Cote is always excellent ....great food.. wonderful service and amazingly priced. I visit Cote regularly all over London. A brilliant concept. Thank you Cote .
A particularly good team on duty... Welcome drink for my wife’s birthday... Excellent set menu... Flexible approach to a la carte choice... Couldn’t have done much more for us... Back soon...
The food was fantastic and hot. The staff are all very helpful and always are happy to accommodate yours wishes. We have been quite a lot for lunch and the service is excellent
Disappointed with Richmond Côte. Very noisy and cramped although food up to standard. Our usual one is Brighton which we love......will not return to the Richmond one.
Excellent food as always and so great to see some familiar faces from th Chiswick branch. Thank you Cote. Look forwards to the next time.
Went for lunch on a Saturday. Good food and cheerful, efficient service. Well aged steaks were cooked exactly as we asked. Bustling restaurant with a nice mix of customers.
Calamari starter was perfect. Unfortunately, this was the only good dish today. The cod was undercooked and lacked seasoning. This was also true for the the french onion soup. The complimentary crepe was a bit too boozy - this might be a plus for others but certainly not worth the calories. Have dined here before and the food was much better. They need to have more wait staff.
We love Cote. Always great food at great prices. The wines are lovely and staff always attentive. The food is delicious, Ive never had a bad meal and Cote in most cases outdoes higher end restaurants!
Excellent food - started with the Prawns and followed by the special main course, cod. A delightful bottle of Pinot Noir complemented my food. Tate au citron for dessert was just right - good size and great taste. Service was excellent.
very nice food and good service. staff were very attentive and friendly. we both enjoyed our meal alot and will defintley visit again in the near future
We use this restaurant regularly and always get very good value for money and great service by friendly staff. The weekend specials are extremely good value and the grand marnier crêpes are delicious.
Waiter ordered one of the main meals wrong so had to wait for the correct order. Asked for different veg on a child's meal and that came incorrectly, then the waiter had to confirm the pudding order as he'd miss heard. Bit disappointing. More training needed for waiters. They should always repeat an order at the table to avoid such situations. Room for improvement.
Forgot our starters and bread after waiting a while then placed main course in front of us expecting to eat it. We had to ask for the starter and bread stating we actually ordered them. We were told the waitress forgot them no apology straight up eventually were apologised too. Food was good she said we will give u a discount instead were given the offer of a free coffee which we didn't even want only after being given the bill which we hadn't asked for. Very bad service good food I understand they have long shifts and are busy but it was used as an excuse time after time for very poor service
Great food and service! Busy and buzzy on a Sunday lunchtime. Service was superb. had fab value Sunday lunch menu - great roast chicken. Will come again!
Good table at back of restaurant. Lamb special good this time But not so good last time.Service good by waiter with no sense of humour.
Busy brunch time on a rugby match day. Service was quick and calm. Côte is always a go to favourite, I always book on line which saves hassle.
Excellent meal and service. Incredibly good value for the lunchtime menu and very good portions. The sea bass with ratatouille was delicious and creme caramel smooth and creamy if a little too sweet
Very friendly and helpful staff. Warm bustling atmosphere. I have been to a lot of Cote restaurants and I know what I like on the menu so it is a comfortable venue for me whether alone or with friends
Great service and excellent food at very good value for money. Also this is a buzzing restaurant providing a really great dining atmosphere. Fully recommended
Food was excellent, but service slow and we had to wait to order and receive first drink. Pleasant staff but seemed a bit disorganized. Will probably return to our local branch.
Excellent food and a very attentive waiter who made our evening special. Our favourite meals were very good and the wine extremely drinkable. We will be going again soon.
Cote is never a let down, good food , great professional staff and the atmosphere is cosy and relaxing. You don't feel rushed to eat and leave.
Food was good, The restaurant was far too noisy. It was impossible to conduct a conversation without shouting at each other. Never again, I'm afraid
Service was slow and inconsistent. We were one of 3 tables in a row that felt abanadond - waiters and manager walking by with no engagement.
Food was ace age, waited ages for it to arrive. Generally very slow service and en though it wasn’t too busy. Did get complimentary drinks though
Gluten free starter arrived with no bread- we were told it was being cooked freshly. Some 15 mins later were told there was no bread!
We came for work friends and we did enjoyed night out very friendly atmosphere, very delicious foods ve specially dessert.Highly recommended ,we will be back soon.
Great food and reasonable choice of dishes on the daily menu. The complimentary kid Royal as it was my birthday was a very nice extra and added a bit of sparkle. Unusually the service was a bit slow and hap hazard but we still had fun.
The waters were prompt, courteous and responsive. The food, as always was well prepared and well presented. However, although delicious, I did think the boeuf bourguignon was rather lacking in boeuf.
My partner and I have always spend our special anniversary and special occasions at Cote Bistro in Richmond and have always had a great experience however on this occasion, we both didn't enjoyed our main meal . Mashed potato was cold and my fish was over done. We compliant about it and when we received the bill, only one of our dessert was taken off! We hadn't complaint about the desserts!!
Friendly and efficient staff, good quality food at reasonable prices. It can get noisy as the restaurant fills up, some like this, personally I don’t. Thank goodness the background music is always very discreet.
Delightful, helpful staff, good food and a lovely relaxed Saturday lunchtime vibe. Two of our party of eight were celebrating birthdays and we had a great time. Thank you Richmond Côte!
Very busy, and service a little slower than normal, plus inexperienced staff. My chicken was a little on the over-cooked side. Generally, though, very good and we will go there again
Delicious food , friendly helpful staff and good wine. The Richmond Cote is our usual restaurant in this chain and we have never been disappointed.
Generally up to excellent Cote standards. A single disappointment: the mussels, which on a recent visit had been superb, were this time much less so because they included several which were supersoft and tasteless. But overall we enjoyed a happy family occasion in a very friendly environment.
Visited your restaurant in Richmond this evening and was amazed with the wonderful greeting we received by a lovely waitress. Wish I had taken her name but made a wonderful Irish coffee for us. If all restaurants had a young girl like the one in Richmond , dining out would be pleasurable. She was about 5ft and had blonde hair. Well done to that girl Will return Margaret corbett
We had delicious food, the most excellent service from a polite, conscientious and smiley waitress and there was a really good wine list to choose from; highly recommend it.
Good value for the money. Hard to believe the glass of wine was 250 ml; seemed like less. Cordial and courteous staff. Good, basic Bistro cuisine.
Good service for our visit, quite a large bill and a hefty 12% service charge added is not welcome but difficult not to pay when in company . Tips should not be added to the bill and it should be left to the customer to decide.
Food good, service fine, fair price. Food good, service fine, fair price. Food good, service fine, fair price. Food good, service fine, fair price. Ok
Great atmosphere on a busy Saturday night. But service was excellent after an initial slight delay, and food arrived rapidly - and up to their usual good standard.
Food disappointing, reheated dessert was not even hot! Service very poor. Love Côte and am a regular customer, so sad to have to post such a negative review.
Great value, especially fixed price menus Excellent service When I don't want any surprises, I go to Cote. There's usually one not too far away
Yet another great visit. Busy lunchtime but great service. Good set menu at a reasonable price. House white still punches above its weight... and its price...
3 course lunch with a glass of Prosecco & Muscadet for £20 per head is a bargain! Have to say it was part of a deal where you paid for 1 person & your friend went free, but still really good value & service.
Tables are very close together so its hard to have an enjoyable conversation due to background noise from other diners. Service is variable. Other Cotes are much better. We prefer Windsor or Kingston.
Better than ever. Extremely helpful and professional table service. Great set menu... Difficult choice...
The staff were excellent but we were very unfortunately placed by the disabled loo, which was used too often and is extremely off-putting when you are eating a meal. The staff dealt with this problem very well, but it would put you off eating to be positioned there in future
Really fresh quality food at reasonable price. Good service. Very nice atmosphere. Highly recommended. Been to other Cote Bistro sites in Central London, you just cannot go wrong with the food selection here.
We were lucky to find a nice table for 2 at the back of the restaurant, some are by the door and the middle tends to be quite noisy. We had the lamb rump which was delicious and beautifully presented, and also our complimentary bottle of wine, which was very good to have. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
