As usual a perfectly pleasant evening in a convivial atmosphere, attentive service and excellent meal all at a reasonable price. Thank you all for looking after us so well!

I have always given Cote in Amersham excellent reviews but this will be my last visit. Why? I paid over £25 for 3 glasses of sauvignon blanc tonight. That is really OTT and on reflection it could have been cheaper to buy the whole bottle. Goodbye Cote been nice to know you.

Excellent service and food very good. Except my wife's breakfast was not hot just warm. Otherwise everything for breakfast was very good. Will visit this Cote again.

The noise was the downside, that and the fact that we were seated alongside what was obviously a main throughway and Was a issue for a member of our party who has mobility problems and could not move fast. Otherwise, food, serveice and value for money were all very good.

Had the roast belly of pork. I had it on my previous visit & the crackling was amazing. Yesterday it was soggy & inedible. I did mention this & was told it was only put under the salamander to keep warm! My friends had the asparagus risotto & loved it. The staff were lovely.

Generally good but a green salad with bacon in it is hardly a green salad? More greenary would have been preferable. Your steak, which is usually great,was disappointing today,didn’t taste fried. Not sure why there was burnt toast with the ratatouille, the veg and the feta were lovely, but the fish was spoilt by the toast. LA

We came for a Sunday lunch wedding anniversary celebration gathering with friends from the local area. It was our first visit to this Cote and everyone was very welcoming. We had a spacious table and our hosts seemed friendly and interested, going above and beyond when one of our number started to exhibit an allergic reaction (not food related!). Our host also brought free celebratory fizz for all 6 which was unexpected and a delightful surprise. Later we were also given a lovely bunch of flowers - also unexpected. The food was delicious and everyone had such a good time that we easily spent a good 4 hours leisurely catching up and were not in any way made to feel hurried or rushed out. But the time we left folk were starting to a drive for early evening settings. All in all a great meal and a great spot to spend the afternoon reminiscing with both our party and our hosts. Thanks - we will return!

Really nice relaxing meal. Excellent service and we all enjoyed our choices of food. Although our local Cote this is the first visit and very impressed.

Above and beyond for my daughters 15th Birthday family dinner. Food was great, staff super friendly and extras way more than expected. Thank you so much for making my girl smile!

Good service. However we only got 3 of our 7 complimentary cocktails. I got distracted as it was my Dad’s birthday and didn’t mention it at the time. Everything else was very good indeed and we will be back soon!

Welcoming friendly & attentive staff. My friends & I chose the Prestige Set Menu & thoroughly enjoyed the food we received. Not gourmet but excellent french bistro. My biggest gripe with so many restaurants today is that you have to pay extra to have vegetables on your plate with your main course. I chose the belly of pork which did come with vegetables. Thank you! Portion sizes just right for me.

As usual the food, environment and waiter service was very good. However, we did have to wait rather a long time for the main course - 26 minutes in fact. When I enquired no explanation was forthcoming. A minor blip on an otherwise good lunch.

As usual an excellent meal served by attentive staff. Excellent value menu. It doesn't matter whether you want a quick supper to save time or a celebration meal or a pleasant evening á deux - Côte Brasserie always delivers! Thanks for being there.

The meal was fine and the waiter was very pleasant but the meal took a long time to arrive - over half an hour after we had ordered. By the time we had had coffee it was nearly 3 hours. This is fine if you are not in a hurry.

We went to the Cote in Amersham. Lovely food served by friendly, efficient staff. I am always happy to eat there. Can't wait to go again.

We have been visiting Cote in Amersham for the last few years but lately more and more. We love French food and wine and visit France as much as possible so it is a joy to have this French restaurant rather closer! The welcome is always delightful, (where do they find such lovely staff with so much personality?!) The food is consistently of excellent quality and presented very well and most importantly, delicious! Something unusual to Cote I think, are the monthly newsletters always containing an offer, usually in the form of a free cocktail, glass of wine or even a bottle of wine. This is such a fun idea as it kicks off an evening dining out in a really special way and is a real incentive for a visit. Thank you to you all at Cote for making so many of our evenings dining out so enjoyable.

The food was excellent and the service was impecible. Value for money is really good, we will most definitely return and will recommend to others.

Brunch was excellent and great value! Beautifully poached organic eggs and very good Hollandaise sauce - to be recommended!

We found that the whole experience at Cote Brasserie in Amersham was absolutely perfect from the moment we arrived to celebrate our daughters 18th Birthday till we left. The food was amazing and the staff could not do enough for you even though it was busy they still gave excellent service for the whole of the evening.

Excellent service, considering how many people were in the restaurant. We have visited several Cote restaurants, and all have been of a similar high standard of food and service. It is important to me, being a coeliac, to feel confident that the food is completely gluten free, and Cote accreditation gives me that confidence.

Just had a lovely meal at Cote Amersham for Mothers day. The food was perfect and the staff were exceptional, given that this must be one of the busiest days of the year they were so kind and helpful especially with my 90 year old mother. Can't praise them enough. Thank you.

Tasty food quick friendly service. Loved steak Tatar / pork belly very tasty with very crispy crackling. Even tomato salad was well done. Enjoyable mixed olives to start.

We had a fabulous meal. The choice of dishes was excellent, the seafood linguine was divine & the steak was cooked to perfection! I booked online & commented it was Mum's birthday meal - Cote had a beautiful bouquet of flowers and card waiting for her at the table. Then we were given a complimentary glass of fizz each. Mum had a free pud complete with birthday candle & a waiter sang happy birthday to her. What lovely thoughtful additions to a special occasion. Will definately recommend!!!

Really good food, service & atmosphere, complimentary Kir's for birthday celebration were totally unexpected, but a really wonderful surprise, especially as we're not regulars, ( although we have been before a few times)we'll be back!

Excellent choice of menu(at different prices on specials) and wine. Good service but could be quicker. Atmosphere good Overall worth the visit and will use again.

Food wasn’t very hot. Presentation was good. Pasta very over cooked more control should be taken of cooking times . Coffee as the food not hot. Noise level very loud.

Overall a very enjoyable meal, Service was very good, Staff went out of their way to make sure one of our party had gluten free food. My main course, the haddock was a little disappointing. There was too much mushy peas and the fish was not the best I have had at Cote. TheSteak Frite was excellent as usual and I think the creme caramel is the best I have had in a restaurant.

Very good service. Food well presented. Salt cod croquettes did not really taste of salt cod! Not very good choice on set menu for non fish eating vegetarian in our party. We all thought 12.5% service charge was too high, 10% would be better, or allow diners to tip as they feel appropriate! Very nice venue for a group lunch. Will return, as will all members of our party.

The reception and the service really made my mother feel special. When we asked if they could put my mother’s duck in a bag, it was wrapped in silver paper in the shape of a duck- beyond expectations. The waiter was also extremely helpful and the food was top class. Overall a high end London restaurant couldn’t have produced a better experience. I’m really sorry I did not take the names, but the lady that showed us to our table was dressed in blue and our table was through the start of the restaurant on the left hand side. Hopefully you will be able to identify her and our waiter and let them know how well they did. The booking was @ 1.30 on the 31st

Although we enjoyed our meal at Cote I was disappointed to find raw onions and capers hidden under my spinach, these had not been mentioned on the menu. Otherwise everything was to its usual excellent standard and our waitress was very friendly and helpful.

As always our experience at Cote Amersham was excellent. The staff were attentive and the food and wine was excellent. Job well done to our server Beth.

We had a beautiful champagne breakfast and couldn't fault our food or indeed the wonderful and attentive staff. It was my fiancee's birthday as well as being Easter Sunday and she felt very special. Thank You

Good food and reasonably priced. Lost a star because all four of us agreed that our cooked breakfast was just off cold. Nevertheless, delicious.

Very enjoyable lunch, excellent flavour as always and friendly, attentive staff. Throw in the sunshine today, what could be better. Perhaps the skin could,be crispy next time on the sea bass! Great value.
