Always happy with my dining experience at Cote and going again soon

Poor.Very slow.30 minute wait for disappointing first courses soup lacked flavour.Why no soup spoons available.Premier menu mediocre,ravioli horrid swimming in oil from bottled peppers. Ghastly filling, no flavour,no pine nuts or chives as described.Totally overpriced at £17 for two courses.

One thing I don't like is that you add a gratuity to our bill. My friend and I would rather tip our waiter ourselves - or not as the case may be. We feel as though we're being taken for a ride....

I would certainly recommend Cote Bath and look forward to eating there again soon

Great service, great food, great atmosphere. Been to Cote a number of times in various locations and it never disappoints.

We had to wait too long to be served and were not impressed by the environment or location

It was lovely but extremely slow. We’d finished our drinks before our starters arrived! Portions were generous but my tuna was over cooked for my taste (especially as the menu did state medium rare!)

Overall a lovely experience. Kind and polite staff - especially our waitress and the concierge/waiter. Very good food which was presented beautifully and there was good atmosphere. I thought it was a shame towards the end, about the waiting time between main and dssert but it was very busy . Also what was not so good was shortly after we arrived an unknown lady who seemed to have some authority over the staff and apparently thought she had it over the customers too, her tone was sharp and she was overbearing, thankfully we didnt see her again~ it could of made the experience rather unpleasant. As a whole though the other staff made up for it all with their polite and concientious atitudes. We would definitely eat at this Cote again.

We love Cote, it is a friendly and welcoming restaurant which is excellent for almost all occasions. This visit was no exception, we received very good service and the food was, as usual. excellent.

It was rugby day which I didn’t realise. However your staff dealt with it very well and they were patient with everyone. After the crowds left it returned to the sophisticated ambiance that we would expect and felt more intimate. Good lunch knowing what we would get with good service

Food good as usual but we did feel a bit rushed. Out first course arrived after about 3 minutes and then as soon as that was taken they wanted to take the dessert order !

Lovely service but starters took a long time to come. It didn’t matter as we weren’t in a hurry, but we’d finished our wine before any food arrived! Food was lovely and generous portions but I’d my tuns to have been a little less well done and dry and more moist and rare

We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. Each one of our party had different choices and each were excellent. Service was also first class.

We always enjoy our visits. The staff especially the manageress are very welcoming and the food is of a high standard.

My partner, his family and I are regulars at Cotes Bath. We know we'll always have friendly servers, great service and wonderful food. Tonight was a celebration for us and Cotes was the perfect place for it, and we left as satisfied as always. Thank you!

Good atmosphere, good food. Staff could have been a little more attentive, but there were only two working the floor. Crème Caramel always seems to be unavailable !!

Excellent service...arrived earlier then our reservation...not a problem for the staff. Asked if our meal could be served quickly as we wanted to get a specific train home...again not a problem. Enjoyed our complimentary cocktail and had a great lunch and service as always,

Lovely lunch today. Great food and friendly service with three menu to choose from.

The food was excellent as usual. We had booked a table as we normally do in advance for our meeting and assumed that we would have a table upstairs. When we arrived although there were plenty of empty tables on the upper floor, we were taken downstairs where our table was in a darker corner. The noise level was awful and although we only had a table for three we couldn't at times hear each other speak . It spoilt our meeting which we have kept as a regular three monthly date at Cote for the last four years, sadly I think after this we will now be looking elsewhere.

We were so happy to find Cote Brasserie! The food was delicious, very fresh and well-prepared. They were very thoughtful and provided everything we needed to keep the little ones in our group happy and entertained. We were able to have a nice conversation and enjoy the delicious coffee and breakfast. We would highly recommend this restaurant!

Bournemouth, Winchester, Exeter, Salisbury, Bath, Bristol, Cardiff central or the Bay,London, Eaton, Harrogate. Where ever we go côte always delivers great food in a good atmosphere with great service. We always leave full and happy!

Another excellent meal at Cote in Bath. Everything was perfect.

Good buzzy atmosphere, service good as usual. Restaurant was very busy on a Friday night and our waitress seemed to lack the ability to connect visually when talking to us, and was going through the motion of asking us if everything was alright etc. Food was very good we had croquette with oeufs poche hollandaise, grilled sardines and sea bream all well done.

Very welcoming whilst I wanted for my friend to join me.

Excellent evening - there wasn't a thing on the food menu that didn't sound delicious .... and what we chose lived up to the anticipation. What I would change or rather add to would be the choice of drinks available. an Aperol Spritz to start or an Espresso Martini to finish would have been the icing on the cake

Easy to book via Quandoo and my special request was no problem. Cote Bath is a very nice restaurant and always a nice place to dine

Great food and service at lunchtime visit.We chose off the two set menus and thought the varied choice was very good and not expensive.Have been here before and will definitely go again.

A visit to Cote Bath is always a very pleasant experience. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The food is always very good and very good value. We look forward to our next visit.

Lovely lunch here today. Great service, lovely ambience and very reasonable. Only one slight poi t is that tables are very close together so at times conversation can be obliterated by loud groups in close proximity. I realise that optimum numbers are required to make a place viable but it would be nicer to be able to hear the conversation with the person you are dining with and hold a conversation easily. Apart from that it was lovely.

Overall great but we were seated between two large groups of people who at times were really loud. This made conversation between us a little difficult at times......................... but luckily one group left before us. It may be a thought to place two people/couple bookings away from larger groups so that the noise level is less.

Lovely meal, great staff & very good atmosphere. Nice gesture to be given a free drink as we were celebrating a friend’s birthday.

We had a really lovely lunch. Food and staff both excellent.

Consistent food as with all Cote restaurants but has the added advantage on a nice day of being to sit outside in a secluded courtyard.
