Côte Richmond

Been many times and have a pleasant evening generally this time my side order of Gratian potato arrived on completion of my salmon main. A little sad as it would have been nice to have instead of having to point out it was no longer required.

Really enjoyed the ambience at Cote in Richmond...though busy...as it was a lovely Friday evening...it never felt intrusive. The service was attentive and professional and the food was delicious. A wonderful evening.

Great service , food as it should be for this casual dining experience. Our happy smiling waitress was a joy . The seasonal asparagus and vinaigrette dressing was delicious

The staff had read our request and offered a choice of tables. Pleasant and courteous manner throughout. The food was, as always, delicious. Victoria was especially kind, creating a non-alcoholic alternative to the kir royale as one of our party is allergic to alcohol. thank you

Good atmosphere and friendly staff. Also lovely menu which is good value. We booked online which was easy to do and there are branches all over London to visit.

Always a good meal and great value The set meal is varied and has something for everyone and there is a wide variety of wine available. They do a good kir as an aperitif

Noisy. Cramped. Mediocre food. A ripoff experience when there are so many alternatives in Richmond. Redeemed only by fairly adequate service. Save your bucks for proper restos.

Very busy but despite this, very pleasant and understanding service with excellent food- thanks. Just found the background music a little loud...otherwise all good and enjoyable

The food was delicious and served promptly, the restaurant had a relaxing but up beat vibe and above all the service was excellent. All the staff were lovely and being able to choose from a gluten free menu meant I had peace of mind too. All in all a very good experience and one I will definitely repeat.

Cote is a fantastic restaurant and the food and service is always first class. I regularly eat their with family and we have enjoyed every meal we've had. The staff are extremely polite and friendly, which is lovely!

Food was great but the time to wait to be served was really poor as the restaurant was too busy for the number of waiting staff on duty that night.

Food and service again excellent. The only drawback is that the restaurant was quite noisy, which was because it is so popular and was so busy when we went - on a Saturday evening

Table booked for after Cinema but film overran. NO PROBLEM for COTES who found table for 2. Staff also able to cope with Vegan needs.

Not sure about Cotes new “Prestige” menu. Seems to contain items that used to be on the ordinary set menu, meaning less choice on the latter. Just hope this isn’t a prelude to doing away with the ordinary set menu completely - guess only time will tell. Food not up to their usual high standard. Both main courses were over cooked and dry and looked as if they had been under the heat lamps too long. Starters, however were both delicious especially the mackerel and beetroot salad.

Really good food at a good price- great service as always!! I always find that Cote provides well for whatever kind of meal required- quick enjoyable lunch or celebration meal!! Thanks again!!

Have enjoyed my meal which was pure comfort food - well cooked chicken with excellent potatoes ets. only one quibble - the white wine by the glass selection is a bit poor. Maybe the Picboul de Pinet or a Viognier by the glass or, last resort, a Pinot |Grigio. Present selection by the glass is a bit `'yesterday`'.

The food was gorgeous & service excellent. We were upstairs and for the toilets, we had to go down, through the restaurant and up again.

An enjoyable afternoon, food was excellent as always. There was a mix up over our desserts which was rectified quickly and we were not charged.

Excellent food, but not confortable At all ! Waitresses were friendly! I would come back for the food , but not for the dining experience!

Very busy at 7.30, so delivery took some time. All rather noisy. Food ok, not exceptional. Service a little hurried, not much more to say.

A nice venue for brunch. Airy, bustly, good brunch. Friendly service and reasonably priced. A good range of good at all times of the day.

Excellent food, very friendly and attentive staff, and altogether a delightful evening - if rather noisy! We would definitely recommend, and will be returning soon.

As ever the staff were lovely and smiley. My only problem was that the cold Vichysoisse was as thick a wallpaper paste and I had to leave most of it. This soup should be thin and green, and although it tasted good there was very little evidence of leeks, it was mostly just thick potatoes mashed up.

The service was good, efficient and attentive. All of our courses were flavoursome and well presented. Always the best creme caramel served anywhere I’ve ever eaten.

Absolutely excellent service from all staff and fabulous food. The new manager should be highly commended for his own attitude, enthusiasm and professional. Wonderful evening had and will be back very soon.

Having eat in several other Cote restaurants over the years the Richmond restaurant provided the superior cooking on this occasion. Will use again if we return to Richmond and on our experience would happily recommend to others as offering best ratio of cost / food quality & service.

Nice restaurant. Good location. It was very busy and so it took a while to be served, but the food was good and reasonably priced.

Great service, as always, but initially slow. They were very busy, but the staff are always very good. Great meal but the rib eye steak was a bit tough which is unusual. Overall, very good staff and service plus good value . Thank you!

Warm welcome; we chose where we wanted to sit; attentive staff; no music; sommelier advised us on an excellent red wine; waiter replaced my chicken dish which was tasteless and dry with a duck breast from the à la carte menu at no extra cost; a delightful evening.

Lovely food, service and atmosphere. Set meal is very good value with a variety of choices. This is changed on a monthly basis so you can go at least once per month!

Always find this restaurant feels very good quality for the price, given the location. Good unrushed service and good early menu. Complementary filtered water - which other restaurants should take note and automatically give!

Another beautifully cooked steak. Pleasant surroundings and smart staff. Well done. The restaurant was incredibly busy but the staff managed to look after everyone in a professional manner.

Good service and good food. Went to Cote Richmond got a family birthday celebration and our party of 11 were very well taken care of.

Generally good except the Fish Parmentier pie was too strongly laced with garlic - almost acidic, and not like when I last had it. However good service and atmosphere.

Great pre-theatre menu. Presentation of food much improved and serving staff delightful. Only negative was being charged £1.95 for a small scoop of ice cream on the dessert.

As always Cote is a good choice for good food, served by friendly staff at a very reasonable price. It is one of the best chain restaurants around for quality and value.

The service & the ambience were excellent. We are regular visitors & always delighted with the food, but this time one main course , the goat's cheese salad was very disappointing. All the other dishes were very good. This blip won't deter us from returning. As always it was very good value for money.

A perfect pre theatre dinner venue. The staff were friendly and efficient and the three course set menu was delicious as well as very good value.

Had a great lunch at Cote Richmond today. Food was as expected. Service was great. All in all a pleasure for myself and my guests.

Quality of food not as good as we have come to expect. Steak sent back and replacement just as leather. Fish cakes had little fish and much potato.
