Dismissive servers. No pleases or thank you generally. Didn't know how to serve reaching across people instead of coming to the side. Food just plonked down. So different from all of the other Cotes Brasseries we've experienced. Won't come to Blackheath branch again. Training on service needed. Food was rather Luke warm too.

Haven't been to Blackheath for ages (moved out of area) but it was lovely being back. Cote consistently excellent and I wish there were more of them.

Very nice welcome and service with a smile . We had the dish of the month grilled sword fish and sirlion steak no sauce both were bland . A little shame as our favourite dish turned out to be the tomato salad. Finished off with apple tart with ice cream both portion size and taste were less than desirable. At £35 ahead with only one alcoholic drink each expect better quality and taste.

I have been to many Cotes around London, I must admit Blackheath is one of my favourites. It is managed very well.

The waiters were really accommodating and saw that we all got a glass of Prosecco each to celebrate my dad's birthday and they lit the candles on the cake at the end of the meal and sang happy birthday with us. the meal was delicious and I enjoyed the goats cheese salad especially.

Shame... booked through the email lunch offer. Waiter acknowledged this when giving our menus...but we were charged full price. We did not scrutinise the bill at the time but I did take it & noticed later. Food was excellent as usual. Lose 1 star for this...

Very enjoyable meal and service was excellent. Restaurant quiet but dined at 6.30pm and not unexpected this time of year.

It was our 24th anniversary and the service was poor. We have been numerous times before but this time was, by far, the worst. The service was miserable, too softly spoken and when I asked for a dessert menu she mistakenly brought the bill. When I said I wanted the dessert menu she muttered something under breath as she walked away all I caught was 'that's why I asked you....' I did not catch the rest. So my husband and I decided to peace without dessert and asked for the gratuity to be taken off. It is a lovely experience hence we booked Cote for our special day.

First time here. Very attentive staff. My husband wanted a burger which was only served on lunch menu. But they did one for him anyway. Very busy. But we were not rushed. Food was good. Hot, and we dident wait long. Lovely situation over looking the heath. It was noisy, and crowded. But that's what you would expect from blackheath village. Would definitely go again.

It was a fabulous experience! The staff were professional and gave excellent customer service. They displayed a high standard of hospitality and cleanliness, which is to be admired. The floor manager, Yovanna, was not only attentive to our request but she also ensured that we felt comfortable. She is indeed an asset to this company! I also want to say a big thank you to this establishment for their stunning menu which was delightful. I and my partner can not wait to return to the restaurant for another meal and see all the amazing people who work tirelessly to make the restaurant a fine establishment.

Cote in Blackheath has a homely atmosphere, delicious food, excellent service and kind and friendly staff, all at reasonable prices. What else can we ask? This is our go to place for family and friend gatherings. Tha k you Cote Blackheath!

A group of 7 of us met up for our annual dinner. The food and service were both good. Everyone was really happy with the evening and we will be back again.

We had a fab time celebrating our Anniversary at Cote , the food was really good from the Set Prestige Menu. Very good service too .

We tend to go most Thursdays as a couple. The staff are always extremely courteous, polite and professional. They're attentive and quick to assist at any time. The food is great for the price and location not to mention the January wine deals.

As usual we enjoyed a delicious lunch at Cote Blackheath .the restaurant was extremely busy but the service was prompt, very noisy though!

Absolutely excellent experience - a second visit to us to Cote, the first in Welwyn, a return here. We started the charcuterie board - absolutely huge and plenty for two, and great quality rilletes and variety of dried/smoked meats. For mains, I tried the January guinefowl special which was again, huge and delicious. Special kudos for the well cooked potatoes and sauce. Boyfriend had the bourguignon and especially appreciated the heart shaped toast! Very tasty indeed, and shame no room for puds! The service was exceptional - extremely attentive and enthusiastic, while not intrusive. The two ladies and gentleman serving were always on hand to ask for extras, kept our water topped up and ensured we had everything we needed and could answer any questions we gave. We had booked with the complimentary wine offer, which was once again offered immediately on arrival and delicious (recommend the red!) Your restaurant's ambience, delicious food and super-smooth experience has made our two nights at Cote the first choice for any date night we have in future. Reliably a great night out.
