Côte Bluewater

Staff are always on the ball and food always excellent and served piping hot. Staff are courteous and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Will definitely go again.

Although two dishes my husband & I ordered weren’t available any more. We were given good alternatives. The manager was very obliging & kind. Well done

Excellent breakfasts and superb service as usual. The restaurant is well laid out and always spotless. There's always a good atmosphere even when fairly quiet.

Good food, friendly service and excellent value. As far as we're concerned, Cote stands alone among the Bluewater competition. That's why we are repeat visitors.

Always great food and great staff. Best Calamari we have ever had, and the mushroom and creme fraiche sauce to die for. This is our local Cote and we love it.

staff were so professional, i cannot fault them. I watched when other customers entered the restaurant and they were professional to everyone that turned up. Food was good too.

Great service, very accommodating as it was my partners birthday. Food was lovely and my little family had a great time. They set up our table with balloons, gave complimentary champagne to celebrate with and just an overall lovely experience. Highly recommended for sure.

Always like the Bluewater branch of Cote which was the first one we tried shortly after it opened. Staff have changed over the years but they are always always first rate and the chef today excelled himself as our favourite meal was better than ever.

An excellent restaurant, always lively food and staff 1st class, just wish there was a cote in Upminster. Will definitely return again and again, just a pity it is 1 1/2 hours away

Food delicious, service not so good. Cheese board plentiful and superb. We enjoyed roasted pork belly, cod goujons with fries and minted peas and Breton style chicken.

As usual a great evening food and service were excellent so far we have yet to have a bad experience we will be returning soon

Excellent menu, well cooked. Friendly staff and excellent service. Prices are good too. One of the better places to eat at Bluewater and there is consistency in quality across this chain.

I had notified the restaurant that in my party of 6 there was a person who has celiacs- so they required a gluten free menu On arrival I confirmed once again that I needed a Gluten Free menu because a member of my party suffers from Celiacs and was not just avoiding “Gluten in their diet “ Desert was chosen from the “Gluten Free” menu - which was ice cream - it arrived garnished with a wafer which had been placed into the ice cream!! We asked whether the wafer was GF - we were told they were not sure and would find out - We were told it was NOT GLUTEN FREE!!! Have you any idea the health complications fir any person with celiacs if they consume anything that contains or has been contaminated with GLUTEN??? How can food be offered on a GF Menu contain or be contaminated by GLUTEN???

French soup very good. Long wait for main course. We was offered a discount because of that. It was rather expensive and very busy. I preferred the atmosphere when I’d been there for breakfast

Excellent meal and service although a bit on the expensive side . Beef bourginon was a tiny bit overdone but was still delicious. Steaks all cooked to perfection.

Lovely meal with excellent service. Staff were very friendly and we were not at all rushed. A very enjoyable place to eat and an oasis away from the Bluewater bustle.

Great evening but had to send steak back as it was tough and inedible. It was very quickly rectified. Chicken dish was excellent. Service excellent.

The food was good but the service was very rushed and not personal. We were sat near an air conditioning unit that was giving out cold air. I asked for it to be turned down or off but nothing happened. We have been going to Cotes for several years and have never had a bad meal.

Had a lovely lunch on Tuesday. The service was excellent and as usual the food was very good. Overall a very pleasant way to spend a couple of hours

My wife & I had an early evening dinner at Cote Brasserie, Bluewater. We ordered a starter of breads & cold meats. We weren't even half way through this meal when our Main Dishes were brought over. We asked for them to be taken back until we were finished & the waitress's face was 'like thunder' , I believe because of our request. She didn't appear very happy. The restaurant was practically empty & I couldn't see the rush. Quite simply, it spoilt the meal. The food was fine but the service was moderate at best.

This is a particularly good branch of Cote. I go to Bluewater with friends and family and we always have a good experience in Cote. The lunchtime menu is very good value.

Have been going to Cote Bluewater for breakfast regularly for the last 18mths or so. It makes a perfect start to a days shopping and the food and service is always top rate.

It was the first time we've eaten in this restaurant, the food was amazing and the service was spot on. Had a lovely evening. Will definitely be going back.

Although we are regulars at Cote, this was a birthday treat from my wife. Excellent food, excellent service from friendly staff, a pleasant evening was had by both of us.

Great food and very good service, especially for breakfast as open early, had a business meeting there which was easy to facilitate. Easy location for parking and access to Bluewater, would definitely go back again

I attend cotes at bluewater often, I am Always well looked after, from arriving till leaving. The food is of great quality and well priced.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. In fact because the main course was so good we nearly all had dessert, which was very unusual. Probably he best Cote I have been to.

The fillet steak I ordered as medium/rare was served as medium/well done, apart from that the service was very good and I enjoyed the experience.
