Côte Blackheath

We came to celebrate our nephew's 18th birthday with his parents and grandparents. The food was excellent, the atmosphere friendly and welcoming. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. I would recommend this restaurant every day!

Great service lovely breakfast. Only second time I’ve been but was very enjoyable, booked on line. Would definitely recommend one of the tastiest breakfasts in a while

The front of house manager was very welcoming. We sat at a spacious window table and had a delicious two course lunch, mixed olives and an anchovy pissaladiere followed by the chargrilled salmon, plus a bottle of wine which was excellent value. We will definitely return.

Love this restaurant. The staff are welcoming and attentive, food is great value for money and I always leave with a smile! We attended for mothers day.

Great meal, perfect portion sizes and very tasty! Set menu is very good value with a good selection of choices. Service was attentive if a tad slow. We will definitely be back.

We always enjoy going to Cote in Blackheath, it has a great feel about the place, the food and wine are dependable and the staff are so helpful. Do I need to say more.

The food at Côte is lovely, and the service was great. We had from a fixed menu, because we arrived before 7 PM. It was really good.

Excellent service - friendly and prompt even when very busy. We went for the lunchtime set menu and the food was really tasty and in the right proportions.

Our experience was below expectations, the waitress, kept getting our order wrong, initially we were suggested to go for the sea bass only to find out moments later that they had run out, lack of communication among staff, then my wife asked for dressing on the side for her sward fish and that had again not been conveyed to the chef, my wife ended up eating her meal anyway as she was not prepared to wait another 20 minuets and eat her dinner alon, it was Mother’s Day after all. We ordered desert and I ordered the Apple tart, everybody’s desert arrived accept mine, looked around to grab a waitress attention however that proved difficult to achieve as they were talking among one another, There was no sincere apology and no sign of the duty manager anywhere. Definitely an unpleasant experience overall and we don’t think we will visit Cóte Brasserie again.

It is in a beautiful setting. The food was very reasonably priced. The staff were pleasant, however, there was a bit of a wait for service. We will be visiting again.

Portion a bit on the small side- service a bit slow. Not up to the usual standard I have experienced in the past at cote Blackheath.

First but not last visit to the restaurant, the service was great ,lovely food from the menu,would highly recommend eating at cote restaurant blackheath .

Very friendly staff and very welcoming. Open late which helps. Good quality french come European food.. Fish soup is great and should be on the main menu

Delightful early evening dinner with friends. Excellent service with plenty of choice on both the menus suitable for everyone. Food quality and presentation well up to standard. Will be back

Always enjoy visiting Côte Blackheath. Staff always friendly and food is excellent. My 8 year olds favourite place to eat because of the large pot of mussels.

Great food, great service, reasonable price. I would definitely come back again and try some of the other dishes. The ambience of the place was also lovely.

Three of us for an early evening meal. We each had different starters and mains and agreed the food was delicious. Attentive service. Very reasonably priced. Will be returning.

Great service despite being extremely busy of Mother’s Day. Broad range of breakfast selection. My favourite the French Breakfast accompanied by apple juice and fresh mint tea.

Lovely lunch today - as always. Really enjoyed the duck liver parfait and the breaded chicken. Chose the set menu today but usually have the a la carte - delicious

Quality food at a reasonable price, traditional French dishes, good breadth of choice and the restaurant was busy on a Wednesday night which is a god sign!

One of the best Cote’s, good location, great service, didn’t struggle to cope with number of people on mother’s day, fish parmentier is a tasty thing

Fantastic Mother’s Day Brunch. My Mum is really fussy with food and I was apprehensive, but she loved her full English breakfast as did I. The food was superb and the glass of champagne was a lovely touch. Thank you Côte Brasserie x

Lovely experience. I am gluten free & I find Cote to be excellent catering for any dietary requirements. The meals are even delivered with little cocktail sticks stating 'gluten free' . I even get a choice of desserts which is quite rare for gluten free. Love this place!

Great food and service. Friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast / brunch menu....and really liked the Mother’s Day champagne breakfast. Very nice and clean restaurant and toilets.

A pleasant brunch in a lively Blackheath restaurant where the waiting staff were charming & patient whilst I awaited my dining companion. I look forward to returning in the near future.

My friend and I had lunch at Cote. We were treated to a free glass of Kir Royale - delicious - as was the food. Sometimes the ambience can be quite noisy but it was not on this occasion which increased our enjoyment. I had the three course special menu - a good choice of beautifllu prepared and presented dishes at a reasonable cost.

Great location, friendly yet non-intrusive waitress (and It was her first night). Steaks cooked perfectly. Deserts a little cold though - could have done with being room temperature if not just baked.

It was easy to book online and the food and service was excellent. Cote was recommended by a friend and I was very impressed. Cote has an excellent menu and is reasonably priced.

Good service. Good food. Good value. Acoustics were poor at our table so conversation was difficult. I haven’t noticed this on previous visits at other tables.

A lot of the food was sold out. That made me sad.

Had a lovely evening. Ordered from the specials menu. Tasty food and good size portions. Excellent value and quality. Waited a very long time for main courses (about an hour), other tables served in front of us who arrived after us but we did not mind as just enjoyed sitting there drinking wine! Very busy Saturday night, you need to book. Would definitely visit again.

It was very busy today, and although the service was a little slow, it was a very nice breakfast, and the staff were very friendly.

Set lunch very good value for money. Good choice of interesting dishes. Coq au Vin was particularly tasty. Excellent service. Up there with the best in Blackheath

We had a lovely evening. I'd not been before but I'd been to the one off Oxford Street. The food was lovely. We went for the set menu which had a great choice. I'd definitely go again.

Great location for a family night out. Reasonable value. Plenty of choice (yet we always go for steak and frites!) Good service and a lively atmosphere.

“SOMETIMES” the service can be really slow and unfortunately today was one of those days. Our waitress was very polite and apologetic though. Food was lovely!!

The staff were lovely and when they realised it was my birthday my dessert arrived with a candle and the staff sang Happy Birthday as well. The food was also very good!

Near 1 hour wait for food was slightly unbearable and kids were miserable. Staff were apologetic but only compensate one extra goujon fish finger for d lil one.

As always a nice leisurely afternoon lunch at Cote in Blackheath. Lovely attentive service and February's set menu was excellent. Really cannot fault Cote, value for money is great.
