Very slow service between starter and main and restaurant wasn't busy. Lovely food.

Good ambience, pleasant staff and tasty food. We visited early evening and benefited from a two course meal deal. I would have preferred it if the bill had not included a 12% optional service charge, as I did not feel free to tip the staff according to the service I had received.

Popped in for breakfast with my partner. Very friendly server gave us a table just inside but by the open doors so that we had a lovely view. Went for the all in option of tea, fruit juice and full English. Food was of high quality and delicious. Excellent service and value

We had a very enjoyable meal again at Cote Brasserie, Mailbox Birmingham. There are plenty of food options to choose from, the Mains, the set menu and Prestige Menus available from 12 noon to 7pm. We chose the Prestige menu & had the duck pate with apple spiced chutney, and the tomatoes & goats cheese for starters. Then the chargrilled chicken and the ravioli, both of which were very tasty. I finished with the peach crumble with vanilla ice cream. We also had on promotion the Garenne Syrah wine which slipped down a treat. The service was excellent on a busy Monday evening and Erjon the Manager was excellent. The meal came to £37.00 so good value indeed on our anniversary date. Regards Gary Saunders

we enjoyed a fantastic meal on Saturday 27th June. the restaurant was very busy and even with this the service was fairly prompt. the food taste, presentation was fabulous. Thanks Nicky

Lovely lunch, very well looked after. We had a number of allergies and intolerances to deal with but the manager and team were absolute professionals and dealt with us in a very calm manner. My Hubby commented that it was the best gluten free menu in Birmingham. Well done and we will be back

Really rubbish service! I was ignored from the moment I entered to when I got the bill. My friend and I were trying to have a pre theatre meal and had to wave down the waiter between every course. I asked for my drink 3 times and had to go to the bar to get my friends diet coke.

Been to Cote in London and Oxford and have had superb meals but was a little disappointed with the food here. The location however is excellent and the staff friendly.

Value for money the set menu-Friendly service staff kind and helpful although it was very busy.Food served in the right manner and good quality. Special praise for the young waiter on gap year who is going to Nottingham University next year although we are old enough to be his grand-parents his manners were excellent and he was very patient and good luck to the stand in manager from Peterborough who was also accomodating.

This was a birthday treat for a friend, there first experience of Cote. They as was I very much enjoyed our evening. Staff were welcoming and attentive the whole evening. The food was excellent in presentation and taste. The meal was very good value for money.

Lovely atmosphere due to the semi-secluded outside seating area which was beautifully decorated and clean. The waiter was friendly and helpful and gave brilliant recommendations for those who were indecisive. Great quality brunch, would highly recommend to anyone planning on coming here for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner. The set menu was great value for money and overall a very enjoyable meal, will be returning soon.
