We came here for lunch after a relaxing spa experience. Very good service and tasty food. We were also given the table we requested. Excellent value for money.

Nice welcome on arrival! We were seated promptly - the atmosphere was cheerful and busy. The service was courteous and attentive without being intrusive. The food was both delicious and tasty with a good selection of dishes. The surroundings were clean and attractive. Overall, a very peasant experience.

As always, a very enjoyable meal, with a good choice of food. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Look forward to our next visit to Cote Bath. A very good venue.

Absolutely lovely restaurant and setting, food was great (Mother’s Day Brunch) and great value for money. The normal brunch menu they provide is also so reasonable definitely worth a visit!

Delicious food as usual, despite the very busy mothers day lunch time. Service good, although stretched due to the numbers present. Took a little longer than usual to get the bill after the meal, but nothing too excessive. Food great.

Waited quite a long time to be offered a drink, nearly half hour! Then you automatically added 12.5% to our bill for just 3 people at a cost of £10! Didn’t think your service warranted that amount but felt we had to pay it as we were treating a friend to the meal for her 60th birthday and didn’t want to make a fuss in front of her.

The food is always consistent, of good quality and beautifully presented. Even on Mother’s Day with a full restaurant the service was obliging and every request catered for.

Always find main course is brought too quickly but will ask in future to have 10 min pause. We were still eating bread etc. Other than that can’t fault it.

Food was lovely, the waiters & waitresses were very nice but on the whole my partner and I felt that our meal was rushed - we would've like to have more time to enjoy our meal.

Food delicious (your creme caramel is the best ever!). Service friendly and efficient. It is always a pleasure to eat at Cote which offers excellent value.

We had a lovely meal tonight. Our waitress was delightful. At the start of the meal our son asked if they made a particular dessert, she said “No but I’ll see” When pudding time came we had all forgotten the initial conversation. Our son ordered ice cream. When the desserts came out the chef had made our son what he’d asked about when we’d first arrived!! Amazing! Thank you Cote, fantastic.

We eat at cote quite a lot and the quality of food is always excellent, service was good but not as prompt as some other cotes we have eaten in.

We went to Cote Bath with friends for a celebration. We couldn’t fault the food and service which was first class. The creme caramel was delicious. We will definitely return.

We are regulars at the Cote in Bath and always find the atmosphere welcoming and the pre-theatre menu value for money. We have never had a bad meal nor have we ever felt less than welcome. We shall continue to eat there on our visits to the Theatre Royal in future.

We had another excellent meal. Great service. Good food and lovely accompanying wine. We usually now default to Cote for a good value consistent meal and the very pleasant staff (without exception) always make us leave with a smile.

Requested table not available at 1230hrs. Compensated with complimentary Kir Royales.Told meal would take 20mins - in fact took 10. Meal excellent apart from chewy leeks. Service excellent from Harry & Amy. Got the bill wrong ( charged for the complimentary drinks) - gave me an extra drink so went out very happy.

We visit Cote Bath fairly regularly because there is a good choice of food at reasonable prices. The staff are friendly and attentive and the restaurant has a nice ambience. Will doubtless revisit again soon!

The restaurant staff were very helpful when we needed lunch earlier than originally booked and made us feel very welcome. The food was excellent with plenty of choice, red wine perfect temperature and gave us plenty of time to enjoy our lunch. Strongly recommend Cote.

A cold morning but the restaurant was nicely warm. Not many customers, nevertheless sevice was very efficient. The vegetarian breakfast was cooked well and extra sourdough bread was provided without question.

Staff are both friendly and efficient, with varied monthly menus we return regularly. The French style food is well presented and excellent value. The upstairs restaurant is a particularly attractive venue.

The food is of very good quality and delicious, but the “optional gratuity” which is the tip, is not optional and a bit too much at +12.5% of the bill.

It was good food and service but have seen much much better quality & service here. I only guess the business had some impact. Nevertheless another good dining experience and as ever the staff are looked after us well. So thanks again and hope to dine in Cote soon.

Celebrating my birthday we received a complimentary Kir Royal on arrival and was given a table of our choice. The service, ambience and food was excellent.

Always have a good experience at Côte. Great food, friendly staff and a really nice atmosphere. I highly recommend the restaurant. It is not the cheapest place, but it is good value and good quality.

Usual very attentive staff and our selections from the menu (my wife and I chose different meals) were tasty and attractively presented. The restaurant was very busy again today, but it did not affect another very pleasant lunch.

Good, friendly service. Would have been a 6 but our complimentary water wasn't cold. Cote remains a favourite go to eating place wherever we go.

Lunch is good but the pre theatre early evening meal was nothing special. The haddock was only warm, no potatoes so had to order side dish. Grilled chicken was quite dry. No complimentary bread that you expect from a French restaurant. Service was good from friendly staff. Quite good value for money but don’t think we’ll go back.

Swift and friendly service by the food was excellent: served hot, tasty and nicely presented. The only downer is that a small side dish of spinach seemed excessively expensive at £3-95. Nevertheless, it was also delicious. Second time we've been there within 3months. (Also done Edinburgh and Leamington Spa, all equally good).

An excellent lunch as always. Bath has many restaurants, but quite honestly Cote is head and shoulders above the rest. The food was well cooked and beautifully prepared and the staff in the restaurant were personable, efficient and good humoured. A great lunch.

Cote is one of our favourite places to eat -children love the steak frites and we love being able to eat three courses from the set menu .

Staff really good led by a very competent manager, food just as good as any other Cotes that I have been in. There was four in my party, two of which are normally very critical and they loved it. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Great place to eat, the service was excellent they were attentive but not overbearing and all the food we ordered was superb. We will return again.

The usual efficient service and very nice food. As it was half term the restaurant became rather noisy as lunch time progressed. we would go again.

We went for lunch and sadly the waitress wasn't very cheerful and a bit sloppy with the service, dropping the screw-top to the wine on the floor and not picking it up, but the food was good.
