A lovely experience. The food was superb and the staff attentive. Had to wait a while for our food to be ordered, but that's not really an issue.

First time at Cote Birmingham and an excellent experience all round, notably the food and service.

Rather a long wait until our order was taken but then the food arrived fairly quickly. Our meals were very nice and plentiful. The staff were very attentive to our needs.

Never disappoints. Lovely atmosphere, wonderful staff excellent service from a varied and reasonably priced menu. Easy access and good parking.

Service was good until the very end when we had to wait to pay the bill and no one said thanks when we left - the waitress disappeared

Simply Too many menus to choose from....some of which offering the same choices.... Confused us and make life hard for the waiting staff....

As always excellent food, atmosphere, waiting staff Restaurant busy with Christmas groups but this did not impact on our evening at all. Good food well cooked and presented - but just as important the quality of waiting staff and how the restaurant is managed is a major reason why we go back. In a crowded restaurant market Cote Birmingham is always consistently excellent.

Have lunched here many times, always a very enjoyable experience. The staff are lovely, very cheerful and give great service and the food is delicious. It’s also in a lovely spot with nice waterside view and very pleasant decor and comfort. Highly recommended!!

Great service and excellent food. My scallops and black pudding were superb. The waiting staff looked after the two older members of our party with consideration and kind attention. Wonderful atmosphere for lunch. Will be back!

Unfortunately my steak was served rare instead of medium rare, so I sent it back but it took 15-20mins for my medium rare steak to be served again and by this time the rest of my friends had all finished and were rushing to leave to travel to our next planned event, so not great.

I find it insulting to find an "optional" service charge included in my bill. If it is optional it is up to the customer to decide, rather than have to ask to have it removed.

We had our family meal in Côte in Mailbox on Saturday night. Restaurant was busy , lovely atmosphere , service was excellent and we didn’t wait for our food too long. The food was amazing ,very tasty . We all loved it! We will be definitely back. Thank you
