We asked that you make the meal special for our wonderful friends 20th wedding anniversary, because they are currently going through a very traumatic time, you certainly went above and beyond to give them a very special and memorable meal, the bouquet of flowers was such a wonderful surprise!!! my huge thanks to you all!!!

Again another great evening. Without exception the food was great. And the service was very good . Next time moving into the restaurant more as front of restaurant was cold. Thank you for the blood orange martinis, Anita and Chris Kempt

Once again deeply disappointed with the staff at Bluewater . The food overall was cold were it should be the staff blame us for it and we have been over charged by 2 items in 1bill the manage mark told us that the staff does not know about what should come cold or hot

We are regular customers to this venue but on this occasion the food was cold,service was good .

Soft drinks could be a little less or have a children’s drink option as with 3 children it really bumped the overall total of bill up

Quality of food, atmosphere and service was excellent. Could not have been better. It's a pity that a number of items are not available by Sunday evening.

The croutons were as hard as stone and the onion soup coldish. The minute staeks though as old boots.

Still not convinced about the new look for Cote Bluewater, but happily the food is still very good and the staff excellent.

Cote at Bluewater is a special place for me. We always have such a great experience, super tasty food & the service is excellent. It truly is a restaurant to visit, you won’t be disappointed & will always want to return.

Main course served promptly and attractively. Dessert rather cool when we were told it would be hot so not a very enjoyable dessert for both my wife and I.As there was ice cream on it we did not send it back: maybe we should have done with hindsight.

Plenty to choose from menu - really enjoyed our starters of prawn gratinee and onion soup. Mains - sea bass very nicely cooked. But sea bream over baked and fish meat was dry. While winter roast vegetables very tasty the dish didn’t contain much veg and was overpriced. Staff hard working, attentive and wanted to ensure we had a very pleasant time.

As usual we enjoyed our Breton fish stew very much. We particularly appreciated our complimentary sidecar cocktail. We look forward to trying a new one every month.! We still find the background music terrible.

Great food as always, would not recommend, due to a couple of points and these are the reason I don’t use this restaurant more than I do. They still bill you the 12.5% service charge (£15.88) in these times that is just NOT on. Lastly they need to get a 10 ounce fillet steak on the menu, the 7 ounce once cooked is a bit small.

Service was not up to usual standard. We’ve decided we’ll no longer accept the standard 12.5% service charge. We usually give 10% in restaurants and feel 12.5% is excessive.

We are frequent diners at Cotes and once again both the food and service were very good. I have deducted a star from the rating due to the fact that Cotes does not supply green tea. This is a great shame as all other cafes and restaurants that we visit have green tea on the menu. Verbeine tea is not the same so please review your policy and provide pure green tea. I would appreciate a reply to this suggestion. Thank you

We met up with friends for a leisurely breakfast here at Bluewater. The restaurant is generally busy with a vibrant feel to it. The staff are all very friendly and the service is usually attentive. The food is always very well presented and hot. Breakfast here is very good value in pleasant surroundings.

Our party of 12 were extremely well looked after by the team at Cote Bluewater. As a group we were permitted to pre-order our menu choices and this was acknowledged by the restaurant on the day. I enquired if they could assist with individual billing, which the Cote team were able to accommodate and achieved seamlessly. The service was exceptional and we couldn't have asked for more. Thank you to Shannon and team.
