Great food with knowledgeable and friendly staff. What else to say?

Poor service along with our food order being lost....had to wait ages for our starter and main course. Food not that great either , disappointed as this was a celebration meal for our 25th anniversary. I never ever leave a negative review , but was dissapionted overall .

The early evening meal was served very quickly and was well presented and tasty. Great option for pre-theatre or cinema meal.

We go to Côte few times during the year and were a bit disappointed yesterday as there were few things missing from the menu. I was looking forward to the sea bass and they had none, they also were missing la crème brûlée and crème caramel. We also had to wait for a while before being shown to our table, Staff was pleasant.

It is a nice place and we (14 of use) had an enjoyable night. We had a fabulous waiter for mixing a mocktail. We will be back again!. Fantastic service!

A lovely sunny September lunch time; it's understandably hard to judge service needs ahead when the weather is changeable but I think Cote ought to have some kind of 'whoops it's sunny' emergency staff system. Delicious food, lovely atmosphere, new parasols on the upper terrace, all good. As ever I'll be back.

Evening was excellent as usual. But we were very disappointed to hear that one of your managers, Issie, who has looked after my sister and myself on our monthly visits, is leaving in two weeks . She was an amazing asset to Cote and a great shame you have let her go, a fun person who always gave us a very happy experience and was very efficient and approachable. We met Dewi this evening who was also very attentive and I am sure will make us very welcome in the future. My experience in my past is “ always hold on to excellent staff, nurture and promote” It pays dividends.

The 2 courses for £11.99 is good value but I am always disappointed when vegetables are charged as an extra over. Why is it that this practice is seen as acceptable? Is it not possible to price a plate with or without veggies?

Good quality food, good service and at a reasonable price.

The food, as always was first class. The menu always includes variations and this adds to the pleasure of dining here. The staff are attentive and a credit to the restaurant. Tables are well placed and not over close to one another - a major factor for diners, like myself, who rely on hearing aids. The overall experience was excellent

Really lovely birthday meal - only shame was added on 20% gratuity. We would always tip 10% as standard and felt it a bit cheeky to add 20% automatically. That being said the food and experience itself was lovely

Food always consistently good- had to hint down a waiter/ress to order our 2nd lot of drinks ut it was not a worry

Visited your bath restaurant for my birthday last night and I can’t praise the team enough. The service was excellent as was the food. Enjoyed the complimentary fizz which was a lovely touch. Have been in catering for over 20 years and been a general manager and currently a head chef. And I am just amazed that no matter what branch of yours I visit the results are always the same. Have worked for large brands before and understand the complexity of getting consistency across the restaurants but you seem to have it done to a fine art. I hope that cote Brassiere Continues to be a success as it deserves to be and I thank you again for making my birthday meal a great one to remember. Will see you soon at which branch who knows but one thing is for I know I won’t be disappointed 😊

First visit, pleasantly surprised. Service excellent, food delicious. We were lucky to be able to sit outside as a glorious late afternoon. Plenty of tables available inside and out
