Côte Bath

A very special place to celebrate our 47th wedding anniversary. The staff were attentive but not too fussy, we were not rushed at all. The food was delicious and not too expensive. We both had a lovely pre theatre dinner.

Again a very happy experience. Atmosphere food service excellent. I have never had a disappointing visit.

As usual really enjoyed our meal and drinks at Cote on Friday lunchtime. The staff are really great and very attentive and friendly. Looking forward to our next visit.

Fantastic meal as always. Superb service, lovely staff. A cut above all the other chain restaurants, in a league of its own.

Took advantage of a free bottle of wine. We love Cote, however their offers encourage us to visit more often. Don’t know why more restaurants don’t realise this.

We had another great experience at Côte in Bath. We were seated promptly and treated to a Kir Royale as we were celebrating a 50th birthday. The food was great as always. The crab mayonnaise is always good and the pork belly is to die for. We enjoyed a complimentary Merlot as part of an offer which was lovely. Unfortunately the rather expensive Chateauneuf de pape was not so good. Stick to the merlot. Côte we thoroughly enjoyed our evening as usual. We will be back.

Excellent meal for my birthday. I am coeliac and it is so refreshing to have a gluten free menu and find the whole experience so good. I can relax and have no worries about what I am eating because so much trouble is taken. This makes the Cote experience anywhere most enjoyable. The meal in Bath was excellent quality with the added bonus of two kir royales free as a birthday treat. I would thoroughly recommend.

We are never disappointed at Cote Bath and last night was no exception. Very good service and not intrusive. The set menu is excellent value.

I have visited Cote Bath on many occasions and I am never disappointed. The staff are always excellent, as is the food.

We booked a £9.95 deal and were charged £11.95. This was brought to the attention of the waiter but still charged that amount at checkout. We paid!

You ran out of a lot of items on the menu such as steak tartare, crab mayonnaise,10 oz ribeye steak and this was on a Friday night at 7.30pm so I presume there was none of these items until Monday. Whoever did the food ordering for the weekend really screwed up or there was no delivery. This ruined the experience for me as I was very much looking forwards to having steak tartare and ribeye steak that evening.

Had lunch here today. Most enjoyable from the lunch time menu. We both had a starter of pear and goats cheese sale. Delicious. Followed by French style cottage pie. Really tasty and great on a cold wet day.

Absolutely delightful to meet my daughter for a birthday lunch at Cote - great food, charming service - complementary cocktails hugely appreciated - thank you. We will be back😄.

Great food and great service! Mushroom risotto is very good!

It has become less formal and noisier than it used to be, though this could be said to be more relaxed. Compared to The Ivy for example, it is a more workaday than 'special' experience. The service was excellent, the maitre d charming.

Please check whether I paid the 12.5% TIP (To Improve Performance) This ought to be enough for your survey, the choice being mine. My hourly rate for consultation is £300 per hour after the initial £50. Feel able to call back within these terms. ps. I went out for a meal only. I trust that the after sales is able learn from the TIP (to improve etc ...)

Superb food excellent service We were upstairs and ir was a lovely atmosphere.

The roasted duck breast was a bit too old, seems not so pink but tastes okay. I found the quality of this course to be quite fluctuating over time. The new year eve duck confit was alright.

Just perfect for all three of us. Our friend has a few dietary intolerances which were more than adequately catered for. The service was outstanding and the food absolutely beautiful. Sorry to gush! But all true!

The restaurant were so welcoming and accommodated a family meal allowing some small decorations to be used too. The food was lovely and the waiter was so attentive to our table of 13 with drinks, being friendly with the children and paying attention to detail.

The food was good as usual, but the waitress was inexperienced and got the order wrong. We had also booked via the website to get the £2 discount off the fixed price menu. It did not appear on the bill, but as I had nothing to prove this, we just paid the extra. Overall, a bit disappointing.

Very tasty food, proper portions, seasoned in nice balanced way. Very cosy inside with nice warm light. Polite waiters. A little bit to high charge for service though, I think that 10-11% would be enough. We will recommend anyway, as all other aspect were more than satisfying for us.
