The food was lovely. We had the duck and the fish parmentier followed by the praline crepe and tarte au citron. The service was very good.

Excellent food and service as always. I always love going to Cote, the menu is super, and the restaurant at the Mailbox is always popular but never too crowded to receive good service, and as I say, always excellent choice of food, including good veggie options. Always a pleasure to eat there.

Had a great work meal here on Saturday night. It was very busy but the service was great and the food was excellent. We all had the set menu which was great value for money.

Busy evening pre theatre and we ordered from the set menu mainly, the mussels were tasty and I had the pork belly which was delicious. We ran out of time for a dessert as the service was a little slow but we were also in a rush to go to a show - maybe next time as it’s excellent value for food

Fantastic food and service, would come here again and again. Arrived and were quickly seated, food came in no time at all, service was excellent.

Although the restaurant was very busy the service and food was excellent. Really good value for money with a nice choice of all courses. Would definitely recommend.

Cote have revamped set menu to give standard early evening set menu and also a new premium set menu - this widens the set menu choice and still gives the more budget option for pre theatre. Lovely meal with the usual (but not to be dismissive of) first class service. They always look after you well at Cote standard of staff is excellent.

Standards all round excellent as always from, staff, food, atmosphere. Idea of enhanced special menu very good, will definitely choose off that menu again. Always value for money

FAntastic food and service. Gluten free, with accommodations and options for dairy free as well! Lots of options to choose from! Everyone enjoyed their meal.

We tried the new premium set menu. We had the salmon it was really nice and very filling. I hope they keep this new menu.

Brilliant Mother’s Day we a great selection for brunch. The fresh mint tea was a real highlight and the waiter was very attentive and polite

I had the Pork Belly, and my wife had the Sea Bass for our mains. They were both excellent. The service was friendly and efficient.

Have been to this restaurant several times before. The food, service and atmosphere are always top notch. The quality of the food for the price charged is amazing. Will continue to visit in future.

Staff were extremely helpful and polite, and the food was excellent. We did not have to wait for long for our food to come out either - and this was on a Saturday. Very impressed - thank you for a lovely experience!

Absolutely fantastic food , just the service that was a let down , had to ask for the reminder of our starter order , got the drinks wrong, had to ask to clear the mains after we sat for 10 mins with empty plates. Manager was very accommodating but waiters were very slow and not attentive

Really good gluten free menu and the staff were aware of cross contamination. Lots of choice. The staff were efficient and polite and it was a good atmosphere.

My husband, baby and I went for mother’s day breakfast. The staff were amazing, helpful, attentive and accomdating (esp to dietary requirements). My baby son unfortunately vomited in my husbands brekkie and they replaced free of charge without any issues whatsoever. Food was amazing.

Went for early evening set menu . As in past visits food was good and even though there were plenty of early diners the service was fine and the waiter knew we had a theatre engagement and was true to his word and we were served in a timely manner .

There was 7 of us in the group & they tried to quash us all on a table for 6 so had to ask for an extra table. Food comes out very quick but I feel a little too quick & you feel rushed. One of us asked for a Martini espresso & he was told that it wasn't a cocktail bar in a rude manner. When the bill come we were charged for the kIr royale that should have been complimentary has it was my birthday luckily we noticed it & it was resolved.

Great food, wonderful service from Garoly, who perfectly anticipated what I might like for dinner and ensured that there was a portion left for me, they were running low! Amazing service as usual!

My friend ordered mussels for a main. They were very disappointed as they were not fresh. They took them off the bill but that’s not what we wanted. Any fish course is only good if it’s fresh, not vacuum packed or frozen

Visited Saturday night, group of 4 adults. Nice ambience, nice background music. Service was friendly and relaxed, offered advice about wine. The food was good.

Excellent service, great food.. staff attentive and polite. We weren’t rushed. We asked for a bigger table. I did think the tables for two were too close to other dinners, but this wasn’t a problem, they gave us a bigger table..

I have a friend who comes to visit every few months and we always choose to go to Cote Brasserie. The atmosphere is great, the food is always perfection and you cannot fault the service.

Today’s visit was hopeless. The waiter wasn’t engaged and didn’t understand our order. He forgot our drinks. It’s not very good if the staff don’t actually speak English very well. Been to the restaurant several times for breakfast meetings and today’s service and atmosphere was not acceptable. Very frustrating and no excuse for it - especially if there are only 4/5 other patrons and the staff aren’t actually able doing their job - maybe this is a training issue? and then the receipt comes with a service charge automatically added. Wont be returning any time soon. Food cooked was average.

Staff lovely, friendly and warm atmosphere. Fair prices and even complimentary kir Royale !! The deserts were disappointing though, my chocolate fondant was not a fondant, the gooey bit in the middle was hard and that spoiled it for me. My guests both had the pancakes and said they were luke warm and definitely bought in. As shame, as otherwise it would have been a perfect rating. The main courses were excellent.

Lovely atmosphere and welcoming environment. The staff were pleasant and efficient. The waitress was attentive and polite and obviously wanted to make our meal as enjoyable as possible. The food was lovely and the wine was a fair price for a city centre resturant.
