Booked a table of 5 for Mother's day. Great service, good food (huge menu choice) and value for money. Would definately visit again

Excellent food, service, clean toilets and very welcoming smiling staff.

We had a quiet table but because we were tucked away, we had to wait a long time between courses. The service was good in that the staff were very pleasant. We had to make quite an effort to get our main course. We were going to the theatre and by the time the bill was settled we were not allowed into our seats until the interval; Very disappointing. Very unlike Cote as I go to quite a few of their outlets and it is always excellent.

Excellent unhurried lunch with friends in a busy restaurant. Any chance of using sound absorbent wall coverings?

A very pleasant lunch, excellent food as usual and good service

We arrived earlier than our booked time, but were still accommodated. Tried two different main courses to usual, viz. the duck and the rump of lamb. Both outstanding. However, the evening was made special by excellent service from Emilie and Marek.

Lovely meal, well served by excellent friendly staff. If you eat later beware of the high level of noise, that's why we like to eat early. Some folk like the noise, personally I don't.

Cote is one of my most favourite restaurants in Richmond.

Good as always. Cheerful, attentive, speedy (pre theatre when we only had 3/4 hour to eat).Slight burning of top of Camembert was responded to by cancelling the wine bill. Very generous: I only commented so chef could know.

It was Friday so we booked a late lunch at our favourite restaurant Cote in Richmond. As always we were greeted by a friendly waitress who gave us a choice of tables. A new menu for March and we weren’t disappointed. I chose from the prestige menu, moules in cider with ham to start and baked Salmon (delicious) for main with just about room for the apple crumble with ice cream and a coffee. My husband had the celeriac soup and the cod with the chocolate pot from the lunch menu. Amazing value extremely tasty and we were both very full. Service was lovely and we were not disappointed. Highly recommend.

We always have a great dinner at cote. the staff are also amazing and attentive.

Love Cote in Richmond, reliable simple French food. Nice atmosphere and competent staff. I always have the crème caramel, though I might go wild and try the crème brulee next

I usually really enjoy the food...........but the chicken parmentier was beyond horrible..........hot mash with chicken to search for........a mess! Could not send back or reorder as we had booked the cinema.....very disappointing.

The service was excellent and we were given the exact table that we asked for when booking. Food reliable as always in Cote (I had the steak frites with a tomato salad). We weren't hassled at any stage of the meal, making for a relaxing evening. If I were addicted to cliche, I would say 'What's not to like?'.

Set Lunch menu absolutely fantastic... Mackerel and beetroot salad wonderful... Chicken/Bacon Parmentier better than I expected... But here’s the story... My wife wasn’t 100% happy with her Steak frites... First time ever... Problem IMMEDIATELY sorted by replacement... But, more importantly, genuine concern at a customer’s dissatisfaction. Great team. See you soon.

We had a very nice evening, the food was good and came reasonably quickly, staff were friendly and efficient. We would return to this restaurant.

Really excellent service. Happily substituted a better wine for same price as wine of the month had run out. We ate from the dishes of the month and the A la carte. All delicious.

Very welcoming and understanding of the travel problems that we encountered on the way to Richmond. The moules frites were excellent, plump and very tasty.

Enjoyed a great meal with good service from the Manageress and waitress, but would prefer to have a gap between eating the starter and receiving the main course while still eating the starter. What's the rush?

There was a friendly relaxed atmosphere. Staff were helpful. I chose from the a la carte menu an old favorite-parmentier and wasn’t disappointed. A cold draft from back door at one point but staff corrected that.

Delicious food , blood orange salad, followed by a wonderful pork ragout. Lovely waitress, attentive but not too much so, good value for money. It's my go to place for lunch.

We are regular Cote diners and have always been pleasantly surprised at the consistently superb food, service and pricing. Highly recommended well worth a visit.

Our visit was disappointing as the standard of service was lower than we had been used to in the past. There were three of us, and we were received cordially and allocated the table we had requested. The two Onion soups were as good as always, but unfortunately the guest chose the January special; the Goats Cheese Tartine, which contained very little cheese, and was therefore overpriced. The Fish Parmentier was its usual tasty self, and the Weekend half roast chicken was satisfactory but badly presented, with the chicken and sauce completely covering the green beans so that they were not visible at all, making it look like a canteen meal. Finally at the end of the meal after waiting some time we eventually had to call a waiter to have the dirty dishes removed. Sadly not as good as their usual standard!

We had another really good value meal at Cote last week and there was a very nice new lady manager who was on her second day. Keep up the good work.
