Consistently great food and service! Staff make you feel welcome, are polite and attentive. Food is always to a consistently high quality in terms of presentation and taste!

We got there just in time for the pre 7pm set menu, which was excellent. Useful pre-cinema, and we'd done the same a week before - different, but equally excellent menu - inc a good size starter of yummy mussels. Good, friendly service too.

Service was good and efficient. Staff are friendly and the food was good quality as always

Superb customer service. Excellent food. Everyone’s meal was a great success. I especially recommend the fillet steak. Côte has never let me down and came up trumps again. Thank you.

Good service good food manager on the ball got very busy just as I was leaving closer to Christmas maybe needs extra staff to wait on table if food brought guys bringing food need a staff to put food on the table

Great welcome, consistently good food, upgraded table - so all good but slightly marred by slow to get bill and pay (when we said we were in a rush).

We were well received, and given the table we had requested. The French onion soup, and the endive and roquefort salad were excellent. The half roast chicken was also very good and attractively presented. The pork tenderloin with celeriac mash was fair, but to quote my dining companion, the pork itself 'had seen better days'. The desserts were good standard, and the wine list was quite satisfactory.

Placed on a table at a level above otherwise diners we were forgotten until we waved endlessly to get someone’s attention. The manager then served us and he was lovely and attentive as was a young waiter. However the pork loin was dry and disappointing for all three of us.

I booked it for my friends family visiting London. I invited Cote for lunch. Because it's my one of favourite. They didn't disappoint me Excellent! They loved this place. Thank you guys x

The fish on both our main courses was over cooked small portion but reduced by being dry. This was the special and the restaurant was not busy.

Nice way to ease into the weekend. This Cote has struggled slightly with slow service recently but it looks like everything is being managed really well now. A great breakfast choice.

This Cote is getting better & better for our favourite weekend breakfast venue. Really impressed with the service, food quality & general atmosphere.

Great food, friendly staff, helpful manager and we love the atmosphere! We eat there every week in the winter and once a month in the summer.

We enjoyed a great (extended) lunch, with good (if slightly slow) service. The food was excellent, and sensibly priced. Main courses didn't need any extra side dishes to complete them, and the desserts were so tempting that we succumbed. The Blanc de Blanc started us off well, and a bottle of Viogner kept us happy. We were glad we'd booked as the tables round us filled rapidly. All in all, a very good time was had.

Bad service today...so was very disappointed as had international guests with me!! One ordered a side order of carrots & they arrived after her meal! Staff standing around chatting at counter instead of looking after us customers!!! Was difficult to get their attention to even get our bill at the end!!! Have been many times to Cotes & has always been good but unfortunately....not today!!!!

Delicious breakfast, fast, efficient & friendly service. The only place to go on Sunday mornings! This place never disappoints & we thoroughly enjoy going there when we can.

The food was luke warm and had obviously been cooked some time before serving. The service was pleasant but would prefer freshly cooked food. Good coffee.

Cote is always high standard from both a staff and cuisine perspective. I had a slight issue yesterday with one dish which tasted of slightly different consistency (nothing unpleasant) and the manager IMMEDIATELY came over, agreed with me and offered another choice. I can thoroughly recommend

The reception from the manager was exceptionally good. He knew exactly how to make you feel welcome. Service and food really good with no delays despite being rammed. They are able to deliver a seamless service when at capacity which is testament to good management and team work.

My husband and I decided at he last minute to go for lunch 🥗 and booked our usual favourite. The restaurant was busy and buzzin g but we were welcomed and shown to our table. As I was eating out that evening I enjoyed the Tuna Niçoise salad. The tuna was fresh and cooked to perfection. I ended with a fresh mint tea. Lovely and refreshing. The service was friendly and very attentive as usual. We will be back again soon.

We usually have great service here but for some reason, things just didn’t seem to be running smoothly this day. A wrong order was brought to our table and the ambiance just seemed a bit chaotic. Overall though, we got our food and it was lovely.

A good atmosphere, helpful and professional waiter service and good food, as always. I have never experienced a bad meal at Cote Richmond, or others I have been to.

As always a warm welcome from front of house staff. My friend and I went for a late lunch, new faces, same good service. The food was very good as we have come to expect, never dissapointed at this branch. Will keep coming back.

We had a great brunch and service on Sunday. The only criticism is "Why no marmalade to go with the full English in any Cot restaurant?!

Pleasant ambience great food and service was fine. Relaxed informal atmosphere. We both had steaks which were both good but not remarkable in any way.

Definitely a night to remember. Attention staff: professional and friendly. Food was on time and cooked perfectly. I will look forward to coming here on a regular basis when having ‘larger parties’ and most surely recommend. Thank you - such an enjoyable experience!

Good French food promptly served in a busy bistro atmosphere. Have been to several Côte restaurants and found them all to be similar standard. Excellent value for a pre-theatre supper.

A warm welcome, staff were friendly and professional. We enjoyed lunch from the daily set menus. Food was well presented, tasty and good value for money.

A lovely lunch in Cote Richmond. As it was Friday myself and hubby took ourselves to our favourite eatery and we were not disappointed. We usually have the lunch time specials but today we went from the al a carte menu. Both meals were delicious! We shared a starter, I had the chicken and avocado salad for main and my husband had the sea bass. For dessert I had the banana and chocolate crepe and my husband had the tarte tatin. Service was prompt and friendly. We will be back again soon.

Fantastic food - excellent steak and tuna. Nice atmosphere and not too overcrowded. Attentive staff. My only feedback for this visit was the waiter lacked some knowledge of the menu in particular the drinks menu .... but overall everything was great

Friendly efficient service. Food good value. Some areas of restaurant are rather noisy but we were moved to a quieter table without question. Soup a little bland on this occasion.

We had a reservation for 5 pm. Greeted at the door and when I said we had a reservation - having had to divert to Strada the last time we'd turned up at Cote Richmond without a reservation, I was told that we'd been wise to book as they had some large parties arriving soon afterwards. Friendly and attentive waiting staff as expected in Cote. Prompt service, good food, and no pressure to leave our table when we'd finished our coffee, despite the place rapidly filling up. What's not to like?

From someone who frequents Cote regularly, although Friendly when someone finally came, Impossibly slow and inattentive service. Only 3 serving a pretty full restaurant. My steak not as good quality: extremely tough and chewy. Hopefully this was a one-off experience.

Great menu, lovely fresh and tasty food, big portions and great service! Went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Will definitely visit again!

Richmond is always a welcoming branch of Cote, the set menu is very reliable and the helpful friendly service is much appreciated. Can I say more?

Soup not hot and tough steak. Surroundings are old and tables too close together, creating too much noise as the restaurant fills. It needs to be brought uptodate with more soft furnishings etc to absorb the noise

Nice relaxed atmosphere and fantastic food and drinks. Our two French guests were also very impressed - one stating that it is the best meal he has had in London!

Good welcome, tasty food and efficient service once the order placed - however waited at least 10 mins before waiter came to ask about drinks or order despite us saying we were on a tight deadline. Think they were short staffed

Lovely food, lots of choice, friendly service, relaxed atmosphere, and good value for money. The chocolate crepes with caramelised banana were particularly delicious! Will be going back!

Great Bordeaux wine, yummie starters and a beautiful steak. Cosy and completely packed, which made it a bit noisy being a small place and having to wait a bit for our meals and bill but customer service was good too.

my experience was satisfactory, food was very good as usual with nice ambiance, the staff were helpful but slow. I highly recommend Cote as a place to dine with friends & family.

Service was excellent but the food was not. The roasted half chicken is my favourite dish, especially because it’s gluten free and I follow a strict, controlled diet, but we both ordered the chicken and both were far too pink.

Excellent service and food as always - and table as requested. The calamari are the best around and the chocolate fondant is to die for.

Great restaurant and very friendly welcome. Excellent choice of menus and good deals at lunchtime. We all ate different dishes and everyone was happy.my calamari were delicious as was the roasted cod. Will be returning. 😊
