Felt very safe - lots of sensible Covid precautions. Food was lovely - it was good to be back!

Driving from Romford to Bluewater for a disappointing meal for my wife is not impressive, forced to have the risotto vert because you have removed the mushroom crepes from your menu means we will probably not be dining with you in the future. My wife is a veggie with restrictions which means your menu is somewhat lacking in choices for her, but the mushroom crepes were a favourite of hers which meant we would make the journey at least once a month. Shame because generally your food is good.

Well organised and relaxed lunch. The staff were all friendly and made the experience a really enjoyable one.

We came for a belated anniversary dinner to celebrate our 25th anniversary. You made us feel very comfortable and as usual the food and service were excellent. Thank you.

When we arrived we were seated straight away outside. We ordered and had our starters very quickly. I order a fillet steak for main medium/rare when it arrived it was well done, I spoke to Ida the waitress and she was so helpful taking it back and getting a new one cooked which the second one was cooked to perfection. Ida was very attentive and was very apologetic about it but it really wasn’t a problem. When the bill came they had given me my meal for free which was a lovely gesture considering I really didn’t mind paying for it. The only think that could do with looking at was I wanted to increase the tip as the service was spot on and they said they can’t do that on the machines normally I would have left extra cash but again this is not an option at the moment. I can’t fault Ida as a waitress. We have always love the Côte food and will continue to come back.

Really good adhering to social distance, one way walk-in system and staff as always very pleasant but food quality not the usual standard at all. The burgers were so dry and the chips hard they were not enjoyable at all. The restaurant itself was so hot (I realise I choose the day) as I guess air conditioning is not allowed? So it was uncomfortable.
