Amazing staff amazing food . Consistently good and love that they change their menus seasonally. Bee going for years and will continue to do so.
Lovely - the restaurant was full on a Wednesday Lunch & the staff remained attentive though maybe a smile or two would be welcome. Lamb was magnificent & G&T Elderflower promotional offer quite delicious. Choc/Praline/Abadan Crepe heavenly. Only culinary disappointment was the in seasoned while cooking Tiger Prawns.
Lovely food and friendly staff...just very noisy!!, the calamati were soft and tasty and my rib eye was very rate and juicy. the spinach was very good and the chocolate mousse finished the meal very well. They could do with larger beers....
Excellent branch of Cote. Great service. Love the special offers for regular customers (complimentary gin cocktails this time). Succulent salmon, crispy skin - best ever!
Cote Wimbledon is a very lively and friendly restaurant which also provides great value for money. I will definitely be coming back with my family
Good food as always. Sunday is a quiet night at the Wimbledon branch, so good if you want a less busy frantic evening work th the staff
Very attentive staff , even though the restaurant was full - had to send back my tuna as it was over cooked , but the manager Jonathan handled my complaint very well - overall a good experience. All the other dishes were as we expected .
Received a very warm welcome, the staff are very friendly and the service and food great .It can be a bit noisy but overall that adds to the atmosphere.
Disappointed that there was no set menu and I find the up-selling process a little annoying. Enjoyed what we had though & nice buzzy atmosphere. Took a while to get the bill as staff were busy putting stuff on shelves.
Good food, great value for money, no pressure to order, eat or go. It’s our go to place for a lazy lunch in Wimbledon. We love Cote!
The food was poor and we returned the meals. The manager apologised and we were provided with fresh food which was far better. We also received a discount which was appreciated.
Great service and food as always . Reliable chain of bistros . We had the Pate and Goats cheese Salad with Sausages off the kids menu . I had the Summer pavlova pudding which was fantastic !
Excellent choice of beautifully prepared & cooked food, perfectly chilled champagne, food. Staff were very attentive offering great service but were not over bearing. Lovely clean restaurant. Highly recommend it.
It is always a pleasure to visit Cote Wimbledon where the staff are friendly and pleasant and the food is excellent. There is also a very nice atmosphere.
A great evening. The service was excellent and the food very good. We had complimentary gin and tonics which were really nice. Would highly recommend this restaurant but it does get very busy.
Fantastic experience, love the service and the food is delicious
An excellent meal for six friends. Comfortable table around a corner. As always good friendly welcoming staff. The food arrived at about the right time and was very well presented. A couple of duck and three pork belly were complimented by a sea bream. All were extremely tasty and about the right size of meal. They were followed by five cream caramel about which we spent some time discussing our delight. So a very successful evening enjoyed by all.
The staff were very helpful, we were made to feel very welcome when we arrived, The restaurant is very comfortable and clean, The food as always was excellent and the staff are brilliant
Great service, very attentive but we didn't feel at all rushed. Food was delicious and lots of good options to choose from on the menu.
When I go to Cote I know I am going to get a good meal. Over the years they have kept their standard of cuisine and customer service so it is also makes it value for money and an enjoyable evening out.
Enjoyable early evening meal - as always well looked after. Waitress very informative and very helpful. Did not try the wine buttold it was very palatable. Would visit Cote again but can recommend their breakfasts
Always enjoy Cote. Consistently good service, great food and buzzy atmosphere. The formula works well at all of their locations. I will be back again soon
Cote always produces great food and service and the early set menu is unbeatable on price and portion size. Always something new on the menu too.
We went at 6 pm when it was fairly empty. The food at Cote - and the service - is always excellent. My only complaint is that it is usually too popular and crowded.
The food was absolutely delicious, the staff were very friendly but service was quite slow and there was no air conditioning (it was a very hot night).
Love Cote, we arrived at 6:45 which seemed to be a busy tune for people turn around and the service suffered a little bit (service generally excellent at Wimbledon) and also the air conditioning was not sufficient so a little too hot more than usual. However the food was excellent as usual :)
Love the new set menu options. We had 2 courses for 11.50. This included tuna rillettes and rabbit cottage pie which was beautiful. We ordered a side of veg thinking the portions would be tiny for this price. But we didn't really need them, the portion size was great value for money. I just wish they would do carafes of wine just like the French brasseries! Highly recommend. Consistently good food.
Good vibe and atmosphere on a busy Wednesday evening. Service was good and early special menu good value. The frozen berries with hot white chocolate sauce a winner on a hot night
Cote Wimbledon is consistently good - great food, solid wine list, impeccable service. The staff are welcoming and efficient. The menu is very reasonably priced and well put together and includes French classics such as Tuna Nicoise and Steak Frites as well as seasonal specials. The room is authentically designed and decorated and has the busy, buzzy vibe of a typical French brasserie, with a clientele consisting of small groups, families, couples and single diners. Go. You won't be disappointed.
The food was, as always, excellent and the service was very good. Friendly but not obtrusive and the whole evening was exactly as I wanted my birthday celebration to be.
Good ambience. Good service. Good menu at a good price. It was a Mon-Friday menu. One dish was not served as advertised so it was replaced.
Staff very helpful. Restaurant was quiet, being a Monday. Chef cooked my seafood linguine with rout shallots, by request. We had free coffees at the end.
Had a lovely evening with family. Waiter was extremely good and very helpful. I had the Breton tomato salad to start, which was delicious, followed by steak and chips. The salad was dreadful, very limp, either had been sitting around too long in its dressing or seen better days (it was Sunday evening). Had the pudding recommended by our waiter, which was only ice cream with hot chocolate sauce, but really nice.
Staff are very efficient and polite at the Wimbledon Cote Restaurant. The menu is always seasonal suggesting delicious and well priced items. We very much enjoyed or meal.
Côte is always reliable and food is always of a high standard, no matter which location you choose. We went for dinner, booking a table for 7pm. Arrive before 7pm and take advantage of the fixed price 2 or 3 course fixed price menu.
Liked the food, and would come again. The ambiance was nice
We went for the set meal and a bottle of wine. The starter was fine we ordered steak for main course which was not good . Spoke to a member of staff who replaced the meals which was still not great. The manger come and said that our bottle of wine would be on the house and was very sorry. The staff were very friendly and we will go back again as we have never had a problem before.
When planning a 70th birthday lunch for my friends, I considered various restaurants in Wimbledon Village but came back to our favourite. Wonderful as usual.
Excellent as always. Staff delightful, food excellent. Only downside was a very noisy group at a nearby table, one of whom seemed to be doing hyena impersonations.
The restaurant was nice and we had a nice table however the quality of the food wasn't great. I have eaten at Cote before for lunch and dinner and always though the quality of the food was very good however I was slightly disappointed by the breakfast. The poached eggs hadn't been drained properly and there was water pooling on the bottom of the plate. Also the tomatoes hadn't been cooked long enough and had no seasoning and they were also very watery. The rest of the food tasted very nice and the eggs were poached well but unfortunately it was slightly spoiled by the pool of water on my plate. The coffee was very nice.
Very good food and value for money. The service was excellent throughout. Met up with friends we hadn't seen for a while and couldn't have chosen a better restaurant for a long leisurely lunch.
Great place to go. We had a great time. Only disappointing bit was the steaks were a bit grizzly and not as good as last visit.
Lovely aperol spritz cocktail. My partner had the fish stew and loved it. I had the Breton chicken and it was very tasty. Great place, thanks you
Always a great standard at Cote and great value for money when you take the early bird menu. Excellent service, reasonably priced wind and great ambiance.
Very nice Saturday night out with the family. The menu is simple but the food was excellent and fresh. Service is quick and staff welcoming
This booking was just after the festive period so we were looking for tasty yet healthy food and didn't want to spend a fortune. Good value.
Usually there is a friendly team on duty but tonight the Staff not very engaging, busy I know but rather charmless. Crepe caramel the best.
Usual excellent service and quality food. Good that there is some French cider available and the Bordeaux red which I had was excellent as was the late bottled port
Another great visit to Cote Wimbledon.Food as usual was of a high standard and the staff are brilliant.Used my birthday email for free Kir Royale cocktails for myself and my guests. Always a good buzz about this branch and in a lovely location.Highly recommended.
Always excellent service this place is starting to feel like a second home I am in here so much. Good standard of service and food. Great value for money.
