We really enjoyed celebrating our daughter’s 21st Birthday meal at Cote. The staff were friendly and helpful as always. They also bought out a dessert for our daughter with a candle and sang happy birthday to her! Such great service with a smile. We will be visiting again soon.

I have always enjoyed my visits to Cote Brasserie the only restaurant in bluewater that has that dining experience.. apart from lukewarm French fries a couple of times (which were quickly changed) I can say that every meal my friends and I have had has been excellent.

Breakfast meeting held, lovely atmosphere. Very busy which was also quite nice.

Good service but the starters were not as hot as they should have been this time.

Good lunch, bit rushed as our main course was served immediately after we started nibbling the lovely bread and balsamic vinegar. Would have appreciated side plates.

Have eaten here many times and it's our "go to" food destination at Bluewater. I'm usually offered jams with my toast but had to ask in this instance. A small oversight that I know will be rectified ahead of our next visit. Front-of-house were charming and welcoming as always.

Waited quite long at the entrance to get served, already prebooked. Children menu grill chicken had loads of black pepper, too spicy for five year old.

Great place to eat. The breakfast is super value, friendly staff, can recommend with confidence.

We’ve started eating more regularly at Cote Bluewater and apart from the odd occasion where something we wanted had run out, the standard of service and quality of food has been impeccable. However what really stands out at Bluewater is the quality of the staff. They are always friendly and engaging to just the right level - a real team atmosphere - well done

Service was very good but did not get small plates with olives & bread before starter.

It was rather chaotic, food arrived before beverage and then we had to remind staff we were missing items . Not enough staff really but those who served us did very well under the circumstances.

Excellent service, delicious food. A new menu, which suited everyone's tastes. The staff were very polite, and the speed of service was first class.

Our favourite place for breakfast, and weve tried them all. Staff are so friendly and are great with kids, our 3 year old has so much fun with them.

Good food inexperienced waitress I had keep repeating my drinks order before she finally understood and got it right. I asked if the olives were pitted before ordering and at first she said yes, then said I really don’t know - this is only my 2nd day. The bread was delivered and I had to ask for a side plate. The water was delivered and I had to ask for glasses. It seems I prompted most of the service expectations and for this privilege I was charged 12% extra.

The food was very good, served by friendly efficient staff. Adopting the philosophy of complaining when appropriate, I had to address 3 separate issues concerning drinks. On each occasion the problem was dealt with quickly and without debate or hesitation-this is what I believe constitutes good service. We shall visit again.

An excellent monthly specials menu, which we enjoyed trying. Staff coped well with an accident which befell an elderly customer and worked around the problem so that other diners' visits were not affected.
