Good food at reasonable prices. Sometimes in the past we’ve been disappointed by the service but this time it was attentive and friendly. Overall a very positive experience.

As always, a very pleasant evening. I had the duck which was beautifully cooked. The staff were very attentive and the lunch and early evening set menu is excellent value. I would definitely recommend a visit.

Ask to sit by the windows so that you can take in the views of the Heath. Excellent service. Good food and reasonably priced. We will certainly be returning.

Lovely evening, gorgeous food and complementary bottle of Chardonnay was delicious. Very good service my friends really enjoyed the evening. I recommend this Cote Brasserie.

The service was good - pleasant and helpful. BUT the restaurant was so extremely noisy (no curtains, no floor covering to absorb sound i.e. the usual thing nowadays) that conversation was almost impossible. The food (crepes stuffed with mushrooms and spinach) was OK but covered in too much thin sauce. The noise means I am unlikely to go back.

I had lunch in Cote Brasserie today with my wife and niece. We had good service. A very nice atmosphere. Excellent food. A very good experience.

Good service, good menu. Fair value. Went for Sunday lunch with my father. Next time might be a bit earlier and try the breakfast/brunch menu

Great food and service. Very family friendly and accommodating with double buggy & high chairs. A member of staff even came over with colouring in when my child was crying! Many thanks.

Good table. Efficient service. Top notch food (as usual). Sat at next table to Glenda Jackson - a local Blackheath resident - which was lovely. Only issue was desert but it was fixed quickly. Cote rarely disappoints.

I love going to Côte for a meal. Staff are always friendly and nice. The special menu is very good value, but I think the main menu is slightly overpriced. Would appreciate it if the bill could be settled more quickly.

Wonderful food and service, as always. My guest really enjoyed their meal and looks forward to returning to sample other dishes that caught the eye.

Lovely pre Christmas lunch on Christmas Eve, restaurant was busy but we where sat at our pre-booked table after a few minutes. A little mix up with my starter which the waitress forgot, I was a little concerned as when she took our order she did not write it down (always a concern of mine) a starter was quickly ordered in the kitchen and arrived so real issue other than that all was as it should be. Food was lovely. Cote is always a lovely restaurant to visit good food and service and a very reasonable price especially around Christmas and New year as so many restaurants just use it as an excuse to over charge.

Great quality & service and very reasonable value, especially with their loyalty scheme offers for regulars. Good, rotating menu; January 2018's monthly special of whole seabream on the bone, for example, eqaulled any I'd had on the Med, and unusually for UK restaurants, was perfctly cooked; fresh and not at all overdone!

Busy, but lovely attentive staff. Good way to see the New Year in. Chilled glass of Champagne and the set menu couldn’t be faulted. Will definitely be returning throughout 2018.

Waiting for our table 1,5hours ! Poor service and organised . We used to love Cote Blackheat from last 4 years as we got engaged last New Years Eve in that restaurant, last night definitely changed our mind. Never back again! Bad experience for us as the regular customers.The worst experience in our life!!! Yesterday we even couldn’t get our favourite food from the menu as the restaurant had no stock.

Food was okay nothing to shout about, service was not great. Only reason it’s not a 1 star rating is because it was NYE and cheaper than everywhere else. So it reflected the price

Probably the busiest evening of the year so understandably service not as slick as normal but a great menu and very enjoyable time. Complementary kir royale to toast the new year much appreciated.

The vegan options were non existant. Staff were unattentive. Wwont be going to thi branch again. Food was only ok had to order from the veggie menu but everything had dairy in it.

they had no food when we got there so we had to go and eat elsewhere, most inconvenient, had to walk around in freezing cold to find another eatery, we did and cau cau was amazing

Our breakfast with four friends was excellent, but the service was rather slow. Which was a shame, don't know whether this was because we were seated upstairs.

Normally a great stop for lunch but staffing issues resulted in a very protracted meal today. Hopefully normal management/service will be resumed very shortly. Everyone very polite and helpful but just badly run on this visit.

We waited 15 minutes for a waiter to ask if we wanted drinks then over 45 mins to receive our mains. No apology given either.

Excellent food, excellent service. Lovely tasteful Christmas decorations. Good reasonably priced wine selection. Really liked ordering for in advance. Starter bread was delicious. Portion sizes generous and appreciated.

It was very easy to book online the evening before. We arrived on time, we're warmly greeted, had an excellent breakfast and did not feel rushed. Many thanks to your staff and wish them a happy Christmas.

As always we do enjoy coming to the restaurant Our waitress was awesome The team always look after me and my guests from the minute we arrive I am a wheelchair user and nothing is to much trouble Merry Christmas and a happy New year to you all and we will see you 2018

It's exceedingly noisy when busy and conversation becomes difficult. Maybe some tables clothes would lower the decibel level. My fish was overcooked and the vegetables were undercooked and wine overpriced and poor quality, especially the chablis. I would not recommend it.

Nice meal at a favorite restaurant with family. As usual, consider the Côte offering to be reasonable value and good quality from an easily recognizable franchise.

The food amazing. We had a lot of questions and requests, the staff in general and our waiter specifically went above and beyond for us.

Lovely chicken and the potatoes were to die for! Yum! Overall an excellent meal. Everyone enjoyed their meal and desert. Thanks for starting our Christmas the right way!

The food is absolutely delicious and the staff are lovely and efficient, could not recommend this restaurant more highly. I had the Moules frites (mussels in a creamy sauce with fries) which was cooked to perfection, and the chocolate fondant for dessert was delicious and chocolatey without being too rich.

Food was lovely but service was virtually non-exsistent; we had to ask to order food, drinks, pudding and twice for the bill. At no point was service offered and nobody asked if we were ok. We waited 45mins before anyone took our first order and once we finally got the bill we had to go to the desk to pay. Disappointing.

A very nice experience. Friendly, courteous and efficient staff. Food pretty good and reasonable. The only irritation was the loud noise of drilling (from a neighbouring establishment?)
