Hair found in food and order taken incorrectly disaapointing. Meals taken off the bill but overall average meal but a good price. Hair in food unacceptable

Great food and excellent service local to where we had parked and ease to get to theatre afterwards. Waitress even let me taste wines before ordering bottle.

Fabulous service and great food. Excellent choice for a pre theatre meal. One of the party has cealiac disease and they had as much choice as everyone else, which isn’t always the case. Will return.

Went here for my husband's birthday recently. The food was very tasty, the cutlery spotless, our waitress very friendly and helpful. Would eat here again.

Great staff, out standing service and mouth watering menu.. would have liked to have been given the choice to opt in OR out of tipping the service at 12% like my bill stated. Unfortunatley when paying by card this CHOICE is NOT given.

Excellent service and lovely food that is great value we had the three course special. Overall a great place for lunch with friends in a lovely setting.

As soon as we walked in Joe apologised that the previous people were just leaving the table so it wasn't ready for us yet and gave us a free drink each while we waited which we were very impressed with as we were happy to wait anyway. All 6 of us had starters and mains and we were all very happy with the service and the food. Highly recommended and would definitely go again 😊

The food was delicious and the service was excellent - attentive and efficient which was perfect as we were going to the theatre. Nothing was too much trouble. We are planning our next visit already!

Excellent food and very attentive service, couldn’t fault a thing. We hadn’t noticed service is added to the bill and left a tip but the member of staff pointed out to us that we didn’t need to. Highly recommend.

I'd find it useful having an allergens menu as I am lactose intolerant, however, very delicious! I was impressed by the staff and how welcoming and much they catered for my needs.

This is a fabulous restaurant. We were treated brilliantly throughout our meal. Nothing was too such bother. Book direct and get a free glass of Kir Royale.

Excellent value for 3 courses and the staff, loos, ambience and linen napkins were all good. The first and last courses were great, especially the creme brulee, and the coq au vin but the venison cottage pie was disappointing. It was tasty but was mostly potato with 3 penny-sized pieces of venison.

Excellent Lunch and good value. We were greeted by a very pleasant Lady who gave us a choice of seating. Service throughout the meal was very good. We chose from the lunch menu which was £11.50 for 2 courses or £13.50 for 3 courses. I had a risotto which was very nice with artichokes. One of my friends chose the chicken dish and the other plumped for a fish dish, we all agreed that it was both well presented and very tasty. One of us had a start and the other two had a pudding. The menu gave a selection of all three dishes and there were no complaints at all. This is one of the best restaurants I know for a really good lunch or dinner.

Love the Brum branch. We always eat here before a gig or show. We've never been let down. It was great, as usual and we'll be back again.

Wonderful food, and exceptional service. Thank you for a brilliant lunch. I spilt some wine which was cleared up immediately with no comment and the waitress then brought a replacement glass of red which I was not charged for. Thank you.

Service as ever was very good. Slight mix up on the order which was put right and a complementary drink. The monkfish was excellent which was on the special menu.

Very good though I did have to ask for my tuna to be medium well done again. I enjoyed the food and the service was excellent. Will continue to visit Cote wherever possible.

Friendly and efficient welcome and service. Food as good was ever. Restaurant location not very attractive and the steps down to the restaurant area could be rather unsafe. I assume there is a lift but it was not obvious.

Another excellent visit . Never fails to please . High quality food , great choice of menu , great service and value for money . I never go anywhere else when I’m Birmingham for a meal now .

We arrived half hour before our booked table time an was shown straight to a table. Service was impeccable and the food was simply amazing. Neither of us had visited before but will definately be going back!

Another lovely meal at Cote, it is one of our favourite restaurants. The service was brilliant as usual and the food was excellent. However, it came out quite quickly while we were having some bread with our drinks. I appreciate it was a busy time but it felt like they wanted us to hurry up a little. Otherwise all good service and a wonderful evening.

The waitress said to tell her when we wanted the main course ordered after our very filling starter. Our main arrived within 5 minutes of ordering and had obviously been kept warm and gone dry . I sent mine back and my replacement was up to the standard I have come to expect from this restaurant . The main was removed from the bill , which I did not expect so thank you Cote brasserie for your attention to detail that keeps me coming back for more.

We went at lunchtime and found it very quiet. The service was excellent as was the quality of the food. I would certainly return to this restuarant again.

Lovely relaxed lunch. Friendly service with exceptional waitress. Food and wine we're great and well priced. I first discovered Côte by St Pauls in London. Birmingham branch is really good too.

The lamb rump off the specials menu was sublime. Beautifully cooked meat on a generous stack of vegetables. I would eat it again tomorrow! The free wine was a typical Cote touch. Service good as ever from the friendly team.

I have got see food linguine but they were not tasty at all and without salt! The started was good and the dessert too. I was expecting more

Generally fine, quite slow and lack of attention from servers. Steak and Tuna very good. Tartare was not tender however. Good for mid week day supper.
