Service and food were excellent. Delicious autumn cocktail with fig and Dubonnet.

Very busy Saturday evening but the staff coped very well even in these strange times. Service was good and food excellent.

Despite arriving 20 mins early, we were welcomed and the waiter found a table available straightaway. The service was prompt and courteous, and when i was told the chef said that the dish I’’d chosen wasn’t as fresh as he wanted, and he would prepare with fresh ingredients taking another 5 minutes we were offered complimentary wine and bread. The authentic taste of French food accompanied by excellent and attentive service made my birthday celebration extra special.

Good steak. Delicious sides. Wine was good. Well made Irish coffee.

A lovely evening out. The staff were very attentive, and quickly remedied a couple of mistakes. Take away cups for us to finish our drinks were helpful to make sure we could leave by 10pm. We’ll be back

I always like Cote and think your food is reliably good and good value. It is the first time back for me for a few months. The restaurant was busy and service good. Lovely maitre d and waitress. The toy gasses was a bit dry and garden. I think it is usually softer and a bit more garlic butter? The crab mayonnaise was for me but seemed a bit stronger (dill?) than usual. The poultry grille and steak were both great. I wish you had the two course option still going.

Friendly service as always and good socially distanced tables. Not all diners adhering to new mask rules like the staff were. Enjoyed the free cocktail!

the service was good when it appeared, but rather patchy. we had to wait a long time to order coffee.

Lovely meal with family, made better by excellent staff and pleasant surroundings. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the meal. The food was perfect....as we have come to spect from Cote! Perfect Sunday evening.

Great to have you open again - your locations looked so boarded up that we thought you had gone for good. Food, service and the feel of the place was back to normal and we enjoyed our visit very much.

Lovely evening tonight. The manager and staff were absolutely amazing. We felt incredibly safe in this restaurant. The manager was very organised and made sure everyone adhered to hand sanitising and social distancing. Wish all restaurants were as good as this. All down to a good manager. Thank you. As your records will show, the Poulet Grille of one of my party was not properly cooked - which is dangerous - and had to be sent back. But your staff dealt well with the situation, and an appropriate deduction was made on the bill. Otherwise excellent.

We had a lovely meal. Cote is always reliable. I am gluten free and the fact that there is clear choice and everything comes so clearly labelled means that I can enjoy my meal. The service is always great.

Cote restaurant in Richmond is my favourite , service is perfect ambiance is perfect value for money is very good but unfortunately I think the menu and food is not as good as before .

Went for brunch and was very pleased with the food and the service. The eggs florentine was pretty much perfect and there was a good choice of brunch items. The coffee was also very good. My only complaint is the music is slightly too loud to carry on conversation without raising your voice which made the place very noisy overall. And - there are a good many of us in the world that don't like jazz and find it grating so please consider changing the music up with some variety. Music is great in the background but shouldn't dominate.

I come here often with my friends and family and I have never had a bad experience. The staff are attentive and friendly, the restaurant is clean and the food is faultless time, and time again.

Loved the whole experience again! So glad Cote is finally open! Monika was amazing and fillet stakes were so good. I really enjoy Cote immensely and prefer them to their opposite neighbour! 5 stars for me every time!

The food was the same high standard as before Covid. Service equally good.

Good for quality and value. The Beef Bourgogne was tasty but not warm enough...suspect it had not been reheated fully. The Tuna Salad was superb if not exactly Nicoise. The service was friendly and inviting. Always a good value French experience.

We have missed Cote Richmond so much and really enjoyed being back there this evening. The rhubard martinis were delicious and both starters and main of a very high standard. We are already looking forward to out return. :-)

Had to send my food back luck warm plate and cabbage. No body came and asked me if everything was ok 2nd time round gave me a creme caramel to soften the blow.

So much better than the last Cote meal we enjoyed at Windsor, good to see you have not gone down everywhere.

Enjoyed a lunch today with friend had a beautifully presented and very tasty Tuna Niscoise served by polite waiting staff.

Unfortunately, both the chops and steak we ordered medium arrived rare.
