A great welcome with complimentary cocktails as promised. Staff warm and friendly as well as effiecient.

Overall very good. Excellent, friendly services and a good atmosphere. Food good (especially veal special) but the roast pork belly was disappointing - mainly fat with a rather flabby skin). Desserts were excellent.

What a fantastic meal we had a Cote Richmond, the food was excellent and great value for money. The staff were lovely and the ambiance of the restaurant perfect. We dined pre-theatre and they made sure we were on time. Thanks to all the team for making our evening so lovely.

Service slow. Risotto undercooked so sent back and waited ages for replacement chicken - which then gave me a very upset stomach. I have been ill all night. My son’s steak was undercooked. Not the usual standard and really concerning.

My group of friends really enjoyed the evening. The food met their expectations and the Cote staff provided an excellent, friendly service.

Restaurant was cold - waiter told us he would ask manager to turn up the heating which was in done but no improvement in temperature for some time. Cold restaurant in February is not welcoming! The dessert menu showed a 2015 Monbazillac on offer. As we knew that 2015 was a very good year for French wine and also a good age for a Monbazillac we ordered a glass. However, when my wife asked for confirmation that the wine was 2015 , the waiter came back saying oh no sorry it is 2018 and it was an old menu. It was the menu we were given. While we enjoyed the meal overall we were disappointed that Cotes should have lapsed in these two respects. Also, the tables seemed small and rather packed together.

Met my friend for lunch. Not been to a Cote Brasserie before. Staff were very friendly and professional. Had an amazing lunch from their set menu. Each course was delicious. The Artichoke risotto, was probably the best risotto I have tasted. Amazing value too; I had 2 courses from the set menu £11.95 then picked my favourite desert, Crème Brulee from the main menu. Will definitely go again and would highly recommend. Suggest book in advance though as seemed quite busy.

Enjoyable.............but for 6 people not ideal in the booth. Prefer round table but none big enough.

As usual my experience at Cote was great having had delicious pancake on Shrove Tuesday, Pancake Day, thoroughly enjoyed it with my sister.

The waiting staff are excellent. The savoury crepe was very enjoyable but the sweet crepe was sadly crisp and dry, more like a brandy snap.

Cote in Richmond just gets better, if that’s possible. As always, it was busy, but the staff were all very friendly and attentive and the food was superb. It is certainly the best value and most enjoyable lunch anywhere yocould find anywherand

Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a party of 13 so they allocated us a specific waitress for the evening. We also did a pre-order as we were a fairly large group and there were only a few minor issues such as delivering bowls of soup with no spoons but any issues were resolved quickly and it was understandable as it was a very busy night! We had a great evening and were the last ones there and so they didn’t mind my husband being given 40 birthday bumps by his friends at the end! Thank you Cote for looking after us so well

Really disappointed today. Very long wait for food. Kitchen could not cope with a rush. Other tables prioritised ahead of us

We wished we could have had a different table. We were at the back of the restaurant,and every time someone went behind the curtain, which was very close to my chair,I kept being banged in the back. Otherwise, everything was very good. We shall come again.

We hadn’t been for a while and decided to treat ourselves to lunch. This was a delightful and delicious experience. The food, staff and atmosphere were great especially considering how busy the restaurant was. We will be back again very soon. Thank you.

My four friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our lunch today before our theatre visit. Everything was excellent as usual and we have no negative comments. We always try to visit a Cote restaurant wherever we go. It is always excellent value.

The staff went out of their way to make my husband's birthday really special.

Reasonable prices and varied menu. Very noisy so not for this who want an intimate dinner, more for Loud groups. Good selection on the menu so something for everyone. Service very good and attentive.

Friday night, packed, including 2 large groups so staff a little stretched - without asking, manageress comped os an extra glass of wine and a desert - very nice gesture. Food excellent as usual, always great value money.

Côte is head and shoulders above other chain restaurants in quality of food, service and general ambience, although the Richmond restaurant tends to be rather noisy. Service was not quite up to scratch during our last visit; it felt as if staff were struggling to keep up; but the food was excellent value as usual.

Food and service was very good and we really enjoyed the meal, the variety of menus had a great range of options to choose from. However we found the level of noise from large groups and screaming children quite overwhelming and on times it was difficult to hold a conversation.

I share my thoughts every time I visit Cote Richmond. I think it would save a lot of time if I wore a sandwich board outside. Don't change, just stay perfect.
