Most enjoyable meal with friends - and the restaurant is in a lovely setting. We had an excellent evening and would definitely go there again.
I love this restaurant. The food I'd wonderful, and the staff are so friendly. I go here at least once a week I'm part of the family now. You must try it
The resturant is easily accessible by public transport, which is great. The staff are polite, cheerful and accommodating. The food is delicious and resonably priced. We loved the Early Bird Menu. Fabulous.
A good evening made y excellent service and good food. The service was great, we were not hurried even when we took our time chatting between ordering.
Meal was fine except white beans with the chicken were very hard. However my friends had the seafood linger and were not offered anything to wipe there fingers on. Having to go to the loo to wash your hands after shellfish is not very hygienic Finger wipes should have been available
Food was average. Nothing special. The crab starter was good. The duck main was okay. The duck was a bit cold but the potatoes were excellent.
Amazing restaurant, lovely staff and great food! Would definitely recommend. We visit regularly with our 8 month baby and are always feel very welcome! I would definitely recommend the Steak Frites & for dessert the Chocolate Crepe!
Food great but service slow had to wait 25 mins for the bill in the end I got up and got it myself . Overall just pleased food good staff good.
Always a lovely experience, great staff, best food. We can never fault our experience at Cote in Blackheath, the best place for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The best of the chains. Food is good if standardised, service is charming and laid back. It can be very noisy when busy due to the fashionable lack of fabrics to soak up the clatter.
Staff very attentive Food excellent quality Food Options available e.g gluten and dairy free, staff ensured that I had a breakfast that was suitable for my intolerance
Food was tasty but fish over cooked. I had the haddock which was dry. Very noisy. Staff were very attentive and service was good. I am not sure I would retun
Friendly staff welcomed us as we were shown to our table. Complementary drinks and an great meal. Good experience all round. Will certain dine there again.
The setting is nice and the food is nice. The staff are very slow and it would be much better if they were more attentive.
Staff are excellent and nothing was too much trouble. My meal was fabulous but my companion found that half of her steak was too tough to eat.
Helpful, efficient and friendly staff. Lovely food. Speedy service. A very enjoyable evening. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will definitely come here for a night out again
Excellent food, good portion sizes, cooked timely and to perfection. Great service, pleasant staff. Nice relaxing restaurant with great views of the Heath. Would recommend
Staff very friendly and helpful. A good selection on menu and food very good. We parked in Greenwich Park (allowed to park for up to 4 hours) and restaurant approx 7 mins walk so very easy.
You can't go wrong with the food. I always enjoy whatever I'm having. Today I had the fish stew. Loved it. Please bring back the profiteroles though. Like asap please. Thanks
The breakfast there was amazing and so tasty . Worth getting out of bed on a Sunday for . Prices were reasonable and you defiantly paid for what you got ! Absolute quality
The mwas excellent and good range of options to suit all in our party. Only issue was that service was a bit slow although it meant a leisurely Saturday afternoon
The food was lovely! Although, in the goats cheese salad there could have been a little more goats cheese and a little less lettuce. The only drawback was the atmosphere - it was very quiet, and we got quite a few looks from other diners for speaking at normal volumes (we weren't drinking alcohol!).
The table booked for 6 was ready for us on arrival, the staff were friendly and helpful and the 10year Anniversary menu sounded tempting particularly with the complimentary glass of prosecco. The think that let it down was that the food was so salty. The person who was the main guest complained to the waiter that her chosen belly of pork was so salty that she could not eat it all and the crackling was not crispy which was disappointing. Please beware the salt and allow it to be added at the table if desired. I do not think I will make a return visit because of this salty experience.
Almost empty when I arrived just before 6:00, it quickly filled up, but the early evening service remained quick and efficient. The food was well cooked and presented.
The food was very enjoyable but the restaurant was rather noisy! I suppose it is a sign of its popularity. I was surprised that we were not offered coffee after our meal.
Booking experience was very straightforward and table available at short notice. Lovely food, wine and service once there. Great choice on the menu, and its good value too.
Very nice friendly service by all the staff especially manager Maria. Excellent presentation of food and wine.Good Menu choice. Good value . We shall return.

Most previous trips to this Cote have been positive experiences; usually good food & service. However, I was very unimpressed by the seeming pettiness of the staff who refused to serve us the breakfast menu on Sunday, all because we were exactly 5 minutes late!
The food was average and the desserts got top marks. The ambiance was rather noisy. The Staff were excellent. We much prefer the lunch time menu to the evening offering.

Decent good, good service, but the waiter had no passion for his job. He was very robotic. These front of house staff need more training.
Decent experience. Service slightly slow but good good as ever and really enjoyed experience. Very cosy setting too on the Heath and made a nice atmosphere
Excellent Staff. We had the pre- theatre Menu, which was excellent @ fantastic value for money. Would recommend this restaurant and others I have dined at to All friends & family.
Second visit this week! I'm working my way through the menu - enjoyed every mouthful so far. As always staff are attentive even though it was really busy today.
Have been to Cote on a number of occasions. Love the new menu. Great meal with excellent service. We all enjoyed our evening immensley. Great
Service was excellent as usual and the food delicious - the cheese portion was a little mean for the price - but the waiter added some more to the plate when i commented on it.
Blackheath Cote is always one of our favourites restaurants. Food and service were excellent when we lunched here today. The lamb shank and mustard mash was delicious.
Very good food at a fantastic price (we had the early bird menu) and the service was efficient and helpful. The staff were happy to call a cab at the end of the evening.
The food and service was great! Each and every one of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back again and again.
Two of us sampled the 3 course lunch menu. It was delicious. We were particularly impressed by the beetroot started which was crisp and very tasty. The only disappointment was that they had run out of creme caramel! Will be there again next week.
It turned cold and wet last night and the fish soup was so welcome and so good. Felt that the lamb shank could have been braised longer but still rather good.
Very nice place to eat, great food and service , would recommend
As always Cote never disappoints with the quality of the food and service. We eat at their restaurants as a preference to any others and the will always be our first choice.
I have once again enjoyed my dining experience. Each visit there something different in the menu so never becomes boring. They also have monthly specials which gives even more choice!
I am always pleased with the menu, always good choices of starters, mains and deserts. You get a fine dining experience with reasonable prices. You can even benefit from 2 or 3 course set menu prices if you visit weekdays before 7pm. Never been disappointed.
fantastic food and service- it was an absolutely lovely evening thank you very much! The salmon was cooked to perfection, as were the calamari I will visit again for sure.
We have eaten at Côte Blackheath a few times and the consistency of service and food is something we keep going back for. The steaks are good and the creme caramel a very nice finish to a good meal.
Great food excellent service lovely restaurant that's local to us. Delighted with every visit and the branch never fails. Seasonal menu pass the specials always go down well. One very slight problem- the Cote water bottles could be a little bigger
Cote is a favourite with me, especially the set menu. Two courses are perfect for a lunchtime treat. Friendly staff, quick service, delicious food and good value for money.
Well cooked food and good service on a not too busy Sunday after noon. Beetroot salad was nice and fresh. Roast chicken was lovely & crisp skin
Lovely location for lunch, staff and food were excellent, we didn't feel rushed, staff were attentiative but not push, great deals if you have the set menu, excellent venue
