Côte Bath

.Excellent as usual. Good food value for money and friendly service. We always enjoy our visit to Cote Bath where we are always made very welcome.

Had a lovely table in a corner so quite private because the restaurant was rammed. Food very good, service just as we like it, we don't want people coming over every five minutes so because it was busy we could have time to enjoy the wine and food and the surroundings without feeling rushed.

Good service, and lovely food. We had a very good time. We were given a table of our choice and felt that the staff were interested in whether we enjoyed ourselves.

We had an enjoyable lunch last Saturday before going to the theatre. I explained to our waitress that we were short of time and she ensured that we had enough time to get to the theatre, without rushing. Good food, good value and very good service.

We had a lovely evening at the Bath branch of Cote. The meal was freshly cooked, very tasty and well presented and the staff were both efficient and friendly.

Excellent service from Melody. We had an excellent Beef Bourguignon and also duck. Nice for us and the kid. Near the excellent spot in Bath.

Very good. This chain restaurant is one of my favorite, the quality is always the same good. Love the environment and the service is also good. Fair for the price.

Despite a bad review that Cote had replaced The moon and Six pence they have done a wonderful job of creating an interesting relaxed open and light area with plenty of space between tables The food as always was good and the swordfish exceptional . The waitress (Spanish) was really good, very affable very helpful and attentive. The menu is pretty good. The food was great....so all in all... a great evening.

We enjoyed our visit, the staff were friendly and the food was good. The one thing that let the experience down was that we were sat in the conservatory near the door on a cold night; this didn’t bother us as much as it bothered the older couple dining near us who were constantly jumping up and down to shut the door after visitors and snapping at people who didn’t properly close it. That was quite distracting! There were plenty of tables further in to the restaurant so I think the staff should have made a call and seated everyone away from the entrance in the very first place.

We always feel confident that a visit to Cote will be an enjoyable experience and our latest one supported this expectation.We were rapidly shewn to a table and began to tackle the problem of narrowing down our preferred dishes from a host of tempting alternatives.Menues decided our only disappointment was that Cote had run out of the wine which would have been a perfect accompaniment.(The wine chosen was OK but not what would have been better.) Dishes were all as expected,zthat is to say very good but with special mention of the octopus rings which were perfect.Overall an excellent occasion once again.

Enjoyed a magnificent birthday meal with friends. I always enjoy eating at Côte. The food is always good and the staff are very attentive. Côte is my first choice “go to” restaurant.

We had an excellent meal, following a concert in Bath Abbey which was a great way to round-off the evening. I asked for a 'quiet location' within the restaurant, when Booking, and this attention was noted. We were particularly well served by an attentive and engaging waiter - who interestingly enquired on which Cote I had previously visited and suggested one or two others to sample. I shall try to follow-up on the helpful suggestions.

Was a lovely restaurant. Food was amazing and service was 1st class. We used the offer to have a free bottle of wine so was well worth the visit

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our celebration lunch, our reception, the starter, the main course, the wine and the coffee was excellent, as was the service.

Food and service great but the table wasn’t laid when we arrived also can adopt an increased sense of fine dining rather than a quick service with lack of detail. Price does not conform to fine dining but it’s attention to detail that costs little and can raise customer perception and experience value.

Food wonderful especially the creme caramel! Fabulous service thank you so much. Our American guests thoroughly enjoyed the food and service too. A great atmosphere and we were not rushed at all.

Excellent restaurant in central Bath. Polite, friendly and efficient staff. Varied menus including seasonal offers. Prompt service. Salmon and ratatouille vegetables is one of our favourites - a perfect choice for lunch. excellent all round.

Good food and great service provided very late in the evening, 10.30pm, after a visit to the Theatre Royal in Bath. We will certainly be going there again.

Steak not great,service slow,no water delivered to table no condiments available without asking and still had to wait too long after asking,a bit more attention to detail needed really.

Cote Bath is without doubt my favourite restaurant in this city. It is consistently good as far as food is concerned and the staff and the service they provide is excellent.

Always good value for money - we have the set menu before the theatre. Very friendly staff. Good atmosphere and have recommended to friends. Will continue to eat there.

A very pleasant meal at the Cote in Bath, the food was excellent and very reasonable. The staff were attentive and polite but not in your face. My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would recommend having a meal at this Cote.

We had a great evening, both food and staff were excellent. Plenty of menu choices, price of food and wine very reasonable too. Will be going back soon.

Cote is reliably good whichever city you choose...Bath is no different...good service, good food...all round great experience although a little bit tricky to find tucked away behind the main drag!

Went for birthday treat with friends, arranged for kir royals to be served when we arrived, I had to ask for them which was awkward. My starter was artichokes, could not see it or taste it just some sauce with breadcrumbs, however the rest of the food was very good and everyone enjoyed the evening, good value and will return.

Really lovely staff nothing is ever too much trouble. A great and varied menu and good value. A real favourite with all our family whatever the occasion

Come to Côte for an annual ladies' lunch. As always, great food and wine (the crab mayonnaise starter is fantastic) & superb service (Melody was fabulous!)

Great food and atmosphere. Sat upstairs at a quiet table with views of the church tower. Friendly and helpful waitresss. Would definitely go back in the summer.

My friend and I have not been able to get out socially since before Christmas as we both have poorly relatives and work .We were truly bowled over by the brilliant staff and food .Thank you for a wonderful treat!

We were extremely well looked after. Complimentary bread was offered as one of our chosen dishes took a little time to prepare and then I received a complimentary pudding as it was my birthday. First class friendly service and the food was delicious.
