Excellent and tasty food cooked to perfection with superb service.

Meal was slightly rushed. Was sat near a door which was in constant use ended up wearing overcoat.

Wonderful food and service every time. Thank you to all at Côte.

Good food and friendly service. Drinks menu would be improved with a British beer. Ambience pleasant but the low ceiling makes the background noise level rather high.

Lovely meal , only negative was that my soup was served like warm but this was rectified immediately.

Lovely food, though didn't like having to pay extra for accompaniment to fish pie dish. Lively atmosphere but another time I'd request a quieter spot as it was hard to talk. Overall ok.

Im sorry to say but i cant give any positive feedback at all. We returned to cote because our previous time was faultless. Food and service both excellent. This time we sat down and the waiter took our drinks order . After 5minutes he returned with drinks and took our order. After a further 25minutes the waiter returned and said there was a problem in the kitchen and said it wont be long . Then 5minutes later the manager came over and apologised again and said the waiter hadnt given the order to the kitchen staff and gave us some warm bread and butter and said it wont be long. After a further 25minutes we had had enough and got up put our coats on decided to leave. As we were walking to the bar to pay for our drinks the manager approached us and said he was sorry for the further delay but the kitchen was busy and asked if we could return later and our food would be complementary as away as an apology. We had to decline because we were heading home. He then asked for our name and address and said he would send us a voucher for a free meal next time. As of yet we have not heard or received anything but im not holding my breath. Total chaos is an understatement. I'm not on here writing my review just to get a freebie but to let cote know so they can improve the staffs way of working and hopefully that no one else will have to go through this in the future. If you are lucky to get served the food is first class. Sorry to have to write this. Alan Richardson

. The person who showed us to our table was simultaneously also trying to sort out another group of people which lead to me feeling less than welcome. Table service was good and food delicious but limited choice for vegetarians. Atmosphere noisy due to lack of soft furnishings.

The staff were knowledgeable and very vigilant regarding coeliac sons requirements.

I had the half chicken. It was quite dry and combined with chips and greenery was an incredibly boring, bland and chewy experience. My eating was functional and not very pleasurable sadly. We were not given an opportunity to look at the dessert menu or order coffee so having waited a while we asked for the bill which was quite unceremoniously dumped on our table. No-one came to collect our payment so we scrabbled together the cash and left. I do not plan to return as I can pay the same for a better experience elsewhere.

All Cote restaurants suffer from a noise problem. No soft furnishings anywhere to absorb sound. We have experienced this in Exeter, Cardiff and Bath. Also, lousy bitter espresso. Otherwise good

Half Term week and the restaurant was very busy. Service was good and quick but I picked the Lamb which was ok in part but quite a bit of fat which you do get with Lamb so my fault for selecting it. Pud was apple tart with ice cream and all washed down with a glass of house wine. Not a bad meal just not up to the usual high standard.

Have eaten here a couple of times before and love to return. We normally eat in Salisbury but the food here is just as good.

Cote Bath is our go to great evening out. Lovely food and wine, attentive staff and relaxing stylish atmosphere. Would’ve got 6* but the toilets were blocked at the end of the night.

I always enjoy Coté Bath because the combination of tasty reasonably riced food and excellent service never fails to please. Along with the fact that I can often get my favourite table upstairs to meet with friends makes every occasion extra special.

We love eating here but this wasnt a pleasant experience. Pete Fowle.

We were 12 diners celebrating a friend’s birthday. We arrived before 7pm to order the good value early supper menus. The food and service were exceptional. There was a delay with one meal and it was deducted from the bill without fuss. No wonder it’s been a Bath favourite for years!

Outstanding lunch experience thank you. You have an incredible team and we did ask the waiter to thank the chefs too for the perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious food. We were a small family gathering and your waiting staff welcomed us and looked after us so well

We were running late yet accommodated without any fuss. Had a delightful waitress who couldn't have been more helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our meal over 3 hours, no one rushed us. Would highly recommend Cote,good food, reasonably priced excellent service from well trained staff.
