We enjoyed our food and wine. Service was excellent. We will definitely come back.
Delicious food in lovely surroundings with pleasant and helpful staff!
Lovely as always. Thank you I gave 4 stars for food as myself and my daughter found the potato gratin a little salty today.
Beautiful food in a lovely environment. Promptly served by a courteous, friendly staff.
Lovely meal thank you food really nice service very good
very nice meal - quality food and attentive pleasant service
Pleasant and courteous staff. Allowed us to choose table. Food was good. We would return and recommend you to a friend.
Delightful experience, superb staff, great cuisine, one of the best venues in Bath
A. Really good steak and lovely summer cocktail, the service was good in spite of a full restaurant. Well done
Lovely staff. Consistently good food. Best place to eat that is off the beaten track.
A thoroughly enjoyable evening, The food was great and our waiter was brilliant.
Efficient attentive service. Amazingly good value fixed-price menu - delicious!
We had a fabulous time at Cote, Bath. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the rump of lamb was delicious. I thoroughly recommend this restaurant.
Melon not ripe. Inedible, shame to be served that. Service and the rest of the meal great
like Cote in Bath because I like the atmosphere, the food ,the staff and the décor, location, etc. The food prices are fair and waits for food are inevitable if food is to be prepared for one.The only "fly in the soup" was an extremely noisy bunch of youngish males which resulted in others increasing their volume and speech became "painful".
As always we had a great meal and superb service
Very accommodating and helpful staff. Good range of food and ambience. Will go again.
An enjoyable lunch with good service and delicious food. Sadly white wine not cool enough. But enjoyable lunch
Excellent food and excellent service. Better all round than the Ivy every time!
A lovely restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere, excellent food and service.Beware of the Seagulls if eating outside!
Very enjoyable meal ,good service negatives Gazpacho soup could have been serve chilled and the beer tumbler warm from recently washed. Like most multi national restaurants becoming overpriced ie. large glass of wine £7.55
As usual great evening We were a group of 8 dining on the hottest day of the year: Enjoyed our free gin cocktail and choice of wine, Starters went down well as did mains, We had a lovely inside position looking out with all windows open so felt outside with lovely cool breeze. I left before the desert for another engagement but everyone had a great time Thank you again
Very tasty meal. Helpful staff, nice environment. We will be back!
Wonderful experience, excellent food and staff. Attention to detail with wonderful personal touches for our 10th wedding anniversary made for a delightful evening. Would highly recommend 10/10
We had a very enjoyable evening. Our starters were delicious and our main courses extremely well cooked. The weather was perfect.... we ate outside in the courtyard and experienced a delightful evening. The only negative aspect was the screeching of the gulls, but that’s beyond anyone’s control!
Great food, lovely staff. ..... . . . . .
Service was always prompt and generally excellent. The food was cooked well, as on my previous visit. The interior design, including much glass for sun to get through and us to look out, mattered too.
As always Cote was good but on this occasion the service wasn’t great- I think staff shortage.
Lovely food and excellent staff. Light airy restaurant. Would highly recommend.
Excellent as always, never a disappointment eating with cote brasserie
We booked the meal for a birthday treat. The staff were friendly but rushed us as they had a large party of 16 people in that night. The Food was very good but the noise level was imposssible! Not the fault of the group but either they should have been put in an empty part of the restaurant or we should have been offered it. Instead what should have been a relaxing meal was a headache!
consistently high standards of food, service and atmosphere. Fixed price lunch is the best deal in town.
Our dinner was extremely poor on Monday 15 July where we went for the Early Bird two course special. Firstly, my partner's whitebait had almost no bread and so was not crispy. My artichoke risotto tasted and looked no more than rice in water. I had to send it back and chose the chicken breast instead. It was terrible. Had no chicken flavour but a strange smokey after taste. It was so bad I had to return it. Both the manager and the server were exceptionally understanding and did their best to help. They offered another choice from the main menu although I really did not feel like eating anything else by then. The duck arrived and was not as bad as the previous 2 dishes but was overcooked and tasteless. We wondered if, being a Monday night there was no trained chef on duty? We had paid £49 only to be a left, literally, with a nasty taste in my mouth. I live in Bath and am used to visit Cote and enjoyed it. We run a guest house in Bath and often recommend our guests to go there but now I would not take the risk.
Love the atmosphere and food here. Consistently good value and service. Only disappointing thing is the 12.5% service charge which is steep. Prefer to leave a suitable tip at my discretion.
Great food and service for a relaxing breakfast. Frequent visitors, back soon
Once we located the restaurant, we all had a great meal and looked after well.
Good service if a little slow staff very friendly and food very good but no tuna again !!
Lovely to have lunch in your sunny courtyard, food as good as always!
Lovely food good service great place to enjoy a meal with family and friends. Inside or out option.
a lovely evening in the sun, wonderful food, great service, all in all very good
Lovely restaurant in the centre of Bath. Courtyard tables and lovely atmosphere when the weather is good. Lunch special half chicken was also good washed down with a Muscadet. Recommended.
Very slow service, seemed to be serving everyone before us, a very long wait between courses.
Lovely situation, lovely food, lovely service, and helpful friendly staff made it a memorable lunch with friends.
Lovely food and service was good but slowed as they got busier. Too many covers for the number of staff. However an enjoyable evening.
Lovely environment, friendly staff and good food and wine at a reasonable price....what more could you want?
The food was adequate. The service was abysmal. A long wait to order and an even longer wait for it to arrive. The restaurant had fewer than 20 customers at the time. I dread to think what it’s like when it’s busy.
Our waiter was very good and attentive but the Pork Belly was disappointing this evening. We have eaten this dish many times before and this evening it was not particularly good.
As a regular diner at the Cote I enjoyed my visit. Good food, attentive service and nice ambience. Look forward to next visit.
Great staff, yummy food, great service-what more could you want!
Booked and arrived . Welcome a little vague asked if we could sit up stairs - told yes . Got there only one table in a area we have never seen a table before so not terrible but completely away from other dinners . Our server was lovely except we’d come specifically for the lobster and on a Friday at 6.00 you were out of it .... not good planning
