Very good healthy menu, with very helpful & courteous staff. A lovely way to spend a couple of hours with my family on my birthday .

Good value lunch, great service, would return her again for lunch and try the dinner menu to as there was al ot of nice things on the menu.

Food always good and service much more efficient these days. The fact that the restaurant is so busy speaks for itself. Will be booking again

i was initially impressed by the rate of service but then it went downhill - they were just hanging around chatting and I had to call them over to order coffee and get the bill??? Food was excellent - it's one of my regular places anyway

Good service, good food and kir to start was excellent. Slight let down was the profiteroles where the cream was very artificial but the creme caramel was super.

Very slow for a 6pm dinner and once again didn't have the wine I ordered so that by the time they came back with another wine I was halfway through my main course.

Have been there a few times and the food is always lovely. All the staff are Friendly however the service is slow. On three occasions we have been waiting a long time to be seen to during the meal and for the bill. Sometimes it feels as if they have forgotten you're there.

The food was great, so glad that the breakfast was still available when we arrived. Love the sausages. Service was quick and we didn't wait long for the food to arrive. Thank you.

Very easy to book table on line, especially when wanted certain table position. Staff very efficient and pleasant, service, food and venue all excellent. Made 87 birthday complete.

Very beautiful decor and nice ambience. Food was also very nice. Quite pricey but I guess getting too used to offers on the chains. Go and enjoy!

The restaurant was severely short of staff which resulted in a very poor level of service not up to usual standards. Therefor the dining experience was disappointing.

Really nice meal and lovely surroundings. The wine by the glass is lovely too (we had the cotes du rhone) - a rarity in most restaurants, unfortunately!

Service slow, plates passed in front of your face. Food out on top of menu. 30 mins waiting to pay. No smile, no please/thank you.

Our pudding- crepes- was cold. Service rather slow at times and not always accurate. Much else was good - generous helpings. Very noisy and tables are on the small side and close together.

We had the Early Evening set menu which was good food and a very good price. Staff were attentative but not intrusive, and pleasant . Overall very good.

Lovely food. Great value for money lunchtime menu. The place was buzzing however when we had requested a quiet table which we received. Good service although it was a surprise to have the "optional 12.5% service charge" added to the bill automatically!

The food was absolutely delicious, nicely presented and tasty. The staff were all very friendly and the atmosphere was good. It wasn't too busy today so therefore not too noisy. When the restaurant is full it does become very loud.

As always a warm welcome on arrival. A choice of table offered. No rush to make our choice. Efficient service. Well weighted portions. Hot food was hot. Attractive presentation, good balance of flavours & textures. The creme caramel was excellent!

The food was ok but the service was very slow. We had to ask for someone to come and take our order, then there was quite a wait for the food to arrive. The only thing that appeared quickly was the bill. It's the second time that I've experienced very slow service at this restaurant. And this time - it being Saturday morning, the restaurant wasn't busy so I cannot understand why the staff couldn't be more attentive.

We had good service and the food was excellent. However, we were at a corner table and found the very loud conversations from the diners at the table in front of us was quite upsetting. We could hardly hear ourselves speak! Low ceiling probably did not help! The restaurant was busy so we did not ask to be reseated.

Decent chain restaurant! Good, well cooked food, nice decor and great wine list. The service was attentive but not overly so. We will definitely be back!

Good service , a very nice meal at excellent value for money. Only downside is that the restaurant was very noisy and difficult for the lady who has hearing aids to join in on the conversation, probably due to the hard flooring? Would definitely go back and looking forward to the one opening in Beaconsfield (I hear).

Lovely set menu, good value- 3 courses and a glass of prosecco go £27. Only issue was the waiter took our mains away before we had finished!

Three of us had three very different delicious meals. The service was good and attentive and the wine excellent, Value for money was fair for a Saturday.
