Côte Richmond

Excellent food and service was very good. The menu was excellent with a variety of choice and I felt at ease eating there. Definitely going again next week.

Restaurant very busy but comfortable - good service, if a little slow at times - food was average - risotto was too salty, ice cream desert was rather small

Slightly disappointed in my menu choice - croque Madame which didn't seem to be very cheesy and quickly became stodgy as it cooled. Wouldn't order this dish again

Cote offers good bistro fare at a reasonable prices. I'm a particular fan of the fishcakes. Located in central Richmond it perfect as a pre-theatre option.

The food was good. I had asked for a nice /special table as we were celebrating my husband's bit. We weren't given one, when we queried it we were told people would be leaving soon and we'd be able to move, the staff never came back to us on this and we weren't asked if we wanted to move. Our waitress was dreadful. It was as though she had never waited a table before. For that reason I am irritated that we were given a bill with 12.5% already added to it for service when the service was so bad.

A busy and vibrant experience. Food to a really good standard. Staff are fantastic, very attentive and extremely friendly. The manager is fantastic and always checking all is well.

Another wonderful Cote meal with great service. Mushroom salad was delicious as well as the tuna starter. We had a lovely table by the window.

Problems with tube delayed some of us. The staff were very understanding and made us feel welcome. Food was delicious and service was great. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic, excellent service and delicious food, we had the February special roasted whole sea bream - superb! As loyal customers we also enjoyed a free bottle of wine, we will be back.

Food was ok (though fried fish was more like a pool of butter with some fish in it!) but the main negative is the place is too noisy.

Arrival disappointing as ignored for a while then maitre d' could not remember where he had seated our friends, so we had to walk through the restaurant to find them! However, It all improved from then on. Our table waiter was delightful, responding well to our requirements, not wanting to be rushed, requesting our wine to be very well chilled etc etc. Our food was extremely good, well presented and very tasty, satisfying the whole of the table. Even when we were one of the last tables remaining at closing time, we were not hurried out, but allowed to leave in our own good time. A very enjoyable evening, and most certainly one that we will be repeating.

The Cote product and experience remains good if a little formulaic. But will continue to go to this local good, well done eatery. Terrific value for money.

Excellent service. Attentive, polite and quick. Manager and staff are all focused on the very best service. You always feel welcome. Food is always of vwr good quality.

All good. Choice of food on the set menu all a possibility so difficult to choose. We all enjoyed the food we ate which was delicious. The service was friendly and there was no undue wait for anything. The wine was excellent. The manager very helpful. The restaurant acoustics were great - we could carry on a conversation without straining to be heard. A fine and seamless eating out experience.

Great as always. Lovely food, quick service and nice and warm. Steak was slightly stringy and I had to ask again for the spinach I ordered but no major dramas.

A good Brunch enjoyed by the family whose age ranged over ninety years. Food was well presented and tasty. A slight confusion over what type of coffee was ordered by one member of our group and there was a certain tardiness in taking our order in the first place but otherwise it was a pleasurable experience.

Amazing service and Amazing food. We had the set menu which is until 19:00 was a was a super deal! I'll deffo be back again.

Good quality set lunch menu at a very reasonable price. The Richmond restaurant is always very busy and quite noisy at lunch time and the tables are very close together but the food and service are always very good.

Richmond Cote is my favourite one of the chain that I've been to (I've been to the Kingston, Esher & Cobham ones). The food is always excellent and the staff helpful and friendly without being obtrusive. Our waiter last night was perfect.

Very good food and excellent staff . The furniture, layout and lighting add up to a wonderful ambience. I also eat at Esher and the food and wine is consistent and of predictable quality.

We had a great evening and the food was brilliant. We will be back. It is good to see that the food in cote never disappoints.

Food was very good but it was busy and at times took a long time to get waiters attention. The sauvignon blanc was very smooth.

Overall it was ok but not mind blowing. The waiter was pleasant enough but left mid service without saying anything! Would I go back? Yes. Would like to have consistent service though.

The standard was not that of other cotes. The food was okay, the waiters were polite and attentive. The toilets could do with a good clean.

Very busy on a Saturday afternoon but prompt and attentive service. Usual good standard of food. Decent selection of wines by the glass. Cote always a reliable choice.

Lovely poached eggs but the bacon could have been crispier. Cloudy apple juice tasty and the coffee excellent as usual. We love the service at Cote which was on point as usual.

The food was very tasty and good value for money. Sat upstairs at the back and it was a bit soulless, cold, and dimly lit. If we had been sat elsewhere, with more atmosphere, i would have given a higher mark. Service reasonable.

No surprises... ALWAYS good... This month's lunchtime set menu particularly good... Might need to head back before the end of April to try my second choice option...

A regular stop for a full English and Bloody Mary's before international rugby At Twickenham which is about 40 mins walk away. You'll need to book a table when England are playing.

Had a really lovely early evening Dinner here, friendly attentive but discreet service. Cote know their market and cater to it well, seemed our fellow diners were equally enjoying themselves. Delicious food, served without over long waits for it to appear. Lovely wine, nice touch serving it chilled in an ice bucket. We'll definitely be back.

Excellent service. Lovely food and right sized portions. Free bottle of wine was a decent Côte de Rhône. Was offered a choice of tables. Good value for money.

Great food, great service, great location. Cote is one of those rare chains of restaurants where the consistency and the quality of the food remains the same no matter which branch you are in.

Awesome food and great dinner special. Spent four hours working there surrounded by good people. Had three courses that were hot delicious and sat comfortably in a beautiful restaurant.

Good choices, attentive staff, delicious food in pleasant surroundings. Our two guests had not visited a Cote Brassiere before but now intend to go to the one In Windsor.

Great food and very friendly owner. The burger leaves chains like Byron in the shade. Great salad too. No room for dessert. Would definitely recommend.

Always great food and friendly service, we love the steak and frites and also the fabulous chicken and garlic sauce! You just know that the food is always going to be great!

The usual high standard of service, good quality food, friendly atmosphere, efficiency and a personalised touch in treating us as regular customers with curtsy and attention. Lovely tabe for 4. Fixed price menu before 7 is excellent value and we enjoyed each course. Service was excellent too. Would certainly recommend this restaurant.

Great food as always from Cote - good value £10.95 for 2 course lunch menu, creme caramel best I've ever tasted. Efficient service and good atmosphere.

We have always enjoyed dinning in Cote. As usual there is always reliable good food and service and yet very reasonable prices especially their set menus.

The food is always of a high standard in Cote and the meal I had in Richmond was excellent. The waiting staff were friendly, polite and extremely professional, I am sure I will be going back in the near future.
