Côte Bluewater

Fantastic, friendly service in a very welcoming atmosphere. Delicious food too. Thank you Jose for your clear desire that my husband and I have the best evening at Cote. We were delighted with our meal and wine which were excellent value. Save us a table, we'll be back.

Not overly busy but seemed fewer staff so bit out of sync with drinks/ food. However, food was excellent and great value. Was very busy when we left so we timed it well.

Great food and service as usual I had onion soup which was delicious followed by the Cotes burger. Their burgers are the best I don’t usually eat burgers so that’s a recommendation in itself !

Went to Bluewater Cotes for lunch with my husband. Normally we go in the evening, but as we were going to be shopping at Bluewater, we booked online in advance for a table for lunchtime. The food, service and quality was as we expected 6/6. My husband recently read that some food/restaurant chains were really suffering with customers not going for meals; there was certainly no sign of that at this restaurant - as we departed to continue with our shopping we did a quick look and noted that there were no tables free inside and the outside area (in the Mall) was also full to capacity.

Good food, excellent service as usual, but I take exception to seeing a space left for a tip at the bottom of my invoice, in addition to the standard service charge. Maybe I haven't paid attention, but I haven't noticed this before,

Great and very friendly service from one and all. One point to note, always book in advance, it gets very busy and to ensure you get a table here, book it lol. Lovely staff and slick service, what more can one ask from a restaurant?

Great lunchtime venue for our girls catch up. Prestige menu excellent today and we all chose the same salmon rillettes and fish pie along with various desserts. Plan to visit again next week.

The place was buzzing early on Friday evening, a good sign that the problems apparently affecting mid-range restaurants seem to be passing by this branch at least. Very happy with another good experience.

Great food, excellent and friendly service. We waited a while to pay which is why I gave only 5 stars but it was very busy.

Food was lovely but it took far too long to get our food. Literally about one hour and a half for our order. Not good enough.

Excellent children’s menu and very prompt service. Always a good selection on the menu for a light meal if required. High chairs available if needed .... maybe a Childs activity pack would be helpful.

We had another excellent lunch. It was very busy but we still managed to get served quickly and efficiently. The lunch time set menu is such good value as there is a good choice, and it also includes a wine or beer.

An enjoyable meal. Food was well prepared, shame the pork tenderloin was not available as three of us had chosen it when looking at the menu. Service, as usual was good.

All started well shown to our table, we requested to move due to a draft the staff couldn’t be more helpful and we were relocated to a better table ,food of good quality but were given the incorrect steak dinners ordered ,they had run out of the desert we first requested but second choice made up for it very delicious. Waitress just needed to concentrate on what dinners were ordered. Otherwise an enjoyable evening

Never ever had a bad meal. Excellent service they can't do enough to make your visit special. Have been so often they now know my name! This is always my 1st choice when eating out, either just with my husband or with a group.

We were a party of ten out for a birthday celebration. The restaurant was very busy because it was a Saturday evening but the service was excellent. We had no complaints about the food or the service. It was a lovely evening and we would definitely go again and recommend it to our friends.

Haven't eaten at Cote Bluewater for a long time, but just like all the other Cote restaurants, excellent food and service. Look forward to returning.

The food was excellent as usual. It was very busy and a drink we ordered has to be re-requested and after bringing the dessert menus they seemed to forget to come back and take our order, but as I say it was extremely busy. The staff as usual were very friendly and helpful. The only thing that let the restaurant down a bit in my opinion, was the toilets. The floor outside and in the cubicles wasn't very clean and the soap dispenser looked old and slightly rusty. I personally would prefer the more traditional separate Ladies and Gents with the hand basins out side of the toilet cubicles. I had to wait quite a while for a free cubicle and I wasn't even sure that 2 of the cubicles were occupied, although they were locked.

Great food. Friendly staff. It’s always consistent. Love it! Unlike many places there are so many thinks that we like from the menu. Most places I may like 2 choices at the most.

Four of us dined here again prior to going to the cinema. Good location with easy parking nearby. Excellent value - wonderful service - never disappoints.

Our waiter was charming, lovely with our girls, an asset to this restaurant. The food good as I have come to expect from a Cote it’s a shame they don’t do a smaller burger for children though, that would be my only critique.

eggs were completely underdone on my vegetarian breakfast and as I cut into them gooey white spread all over the rest of my food. very disappointing

Not a perfect lunch from the gourmet set menu. Gazpacho chunkier than the smooth Spanish style, so was to heavy for my friend. Duck Pate was lovely and smooth but would have like firmer bread as it broke in small pieces each time I placed/spread pate on it. Salmon was fine but the potatoes and vegetables were very oily. Friend had chicken but it was quite dry.

The food was good and the service was fast, and all the waiters knows what they are doing. Very well done . Keep up the good job.

As always, a good experience at this popular restaurant. Unlike some neighbouring eateries, Cote is regularly busy and attracts a high proportion of returning customers - ourselves included. This has to be a good sign, because there's no shortage of choice at Bluewater.

We had yet another enjoyable visit to Cotes in Bluewater. The food and service was exceptional but also the restaurant is in such a lovely location. Well worth a visit.

Another great night for our anniversary. Perfect hosts and perfect food with great atmosphere.Always a joy to come to Bluewater Cote where we are always welcomed with a smile.

Food was superb and the service was second to none.Other Cote restaurants should serve the burger all through the week like the Bluewater restaurant and the Whitebait should be all year round, superb!

As usual the staff were delightful and the service was very good. The food is consistently good and we all enjoyed the complimentary cocktails which were lovely.

Went out for dinner for a celebration and again the food was beautiful! I have many food intolerances and the staff were so helpful and accommodating to my needs. Absolutely love going here! Customer service is brilliant, the food is amamzing and the prices are reasonable!

Always good. Love it there. They never let you down. Had the lemon sole September special. It was absolutely divine. My hubby had the veal and my son the Breton chicken. Also wonderfully cooked. We like to go at least once a month. Prices have recently gone up but we think it’s worth the money.

We went with two babies and the staff were most helpful bringing the babies food with our starter. The meal was good and it was a very pleasant experience.

Food and drink always great, and one of our favourite Cote Restaurants. Recommend the Escalope de Veau with Frites from the a la carte, followed by Coupe Noire dessert.

We had a really lovely time. 5 of my best friends and myself for my birthday get together. We were there for a very long time. Breakfast turned into lunch. We were not rushed nothing was too much trouble.

For three of us the meal was good. I had to send back my sirloin steak as it was served “blue” instead of medium rare. The replacement was also wrong ii being too rare. Third time lucky. The response of the manageress was first class, very apologetic and compensation was provided by means of a free steak and no charge for the wine. One of those things and it won’t stop me using Cotes again.
