Great choice of food. Excellent service and very good value. Very easy to book on line. Good location and perfect for a pre- theatre meal. X
Great value for money on the set menu and excellent service
A lovely meal yesterday, staff were great and I was accomodated really well with gluen free choices.
we had a good meal on Saturday. There were lots of people in the restaurant but the service was good. The food was also good as usual. We have eaten here many times and never been let down.
Great atmosphere and decor. Delicious food, tempting menu and exceptional staff! Really can’t ask for more, can you? Always our top choice for a great value meal and overall experience. Would highly recommend.
Our table was ready for us when we arrived from the cinema. We were served very promptly and given as many add ons as we wanted. The food is always reliable and the service attentive. I don't really like service being added on but I did not quibble as the service was exemplary.
Because my fish was dry I was not charged for meal, I would not have mentioned it but waitress asked if the meal was alright. My friend and I were not charged for coffee. Excellent public relations.
Very enjoyable with the usual tasty reliable food. Staff most attentive . The Easter Specials were particularly good. We also enjoyed the complimentary cocktail. What more can we say?
Always good, service and food excellent, will always return, thanks again 👍
We had a celebratory lunch for our daughters birthday. All my special requests were met and we had a wonderful time. Thank you to the waiting staff who went the extra mile to ensure a great birthday for our daughter
Always a very reliable venue for a good meal, well cooked and well priced. You are guaranteed a warm welcome. The food is usually served quickly but there is no rush to try and move you on.
I am a frequent visitor to Cote in Richmond and the food is always of the same excellent high standard. This is why I keep returning.
My husband and I love Cote . We have tried Salisbury , where we live , Bath ,Exeter and Richmond . All have been the same , excellent standard . The service today was very good. The cocktail of the month - to be recommended and the prestige menu was delicious!
A lovely experience. The staff were friendly and attentive and the food, which we ordered from the set menu, was delicious and very good value for money.
Great food, excellent service. Good choice of drinks. Well done.
Great experience, food was delicious and the staff were fantastic, friendly but totally professional. We will be back.
Excellent staff, great ambiance and altogether a very good eating experience. Cote at Richmond is probably the nicest of all the Cote Restaurants in London. The manager Mr Matthew Smith, has such a positive attitude, and always ready to accommodate with a table at short notice. The staff don’t bother you with the obligatory ‘how’s everything’ questions whilst eating, which seems to be mechanically asked in all restaurants these days. Instead, they are very attentive if something’s needed. The Chef is excellent ! Great value for money.
Normally we love Cote but last evening the food was terrible. The waitstaff were very nice but no one bothered to inquire if we were enjoying the food. My parmentier was barely heated through, had one giant chunk of uncooked leek, and the fish tasted off - most unappetising!! I left most of it and no one questioned why. Not a happy Valentine's Day!
I always rate Cote highly because it does what it sets out to do so well - mid range dining at its best. Over the road in Richmond is The Ivy Brasserie - overpriced with the food no better than Cote and the service markedly inferior.
I booked via a email promotion for a glass of champagne for my guest and I. I had to ask for the drink. The food was great. The service was a little slow due to maybe not having enough staff as the waiters were on call were very busy. I also was charged for the "free" Champagne, which I had to ask to be taken off my bill.
dessert ice cream fabulous drinks very reasonable but better glasses with more ice would make a bigger impact! Pretty good for Richmond but no bells and whistles sorry folks
Wow thank you for looking after me on my birthday and making me feel special. will be back soon, for our day out in Richmond. Loved it
Lovely service Lovely food, lovely wine pairings Lovely staff. The Valentines menu was delicious! The dessert was our favourite. Thank you for lovely evening Cote Richmond .
Thank you Cote. Really lovely birthday lunch, great value for money!
Very attentive service, good food, well presented and pleasant atmosphere. We usually eat at the Richmond branch and are always very pleased with the experience.
The service, food and ambience has been consistently excellent each time I’ve been to this restaurant.
Once again excellent food ambience and service and value for money Well done and thanks
Daughter (coeliac) had unmarked gf flag chips and mussels were, by staff admissions not in season and not very good, (but still being sold as main course at same price, please re-think this). Also got wrong course for her initially. My daughter struggles to find places that have a coeliac suitable range so disappointing trip for her and not good for a coeliac accredited restaurant group. Normally we are very pleased with our visits.
Settled for the 2 course lunch menu today - great value at £11.50! Boeuf en Croute was lovely, as was the Ratatouille & Goat's Cheese starter.
We are regular visitors to Richmond Cote. The service is always friendly and the food is freshly prepared and good value for money. It is an excellent place to go before a theatre or cinema visit.
Always a pleasant experience with good tasty food. Just a shame there was a disabled toilet right next to our table which meant a constant stream of people going in and out right next to where we were sat.
Smashing waiter and food, at a reasonable price. I would quite like a warm or hot plate but appreciate not everyone does. Also I would have preferred no ice when it comes to fresh OJ.
Having visited Cote Restaurants across the country I have never been disappointed and the Richmond restaurant was a good as all the others. The menu was wide ranging but not overwhelming and the drinks came as always at a reasonable price.
Best meal we’ve had for ages and we just got back from a week in France! Friendly staff, great table, quick service and delicious food. What more could you ask for Surprisingly cheap as well....
Enjoyed set summer menu including very tasty salmon rilletes with complimentary 75 cocktail and friendly attentive service. Atmosphere always buzzy and very good, will be back soon!
I had a wonderful evening celebrating my birthday with my family. Staff were fantastic, so welcoming and really looked after us. The food was excellent too. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back soon.
A great meal fabulous french onion soup. The staff were friendly and the introductory cocktails were to die for, only the sun and the sand were missing.
Fabulous.. beautiful Food.. excellent service by Monica Thank you! A pleasure to return to Cote Brasserie on our visit to Richmond.. We visit about three times a year and it’s one of our favourites! My husbands Birthday today so was extra special .
It's always busy here so best to book. Food is always good and reliable and the service is generally good. I would recommend as a place to eat. Also kid friendly.
Thank you so much to all the team at Cote's Richmond. You were all outstanding, thoughtful and kind. The 70th birthday celebrations were AMAZING and a night we will never forget. We can't thank you enough.
Excellent in general. One dish had to be returned but the manager provided a free replacement without any fuss. We are keen to return to this branch.
The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful but the food wasn’t up to its usual standard and we were quite disappointed with the meals we had
Brilliant, never been disappointed in this restaurant. The food was lovely, people are pleasant no one bothers you. I highly recommend it to everybody who likes French food. Sevyil
Great food, great service, coffee took a while to come.
Lovely place to eat, had a choice of two set menus for valentine’s Day, staff were very friendly, and very welcoming... food was amazing would defo be going back...
Very pleasant experience with birthday Buck’s Fizz. Would recommend xx . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
Great food and great service. I can fully recommend the monk fish special. There is not a thing I would change about the meal or the staff. We’ll be back.
Great lunch time value. Excellent staff and great service. Shame about having a table by the disabled toilet!!
i missed out on the monkfish ,but the bass was nice.my girlfriends linguine was lovely.always nice at cotes
Not much atmosphere but then it was late afternoon on the Tuesday after Easter Monday. Good choice on the fixed price menu. Very quick service - starters arrived within 5 minutes of ordering. We had ordered some bread which didn’t materialise but it wasn’t a problem as portion sizes were more than adequate.
