As always, we had a lovely breakfast, served in good time and it was delicious.

The first time we have had a duff meal, we tried French Breakfast which came up with black pudding which was burnt but was told that was the way it comes, when leaving and spoke to a manager was told that NEXT TIME we get something we don’t like we can change it.

Fried eggs hard overdone and crispy. I asked for them to be turned over but they were cremated. Disappointed as I used this restaurant frequently for breakfast.

The party really enjoyed the evening. Service was second to none, would go again.

We had a business meeting to go to so this was ideal, in and out in 45 minutes with 2 courses of excellent food.

Fast and friendly service, good food, busy and buzzing, bit of wait for the bill.

Waitress did not listen. Served us the wrong steak. Manager was very attentive.

Excellent service, friendly staff, good food and the monthly changes in the menu provides chose different from the normal. Only down side, a bit cold under the air conditioning.

Lovely visit to Blackheath for breakfast, enjoyed the Formule set menu.

Lovely meal here, we only booked for 2 people but our daughter joined us and they fitted us in, lovely staff and amazing food.

Generally love Cote but after a disastrous experience at Sloane Sq recently another at Blackheath. Invited a friend ahead of his inviting a crew of us to a weekend at Lobster Cottage for his birthday. The sole point was to eat the July special, Lobster. Arrived to a mostly empty restaurant but took ages for our table to be set and longer for our special GnTs to arrive. And it seemed like they'd forgotten to put the gin in. Ordering was simple. 2 smoked salmon, 2 lobster fries. Except, in spite of it being the July special, there were no lobsters! We were really disappointed. Nothing else really worked, service was erratic, frozen berries came with cold sauce. Is Cote losing the plot?

The setting and service was excellent as usual. The wine is served at exactly the right temperature and the food is priced fairly. The kids enjoy the child menu preluded by the aperitif. We are regular customers and will be back again.

Superb service and great food. Did not disappoint in any way.

We enjoyed our evening which was made particularly special by the amazing waitress who was cheerful efficient and attentive. Great choice on the menu ( we had meat eaters vegetarians andvegans in our party.) food came on time, was plentiful and tasty. No one managed a pudding so we shall have to return and try again!

There is no better place in the area that you are made to feel so welcome by the whole team. The food is fantastic and nothing is ever to much. The whole team exceed all your expectations each and every visit Thank you all Si and Dave x

It was a nice service. My friend whom I invited was impress with the food and the service. She said she will bring her husband and family to dine in Blackheath Cote Brasserie restaurant.

This is a restai have always liked. Tonight however was very noisy, couldn’t carry a conversation without shouting... My food was tepid rather than warm, having probably sat in the kitchen long before being served. The chicken was therefore dry. My chilled soup was in fact not really cold. The staff are still very friendly though.

Sadly it was very very noisy, we visited on the 2nd July, our table was for 7pm, so eventually got moved upstairs for our dessert and coffee, but the food was lovely. We got home and realised you had charged us for our bottle of rose wine, which should have been free as it was our first visit Regards Jan Scott

Excellent in every way very pleased with food and service.

Not our most enjoyable dining experience. It was incredibly noisy and the lamb rump was more fat than meat. We have had much better meals at various Cote restaurants. It felt as though the place was overrun.

Good experience but for the air conditioning. It was a very hot day but the a/c was set too cold, particularly if you were directly in front of the cold air stream, which was a lot of the restaurant. We had to move.

Excellent 50th birthday celebration the staff were great and made sure everyone had a fantastic tim, could not fault the service

I had egg shells in my breakfast for the second time. They also forgot my drink order.

Great group of friendly staff, very civilised ambience and delicious food.

No complaint about the quality of the food but the service was dreadful. Normally Cote is always a safe choice but it took 20 minutes to place our order. 1 of the starters came before our drinks then 1 of the main meals was forgotten. dessert menus were given but yet again... it took ages to order, so we gave up and waited a long time to finally pay the bill. Such a shame. We will not be using this particular restaurant again.

I’d like to say that the staff were amazing today! We had two children with us (5 &1) and the restaurant was more than accommodating. It made our experience very relaxed, which can be difficult when eating out with the kids. Thank you!!
