Very welcoming and friendly staff, also very efficient as well as attentive Dinner was so enjoyable we returned next day for brunch when we were met by some of the same staff from dinner the night before and we're asking how our evening was. Next time in Brum I will be back here for certain. Well done team

Well looked after by attentive staff and lovely food, what's not to like. This was not my first visit to Cote Brasserie and it won't be my last

Service initially poor but after a quiet word the service was excellent The food was excellent and the setting was lovely would recommend this dining experience

We had excellent service at Cote Birmingham today, food was excellent too. We would recommend Cote to our friends and family. We have now been to five Cote restaurants around the country and each one was excellent service.

Food and service was really great for the price ... however you didn't have a record of my reservation and now this email is calling me Hannah!

They had reserved me the table I had requested. We did have to ask to order drinks . The food was of a high standard as usual and didn't take too long to arrive . The only bad point was our order of carrots was forgotten and when they did arrive they were raw. We made the waiter aware of this but we were still charged for them . Also 12.5% service charge should be optional not just added to the bill .

Super good excellent service great value for money lovely venue. Will definitely be back.easy to book online .would be especially nice to do lunch in the summer sitting outside by the canal

The service was excellent so was the food and a nice atmosphere. It was atmospheric without being too noisy. Would definitely book again in the future

Excellent service. Really nice food for a reasonable price so good value for money. A birthday treat so had kir royals for 4 of us on the house.

Lovely lunch outside in the sunshine. Pissaladiere , steak tartare,calamari and onion soup all excellent. As were Escalope de Veau, Pork Belly and Rib Eye Steak.

The food is always nice and the service is very attentive too. A very nice place for sitting outside when the sun is shining. Enjoyable

Everythink was amazing. I had an excellent reception. The menager was all the time in motion, kind, gentle and the attentive waiters. The food was exellent, fresh, tasty. I recommend to everyone to try this restorant, this hospitality and the service... Thank you guys again...👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We are always looked after (and fed) extremely well at Cote Brasserie In the Birmingham Mailbox. I have been eating there ever since it opened and am happy to recommend!

Service was friendly and efficient. There was a nice 'buzz' in the restaurant. Food was good and portions were generous. We enjoyed our meal at Cote in Birmingham

We had the 3 course set menu which is very good value for money and very enjoyable. The Creme Caramel is a must. The restaurant is in a lovely position overlooking the canal. There are lots of seats outside, when the sun shines! Staff are always pleasant and helpful.

Nice english breakfast. Friendly service. Nice area. Formula of 10 pounds, we enjoyed it. View on the water. Bit could outside though, but hey, that's the UK ;-)

Great food and drinks, excellent service, good atmosphere and location. Would have been absolutely perfect if the courses came out a little slower: we went for a leisurely dinner so 4x a la carte courses done in not much over an hour is a bit on the fast side!

Good food, service and value. Menus regularly change and are always interesting. Pre theatre offer is a great way to start your evening. Good range of wines too.

Quality of food was poor, steak was inedible and dessert cold and chewy, both went back to the kitchen. Reaction of front of house staff was excellent in trying to resolve the problem though, couldn't fault their efforts.

Great location, friendly staff, prompt service, great food and at a reasonable price - only minor issue is that service is added to the bill and you are then prompted to add service again. Thoroughly enjoyed the food and the restaurant.

We meet here very 3 months and always enjoy it. Good value for money. I enjoyed my steak frites, one of us had the risotto which was lovely, and two people enjoy the beetroot starter.

Cote is a lovely Frenchish restaurant and we had a lovely evening except one of our steaks asked for rare was very very rare and over chewy. The rest of the food was good and service was good too. They gave us some free dessert because of the steak with very little fuss.

Had the two course for £10.95 calamari delicious and steak frites as good as always . A great go to restaurant when seeing a show in Birmingham

Great service and nice food. Just a shame there were no mussels available when we were there, but a lovely meal with excellent service from staff who were always attentive and helpful but not overbearing.

Great staff and service. We went for the lower cost early bird menu three courses. Very good food. I was hungry so after the meal I could have eaten more. My fault I should have ordered some bread to go with my starter. Three people plus a bottle of wine just over £60 in total including the tip.

Superb as usual. Ambience, staff and food excellent. Will of course continue to return again and again. Only prob very hot in there when we arrived.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful and the food is excellent. Would recommend to anyone. It is consistently good, clean and is my go to place whenever I am in Birmingham.
