The restaurant is in a great setting, very stylish. The welcome and service from the staff was lovely. The food excellent and extremely good value.

Great location, food was good not amazing, lacked a little atmosphere, but it was a weekday. Good for a midweek dinner or get together with friends

Everything was very good, food, service, ambiance, as normal I took my Son and Daughter in Law who loved it just as much as my wife and I

To celebrate a family occasion 6 of us went to Cote Amersham for brunch. The breakfast was really delicious, and good value when you include juice and a hot drink. The staff were charming and attentive.

We had a lovely evening food was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful looking forward to our next visit the restaurant was very busy and had a great atmosphere

We had an excellent lunch today. My friend who is gluten intolerant was talked through her menu and had lots of choice. The service was excellent throughout our visit. And our food was delicious.

Food was good but service was impersonal (unlike previously). Also, the waitress was not paying attention to our requests and needed unnecessary confirmation of our preferences.

We had a wonderful French breakfast with great coffee. I would prefer toast to brioche as it's a little too sweet. The staff were lovely.

Great service and and an added bonus was that because we had, uncomplainingly, waited for half an hour for our meal the manager offered us a "no-charge" meal. This sort of service gets relayed to all of our friends and the name of "Cote" is a favorite. As usual we enjoyed our meal and it was quiet as we went at 5pm. However the ribeye steak was rather chewy so we will not choose that again.

Very pleasant experience from welcoming staff and good food. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble when we altered the order. Food and crockery hot- always good!

Cote serves the very best breakfasts! Eggs Benedict with properly cooked poached eggs and my husband loves the French Breakfast, which includes Boudin Noir and Brioche toast. Great cafetière coffee and really fresh orange juice. Lovely, helpful staff. Excellent value for money.

Delicious food, especially the asparagus! The restaurant was extremely warm, perhaps because of the sudden rise in the temperature outside. Good service as usual, although there is a tendency at this restaurant to "forget" a table for a while, perhaps while staff change over?

Food and staff very good but has issues with a table of men who were so Loud and we could not hear each other. When you go out for a nice meal, it is off putting and annoying when you have to raise your voices to be heard.

Order was mixed up and so wasn’t sure whether I got what I was meant to have received... bill came at the end minus the complimentary bottle of wine and was only corrected after raising to the managers attention... Staff were friendly and hence the overall rating..,.

The food and drink were great as always but the service wasn't as sharp as normal. Our starter/bread/olive plates weren't cleared when our main course arrived. We were a little 'forgotten'. Still a very nice meal.

Then I had the duck and my other half chose the pork belly the cooking standard is always very high here. Then we finished with the cream caramel which is my absolute favourite the best I've ever tasted. Everything was spot on and we will be back very soon.

Food excellent but Set lunch portions are very small. The main courses do not come with vegetables, which are an extra £3.50 per portion. Puddings are also very small.Good presentation but not much of it. Service is good but they add 12.5% to the bill, so it should be!

Lovely meal quite noisy but must expect it for a Saturday night. Staff did say would we like to move but we had finished our meal by now. Good service with very pleasant staff.

Lovely setting of course. Lovely evening sunshine. Sat outside for a drink first. First beer not chilled properly. Second better. But sadly, and for the first time, food and service just off the boil. I had the squid and haddock goujons, both of which were over cooked. My dining partners had the steak and commented that it wasn’t as tender as usual. To waiting staff I would say, don’t forget the diners in the alcove. I think perhaps a little, out of sight, out of mind!? That said the staff were, as always delightful, and it would not deter me from returning to any Côte.

Great overall experience from the April special menu - also management paid special attention to the seating for hard of hearing. Main restaurant noise level requires special Attention to reduce to acceptable levels.

We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch, and decided to opt for the set menu. Choice of starter and main was very good and both courses were delicious. Great value for money and excellent service.

Restaurant very busy we were sat in dark corner, service very slow, also was difficult to hear friends talk. 2 course menu, food good quality. Friendly waiters, would return.

Cote Amersham never lets you down! Fabulous meal brilliant service and still the best creme caramel in the world! I would r commend this restaurant to everyone!

Food and service below their usual standard. They need to train their new waiting on staff more. A Bit disappointed this trip. They need to keep on top of things with all the competition out there.
