We had a very enjoyable lunch at Cote Brasserie. Our waitress Maria W was very helpful, and seated my friend and I at the window table which was perfect for us. What impressed me most was the young Waitress with shoulder length hair. There was a disabled Elderly Lady who even with her husband’s help, was really struggling to walk. . She immediately ran over to assist the couple out of the restaurant and sat outside with the lady and offered her a glass of water. She then proceeded to help the lady very gently over to their car. Please pass my comments onto her Manager. I praised her for her compassion but unfortunately forgot to ask her name. We were in the restaurant between 3-40 P.M. The young gentleman who attended to my payment was also very friendly, professional and had a lovely smile for all the customers. The Manager should be proud of the young staff, who are a credit to your restaurant.

Calm environment, beautiful decor and very tasty food! What else do I need other than a place to relax.... and there it was!

Everything was brilliant. Last night we went to a Marco Pierre White restaurant and it cost twice as much and was absolutely rubbish. We love you Cote Amersham

Good service. Nice atmosphere and decor. Very tasty calamari and onion soup. Chicken and sides good. Sirloin steak very well cooked and tasty. Only criticism was there was more gristle than I would expect on a steak.

Hayley was adorable and such a good waitress. All staff, all food and drinks excellent. You even listened and the table was where I asked too. Everyone had a great time and thank you very much to everyone! We will come again! Kindest regards, Mrs Dionne Mansfield

Very good meal, not rushed! Good quality and attentive but not "over the top service" Noise level OK but very dependent on where you sit Value, generally good, the drinks could be seen as a shade expensive when you know the price of a small bottle of beer in the supermarket! But as said generally good.

Competent food with good service in a very pleasant atmosphere. great value for money

The food as always was very good, however we had a very long wait for food...1 hour and 45 mins after our table was booked before we got our food. We had very hungry children (and adults!) It was a shame as we had booked the table a month ago and it was for a very special occasion (an 80th birthday). The waitress was very friendly and lovely and made us feel welcome.

Had a lovely family dinner with our one-year old in tow. Excellent service from the manager on getting our table to the friendly service from the waiters, who brought our child high chair and stickers to keep him entertained. Food was served quickly too. Top marks!

Unfortunately the service here is always really poor. Have given a few chances but always leave disappointed

Food as usual was excellent. Service was unbelievably slow and on balance spoiled experience.

The staff are superb! Very attentive but not overbearing. The food is excellent and great value for money. Our latest visit to the Amersham restaurant was a special one for my 96 year old fathers birthday where he was given special attention and a surprise dessert with a candle all unbeknown to us. A lovely touch, thank you.

Always a great experience for us. The food is consistently good but what sets this place apart is the staff, always upbeat and always make our visits feel extra special.

Been Coming to Cote Amersham since it opened , having been to many more over the country , I invariably have the Chicken and Walnut Salad , but over the years the amount of walnut has sharply declined as has the amount of Avocado, My wife invariably has the Fish Goujons , which used to be Cod but are now Haddock ( not as nice ) we appreciate the price of Cod has increased , but why lower the standards and offer something inferior ? we would gladly pay a little bit more for the Cod . As usual the creme caramel for pud is absolutely excellent.

We had the lunch time set menu which was excellent, as always.

Not as good as usual. Food good but the staff were overloaded so it was slow and they forgot we were celebrating my son’s birthday so the promised celebratory cake never arrived.

Great food and service however my partner Ordered a salad instead of chips And a surcharge was made Which I thought was very petty We visit one of your restaurants two to three Times every month This has not happened before

The food was excellent. I really like the fact that catering for gluten free is just not an issue. The lady at the front of the house was extremely attentive and very good at her job. The waitress was also very competent. All in all a very good meal.

The meal was nicely presented served, and much enjoyed. The 2 staff members we met at our table were delightful. The aperitif was memorable, and set the tone for an enjoyable evening.

Great evening - excellent service and great value early evening menu

Our table wasn’t great tucked right at the back of the restaurant where it is really noisy even though there were tables near the windows - it was still light- really?!! But at least our waitress was the sweetest girl, so eager to look after us - a real treat!

Not a great experience Had the steak which tasted delicious but was so chewy that I had to leave a third of it. It was extremely noisy in there. A good part of the meal there was a baby screaming in the background. The waiter never asked us how our meal was. The table behind us had the wrong order delivered for their starters and main course which we heard all about about. We won’t be going back
