Another great meal at Cote Bluewater, never fails to please. Service and food are always excellent.

Monica was in charge tonight and greeted us warmly. I said that we had a stressful weekend as my mother died yesterday. Monica was quite shocked as she remembered that we had brought my mother to celebrate her 92nd birthday on 20th November last year. I was very moved that Monica had remembered that special day. Thank you so much. Another reason why we love the staff at Cote Brasserie, Bluewater. You are the best xx

We went to Côte for brunch and it was so lovely. The food was perfect and the service was brilliant. We will definitely be back soon!

Three adult and a child. We had one set lunch, one Prestige Set Lunch, a steak from the A La Carte and a children's menu. All are very good and we thoroughly enjoyed the occasion. The service is excellent too.

Usually when I go to Cote Bluewater it's with my husband; but yesterday I took my elderly mother for lunch, as we were shopping at Bluewater. It was as good as it is always good.........and the fact we booked a table in advance, made it even easier, as Cote Bluewater does get packed at lunchtimes.

9 of us visited for my wife’s birthday, despite being a large party we were served quickly and efficiently. The food especially the steak and the salmon was excellent the confit duck was good but I have had better. Three of the staff came out and sang happy birthday with a candle in the desert which was a nice touch. Overall we had a very enjoyable experience and will certainly be back again.

There was a delay in bring the drinks we ordered but the manageress was very apologetic and made an adjustment to the bill which I thought was very good PR.

A pre-booked party arriving two hours late on a busy half-term holiday evening had something to do with the unusually slow service we experienced on this visit. However, the standard of food and the welcome from staff were as good as ever.

We had the Valentines Day menu. I am gluten and lactose intolerant. I contacted the restaurant beforehand and the Manager advised me of what options were available for me from the menu. The food for both of us was of an excellent standard. I had been concerned due to my dietary restrictions that I'd have limited, bland choices but this wasn't the case at all. We left very satisfied and very full. No complaints whatsoever.

This was my first visit!! It was a great experience. We started with a fab cocktail then a main and a dessert!! All very delicious. Would highly recommend 👍

Another excellent meal in our favourite Cote (and best is all the ones we have eaten in) The staff are all so warm and professional, the standard of food and service is exceptional.

Hugely busy lunchtime but as we had booked we were a bit miffed at having to wait in the queue until we had nearly passed our booked time ! Although menus were brought to us and the waiter took our drinks order in a reasonable time we waited far too long for our drinks to arrive and our food order to be taken. Not a good start but from then on all good . Very reasonable wait for great food and hardly any wait till our plates were cleared and our puddings arrived . Definitely no complaints there . I have yet to be disappointed with the food at this Brasserie but please find a way to separate booked from unbooked customers .

Was rather a quiet night but with two big noisy tables in also celebrating birthdays. Sometimes it was hard to hear what the waitor was saying. But other than that an enjoyable experience. Just the toilets could have done with a bit of a clean as there was dust on top of the hand drier, around the sink and the tap spout was water stained.

Food was good but service was very poor. We waited almost 10 minutes to be seated and when we were deposited at our table the staff member vanished before we could ask for water and vegetarian menus. We couldn't catch the eye of staff and eventually had to get up and find the menus ourselves. It took 20 mins before we managed to catch the eye of staff and order drinks. We were also ready to order food but she said that she "couldn't remember orders for 6 people and would have to come back." Our drinks (2 bottles of wine) took 15 mins to arrive but were clearly sitting on the bar for over 10 mins. The courses were served promptly but we again had issues trying to get staff's attention when we wanted to order more drinks. We also had to ask for empty glasses and bottles to be cleared from the table. It was once again difficult to find someone when we wanted to pay. This was a frustrating experience and we will not be in a hurry to return.

As always there's confusion over the free drink. Not enough training! We had to rebook at Bluewater today to qualify. So either the website doesn't give enough info or the staff are untrained! Either way the confusion spoils the experience. Always good food at Bluewater! That's the only complaint! Thank you!

We had a fabulous Valentine’s Day meal at Cote, the food as usual was delicious! I can honestly recommend a visit to anyone, we’ve always found the food to be excellent. Our thanks to Cote for helping us to celebrate another occasion.

I book four days in Advance and l am a regular customer . Ask for Credit card For pre-booking Which we done. Asked to reconfirm our booking after two days because they’re very busy Which we done. Also special arrangements which we done, But did not get the seatIng when we arrived.’ I asked for this Area well in advance. This is the only thing that lets us down on Valentine’s Day where I proposed my wife many years ago. Would like to have a romantic meal without screaming baby in my ear.

Good birthday meal with friend service quick , didn’t pay all service charged as we agreeed too much we only had a salad!

This restaurant always has a nice feel about it and the staff are friendly.
