The service and food were first class in this busy restaurant in the centre of Bath, the Restaraunt was very busy when we visited but adequate staffing ensured that the evening was most enjoyable

Another reassuring good lunch at Cote, nice new January menu. Even in the early January down period Cote is busy busy and I usually make sure to book!

Good food, good service reasonable price. V. poor welcome and ridiculously noisy table next to coffee machine and dishwashing reduced overall enjoyment of the visit.

Calamari excellent, cassoulet ditto. Chicken a bit dry. Atmosphere good, service excellent. £50 per head including lots of wine, like seriously lots of wine. Will go again.

Our meal at Côte this evening was near perfect. The staff were polite, friendly and efficient. The ambiance was relaxed. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced.

The restaurant has a very ambient atmosphere with good background music. The service we received by all the staff was cheerful, friendly and efficient. I was provided with a separate vegetarian menu and a separate vegetarian wine menu which enabled me to make my choices confidently without having to ask the staff questions. The food as always was superb

Cote is always a safe option in Bath. The food is consistent and the staff are helpful. Perfect mid-price restaurant for lunch before watching the mighty Bath at the Rec!

We had lunch on a very busy day as the Christmas Market which meant the service was slower than usual but suited us. Food fantastic

Excellent food as always. The parsnip soup is amazing and the creme caramel is the best I’ve tasted. Good friendly service as always. My third visit in a month.

First time I had brunch at Cote and sadly it did not live up to my otherwise very high rated experience of this restaurant. Service was very slow indeed - we had booked a table, one friend arrived early but had had to go to the bar to get a drink, and when I arrived on time noone came near the table for 10 minutes. This is so unusual for Cote and our mood was not helped when we were told we could not have more coffee as the table was booked for lunch. If the service had been good we would have been finished in good time.

As always Cote in Bath is a buzzing place. The food is consitent, good and excellent value. Sadly on this occasion the person in charge upstairs was not observation and her attention to detail was slightly remiss, however this could be due to a busy festive period. But overall, it is a fantastic place to visit and eat.

Excellent food yet again. I had delicious sea bass and the roasted fennel was divine. I shared the brioche bread and butter pudding with my husband-wonderful dessert!

Really disappointed with tonight’s experience. Ordered bread to start which never arrived and then it was added to the bill. Waited ages for the bill as well. The restaurant really needs to look at its service!

On a very cold wet and windy day we three friends found a warm welcome, reasonably priced menu and good value. AND the food was delicious.

Hectic, staff not particularly responsive to a busy breakfast service. Didn’t seem very happy to get a high chair for us even though we requested one when booking. I ended up helping myself to one

We took our granddaughter to Cote last Saturday and enjoyed our usual excellent meal with her. As value for money we find this chain of restaurants very reasonable. We also like the service which is efficient but also friendly.

The meal and service was fine, but our table reservation was close to the entrance door, which meant every time the door opened very cold air blew in. I had to get up several times to close the door. Staff seemed unaware but in fairness we did not ask to move table as the restaurant was fully booked. I suggest on a cold, wet windy day customers avoid the tables near the entrance door.

Never had bad meal or poor service at Côte. Côte Bath no exception - extremely busy, but the staff were unflappable, efficient and very pleasant.

It was the best full English cooked breakfast I have had for a very long time. And the service was absolutely superb. Maximum charm and efficiency. Do try it.

Not easy to find, but well worth it. As usual with Cote the food and staff were excellent. Never fails to please and for my husband,who is a coelliac, there is plenty of choice and the confidence that it is gluten free as it is Coeliac society accredited,

Food was great but the service, attentativness was definitely lacking. Waited 10 mins to be sat at the table, then waited a further 15 mins to get out drinks ordered, then starters not right despite preordering. However Mains and dessert’s very great.

Bath Christmas Market crowds made me feel quite smug that I had booked a table.With one rather disappointing exception our meal was very much up to the delicious standard we all anticipated.The exception? Some French beans which were more than Al dente,they were almost raw.After some further cooking little improvement was detected and we concluded that they were well past their sell by date.They were knocked off the bill but it was a shame that our very first disappointment happened on this particular day.Nevertheless it will not put us off Cote,it will return to its completely predictable quality next time I am sure.

Myself and 4 guests had a super experience, as always at Cote Bath! The starters and mains and wine were great, jolly atmosphere and couldn't fault the staff. With my job travelling around the UK have visited many of the Cote restaurants and Bath is one of the best, local for me to.
