the staff was friendly and helpful nice to our young grandchildren
Always great food and service see you again soon
Excellent lunch food first class staff charming & very helpful
A lovely Sunday lunch time treat - will definitely be back again
If you are booking the back left hand seat against the wall still has the same major draft, which makes the right hand side of your body cold to say the least, blowing through the gap which has been this way for around 5 years now it just needs to be sealed in some way so avoid this table. Apart from that it is a good place to eat and the food and staff are very good.
Really enjoyed our evening. Will definitely do it again soon
As always an excellent experience one of the best Cote restaurants around with excellent ambience and food and staff

Very disappointed with my fish dish, about four really big bones in my mouth. I told one of the Managers who cleared the table and no apology, nothing. A lovely table position but the service wasn’t as good and I wouldn’t have fish again, if ever I go again. Such a let down as we always have a great experience.
We did find grit in the lettuce in the goats cheese salad. I asked my partner to try some and it had to go outside to spit it out. We did tell the waitress who was very sweet and asked if I wanted something else. I had the salmon . We did have free drinks as part of your November sidecar offer. However when the bill came ... I had to pay the full price for the more expensive salmon and although the goats cheese salad was quite rightly taken off the bill ... this all felt abit wrong that I ended up paying more for your kitchen not washing the salad! Really the waitress should have sent the manager over to us as we were querying the bill ... as all management was stationed close to our table I am sure they were aware!
Arrived early in time for the set menu when it was also quiet .by the time we left it was busy and noisy but it was ok for us as we were leaving
Excellent food, excellent service and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend it
Good food, nice environment and good service as usual a
Great food and service as usual. I would recommend this restaurant to my many friends. Thank you
Delightful evening out. Amersham venue lives up to excellent service, food and atmosphere.
Excellent service. Good good Pate starter disappointing as brioche not that nice and pretty cold/under-done. Crumble had run out. Offered another dessert from main menu , complimentary. Portions generous.
The only real failing is the draft is still raging through the gap between the wall and the very back left hand seat and the wall and it has been this way for at least 5 years. Would be nice if they filled that gap in so you don't have a frozen right side when sitting there.
The area was rather cold and once the staff turned up the heating it was fine. We waited quite a while for 3 of the meals.
We had a lovely evening the service was amazing and the food delicious, the restaurant is very pretty and has a lovely ambiance, we will be returning in the near future, I am sure.
Too many mussels !!! Yummy We enjoyed the evening very much.
Great value lunch (£18.95 for 3 courses) off the prestige menu. Good food - mussels in cider, pork loin and chocolate mousse. Reasonable portions. Slightly noisy as virtually full on a Wednesday lunch- though this is Amersham Old town - plenty of retirees looking for good quality at reasonable price. Cote hits the mark exactly.
I enjoy the window table to have coffee with my sister who lives quite a journey from our home in Surrey. As usual we had good service and a pleasant waitress. However, not having eaten a meal at the Amersham branch of Cote, we were disappointed with the meal, it wasn't as good at those other branches we have frequented in Esher and London. The beans were watery and overcooked and the portion control is quite out of hand. Tiny portions of side dishes were stingy. The pastry case of the tart citron was way over cooked and had to be sent back. The second one was equally so but simply left as inedible. Please don't drop the generally high standards we know Cote is capable of in other branches. Best wishes, Linda Alanko 07939273454 PS I am glad you asked for feedback after the meal as it would have spoilt the occasion if I had been truly honest to the charming waitress.
All excellent as usual. Busy, so service was a bit slower, but this did not detract from the lunch! Staff charming!! Thank you
Enjoyed the risotto, soup good too. Will def come again.
Lovely relaxing evening with friends, food and service very good
Lovely, quiet, early family dinner. Service was polite, efficient and friendly. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. We are always happy when we go there and will be visiting again soon. Thank you Cote!
Great atmosphere, great food, great cocktail of the month and superb service. Looking forward to our next visit.
We Definitely Enjoyed Our Meal. Give our Thanks To the Staff For The Service Given.

Excellent service as usual, modules tasty and chicken beautifully tender
Excellent value. Food nicely prepared. Rather noisy , waiting staff could be quieter.
An enjoyable meal at a good quality local restaurant. Recommended.
Good venue, fantastic company and lovely food!! We had a lovely lunch.
Excellent service & food. Always a welcoming atmosphere at Amersham.
Had a really tasty meal and I was very well taken care of with my garlic allergy. They could not have been more helpful and also took into account our request for a quiet area.
Very appealing decor, pleasant place to be, though largely empty on Tuesday evening. Still the quiet was appreciated. staff very accommodating and efficient. Food excellent. Slight downside: my knife with finger marks on the blade was replaced as soon as I mentioned it, and the table still showed spots of grease (presumably) from previous diners on its surface despite having been prepared for the next diners.
very good food and good value, nice surroundings , good service
Lovely place to catch up with friends or family for lunch.
Great value and service. The small foreign waitress was very attentive,
Perfect evening - one comment though : the white wine was warm! Not good.
Usual high standard of cuisine and good experience all round
Excellent friendly and efficient service. Superb food. Tasty, hot and beautifully presented

I have eaten here a few times but this time really disappointed. We waited an hour for our brunch and when it arrived it was cold! Cold scrambled eggs.... not nice. Whilst being recooked we were not offered a drink, we were expected to eat toast on napkin (no side plate and 1 x knife between us). Then 12.5% service charge added to bill!!!!!!!!!
Staff are excellent, food was great and the price made it very good value
The service was slow. The waitresses were not fully trained on the use of the electronic ordering devices. The second glass of wine did not arrive. The plates for the main course were luke warm as was the food. The alcove we were in was noisy (although we had a noisy table behind us) since there was little sound deadening e.g. carpet and pictures.
Good meal, flawless friendly service. Normal for Cote, this branch anyway.
Excellent value and food was delicious. Would certainly recommend the experience.
Delicious food only marred by the long waiting time between courses. We suddenly realised our three hours was up on the car park so we had to exit swiftly. Shame as would have stayed for coffee. We were a party of eight and some had three courses. But still think that was unacceptable and did tell staff that.
