Booking online easy. The service was excellent and the food is good always visit after the theatre. We look forward to visiting here it completes our treat day.

Food was a little disappointing but not enough to complain about. Bacon roll was the smallest I've had, wife toast was under cooked. Lattee's were lovely tho

I had a pre-theatre meal and had booked my table for 12.30 but I arrived 10mins early. I would strongly advise anyone else going to a matinee performance to book this time at the latest as the restaurant soon filled up and it took 1.1/2 hours to have 2 courses. As you would expect, there was a very lively atmosphere in a busy restaurant which had a lovely feel about it. The food was faultless and I chose Seabass with a side of Gratin Potato, followed by their delicious creamy Crème Caramel. This was accompanied by a glass of wine and followed by a decaf tea. My only comment would be that the fennel was slightly underdone for my taste but apart from that I really enjoyed the meal but did have to ask for my order to be taken as a neighbouring table’s order was taken first in spite of arriving after me, also I had to chase up for the dessert and bill. I thoroughly recommend this restaurant.

Food was nice. Service slow, took 15mins before our drinks order was taken. Our table was badly positioned so I think we were forgotten. I'd hoped for a romantic dinner but the ambiance of the restaurant didn't meet that expectation

The menu was appealing with a number of options appealing to me as I don’t eat meat. The service was good; attentive but not overpowering

Very good service when we arrived but it was mid afternoon. When it got busier had to wait too long for the bill and payment to go thru. Food rather salty

Had the venison parmentier cottage pie with side of beans. Not a lot of venison in it. Service was good though. Wife’s salad a little limp

Food as always was consistently good. Ambiance good also, however, service not great. Charmless, unsmiling, inattentive waitress even when restaurant was almost empty which was a shame as it detracted from the experience.

Pleasant staff and good food. We go quite often to matinee performances at theatres in many places. As long as there is a Cote in the area we book our lunch and are always very satisfied.

I chose the early evening set menu. The food was good and well presented. There was a good choice of dishes. The service was friendly and efficient, and the ambiance was very agreeable.

We have been coming for lunch at Côte Richmond for some time and the service and food is always great. We particularly enjoy the Breton fish stew and coupe noir desert.

Food was nice, however the service was slow for a lunch time work meeting. We had to ask for the bill a few times and for the card machine.

Cote is wonderfully consistent, you aways get a good meal and good service. My family love this place, so it's always the first choice when we go out.

Good in parts. Enjoyed the special menu beetroot and goats cheese salad. Greasy calamari and cold peas to accompany the fish and chips. Disappointing desserts. Lots of recovery made by the friendly and courteous service.

Good brunch good, but poor service, this was rectified with nice apology however and we will return as we left feeling looked after, understanding it was very busy.

Excellent food, as always. Valentines menu with wine pairing. Only complaint was wine with first course was delivered at the same time as the aperitif, Kir Royale, closely followed by the first course. However, waitress agreed to give us more time between our main course and dessert so we didn’t feel rushed

Lovely lunch and great customer service as usual in our favourite Cote in Richmond. Portions were perfectly sized and didn't leave me feeling bloated. Chose from the 3 course lunchtime set menu. We will definitely be back again soon.

I had not been to Cote for years, but won a Cote voucher at a charity auction. I enjoyed the quality of the food, the range of options (even for my two fussy vegetarian teenagers) but I was overwhelmed, above and beyond all, by the quality of the service. I have not felt so well looked after in a restaurant of any price range for years and so will now be going out of my way to frequent the place! No wonder it was busy!

Enjoyed the set menu for dinner. There was a slight issue with the risotto but the her made a beautiful salad instead. Will recommend and definitely come back again.

Busy Sunday lunchtime but there were plenty of staff who were very friendly. All the food came out on time and was perfect. Very happy.

My experience of dining at Cote in Richmond on Sunday 11/2/18 was fabulous. The restaurant was busy with a great atmosphere. The staff that attended to us - MATT, SAM AND ALEX were very professional, diligent and welcoming. The service was first class. The food came quickly and it was hot and extremely delicious. I am looking forward to visiting the restaurant soon. Thoroughly recommended.

Excellent food and service. These restaurants do vary depending on the location but the branch in Richmond is always consistently good. Would high recommend whether going for lunch or dinner.
