Really enjoyed ourselves. Staff so good, all gave the impression they were there to make sure we had a great experience.

Food and service were both very good. Regrettably, the room was very noisy because of a birthday and Christmas part.

Busy lunchtime ahead of Christmas but service was swift and the lunch menu goog value. Smoked haddock dish was good.

Our waitress was charming and very efficient. Sadly we did not get her name but she is from Brazil. Food was good as always at cote. Sign directions could be clearer from New Street station Norman Coward

Wonderful evening catching up with friend and colleague. Good choice of menus, enjoyed moules and calamaris for our starters followed by roast lamb then crepes. Washed down with kir royale, a nice glass of wine each (one of us opted for red and one for white) and a coffee martini. Although a noisy evening due to the Xmas celebrations with large group bookings, the service was good. Slight error on the bill but that was rectified when pointed out. All in all, an enjoyable experience.

Wonderful time at Cote, lovely breakfast and the staff were wonderful - it was my mums birthday and they made her feel really special!

We have eaten here a few times and this was the best, although it's excellent normally. It was my son's Birthday and the waiting staff couldn't have been friendlier and made more of a fuss over him, culminating in them singing Happy Birthday over dessert !. The food was lovely, well cooked & beautifully presented but it was the Waiters and Manager who made it really special outing. Thank you.

We booked a table as we knew Friday early evening people leaving work for the weekend. After doing Christmas shopping we were hungry. The food was delicious, good sized portions and the waiting staff were very attentive. We will definitely go back! Excellent price

Lovely food and the staff were very accommodating particularly when I disclosed I wore hearing aids and my friend and I were moved to a quieter part of the restaurant. That has never happened to me before and I was very overcome that a gesture like that was made which of course other restaurants should take note.

As a group of ex colleagues we visit 4-5 times a year - it’s great! Good food, good service, very rarely disappointed

We had an excellent meal and fantastic service. Chateaubriand was stunning and cooked to perfection. It was my wife’s birthday and every effort was made to make it special for her. Staff were wonderful. A fantastic evening.

Good quality food at an honest price good service and ambiance

Generally good, service was excellent, steaks were served incorrectly so someone got a rare instead of medium & vice versa. My lamb was over cooked for medium. Apart from that it was an enjoyable meal & I would return

Secong time at Cote and as before the food was wonderful. The staff are all friendly, very helpful and care about the level of service they provide. You're never waiting long for your food and when it arrives the presentation is spot on. Highly recommend!

Warm welcome. Excellent service and food. Cote is our favourite place to eat before a concert or play.

Always have a good lunch here. There was a bit of a mix up with mains but it was soon sorted

6 tables occupied and even still the service was shocking

Even though it was a busy Saturday night, the service was excellent and attentive. All staff went above and beyond and were so friendly and welcoming. One main meal on the table was a few minutes late but the staff were apologetic and that diner was offered a complimentary drink. The missing main was brought out very quickly, we didn't have to wait long at all. The food was also excellent. Thanks for a lovely evening!

The food was nice , however there was a muddle up with our Starters and mine was delivered 5minutes before my friends this was attended to and realised by the staff This staff were good and attentive though Everything else and the experience was good

As normal the food and service was of the highest standards. When visiting Birmingham this is the place to eat every time!
