Lovely service and food was good, there was a promotion so it was very good price which makes the whole experience even better. Although we did have to wait a bit long between courses. Our waitress was really lovely. Thank you we will be back again.

Very clean, well organised and very helpful. Friendly staff as always and navigated me perfectly with my double buggy. We were set up in a good spot. 2 metre rule abided by very well. :-)

I cannot fault Cotes at all, every single time we come to this restaurant the food is amazing, hot and fresh. Service is good.

We had lunch on Friday 07, August. The service was brilliant and very CV19 friendly. My once though was there could be more french dishes on the menu. Other than that, good food at a reasonable price. meal for two, starter and mains with two alcoholic drinks each come to £65 including service charge.

Beautiful dinner and fantastic service. We couldn't have been happier for our first meal back at our favourite restaurant in Bluewater.

Food was delicious as always, service superb! I was looking forward to having a stake tartare, however the restaurant has limited menu at the moment- but that is understandable in current situation! We will be back soon!

The staff were fantastic but the food was not. I ordered the goats cheese salad which had obviously been forgotten about and then came in the smallest glass bowl, it was impossible to eat and certainly wasn’t worth anywhere near £10:50, the dressing wasn’t even mixed! My husband had minute steak which was sent back as it was overcooked and the new one that arrived was the same. It’s a shame as I have eaten there many times but I would have a serious think before going back, especially looking at the quality and the price charged.

2nd time out since March as shielding, was very nervous but have missed Cote as usually regulars. Absolutely fabulous experience. Staff amazing, food good felt very comfortable, safe and happy. All COVID-19 guidelines followed by staff and customers alike. My only minor criticism was you are not following track and trace no customer details taken which was disappointing but overall helped me overcome my fear of going out and will certainly be back for another visit whilst we can - Thank you to all the staff at Cote Bluewater

We go here often and have missed the restaurant over the last few months. We were greeted with a smile and 'Welcome Back' which was nice. The food was lovely as always and the sanitising of tables and seats was excellent! Well done all of you.

We were very happy to support Cote on the first day of reopening. I'd say there were some logistical details of the new way of working to be sorted, but it was good to be back. Plenty more customers clearly thought the same way, and the £10 per head government-sponsored discount was a welcome bonus.

Food was very good, only disappointed that there was no lobster left but it was made up by the outstanding service and friendly staff.

All social disciplines adhered to. Superb service by friendly helpful team. They deserve a big part on the back ( and probably a rise!)..... All complimented with Excellent food. Well done.

We often come for a quiet meal here, it was good to be back, i am so glad you are open again. Perfect service, perfect food as always, the only place in Bluewater where the staff make you feel special. Thank you.

Good start. Staff very attentive. Asked 3 times if meal was ok but once plates cleared waited 35 minutes for dessert.

Steak had to go back. However, everything else including staff were amazing

Fantastic service and food. Today was the first day that Côte in bluewater opened. I have to say we really enjoyed being back. Extra cleaning was taking place and the staff explained all the extra measures they have put in place to ensure both clients and staff are safe.

Good was great I would say the service could have been better considering we had a gratuity of almost £7

We were delighted to see the same staff again - it was like being welcomed by the family! Thoroughly enjoyed the food - but am looking forward to seeing a more extensive menu and the return of the monthly specials! Well done Côte

Food was brilliant and the staff were trying their best given the circumstances. Longer wait times than usual to get into the restaurant and when waiting for food to come out (which was worth the wait) but they were rushing around trying to get everything served as safely as they can. They did a good job. Plenty of hand sanitizer available. Good experience

We had issues with our table not being 2m apart but we brought it to the attention of the manager who moved us pretty quickly and so professionally. We then had issues with our food being delayed and eventually the manager kindly waived our bill. With that said, the food was delicious, despite all the issues the staff were incredibly polite and professional and really did so hard to help us out by offering drinks and desserts on the house. The manager at the back of the restaurant was exactly who you want handling things when they do Inevitably go wrong, particularly on your first day opening in a pandemic. Despite the issues, food was excellent and staff were bloody brilliant, I intend to go back ASAP and actually pay for my meal because it was so worth it!!

It was so lovely to be able to go to Cote Brasserie-Bluewater again, and we had the great pleasure of being served by Andrea. The Charentais Melon and Savoie ham was a great start to the meal, along with the Kia Royale. The melon was perfectly ripe. The half of a grilled Breton chicken was so tender, and flavoursome. Can't wait for the next visit.

First meal out at our local cotes at Bluewater since March. It was busy lovely to see and the staff explained all the Covid procedures plus where all the hand sanitizers were. It was spotless, the staff were very busy but as usual faultless plus we got our discount Will I be going again ?? definitely but book a slot .
