Always a great choice of food, reasonable prices and well executed. This place is always busy and that’s because it always delivers! A lovely Xmas Eve experience!

If this had been the first Cote I had visited I would not ever have returned. However I had had the same meal in Guildford and it was excellent - because of this I ordered the sea bass again in Richmond - the white wine I had to ask for ice it was not cold enough and the service was average

Friendly staff,good well presented food.👍. 8 of us ladies did a boat trip from Hampton Court to Richmond. Great stop over for lunch at a reasonable price.

Third year we have visited after a fantastic days racing at Ascot and the restaurant continues to provide outstanding, well cooked food at fair prices with friendly service - top drawer!

For the quality of food and services given last night, we are happy to mark 6. There is always comfortable atmosphere where we enjoy food and friendly conversations with stuff members of COTE.

Lovely food! Great value set menu, only downside is they add service charge of 12.5% automatically regardless of the service received. Should be up to you to decide on service charge and not the restaurant.

Had a very nice evening at Cote in Richmond. Brilliant food and very friendly service - it is always of a very high standard here.

I had an excellent lunch here as usual with friends. Cote always meets and exceeds expectations which is why we always come back. Top marks Cote!

First time I haven't rated top marks!! Was disappointed first choice of started (asparagus) after we had ordered our meal. It was only 1.45. Obviously popular but would have thought aware of that. Waited about 40 minutes for our COLD starter meal plate to arrive. Did have to point out we were still waiting and admit restaurant was busy (with many tables playing cards???). Our waitress looked emarassed we were still without food and did chase up Main course of chicken with beans was delicious Have been to Richmond Cote on many occasions and will no doubt return, but this occasion was really disappointing

I was kept waiting just inside the entrance. Tables weren’t cleared or laid. Staff were overworked because there weren’t enough of them. Orders were being confused and drinks orders were late being taken. Overall the worst experience in Côte ever and we go a lot.

Understaffed and the food went back as cold. Second time around the plates were so hot that the hollandaise sauce was inedible. Will be giving Cote a miss for a while.

The staff are really friendly, the service is also good catered to our needs/ dietary requirements. Food was lovely and will definetly coming back again

Summers lunch sitting outside... New one for me, but great fun... Set menu excellent as always and service as good as ever. Will be back soon.

Good service .....order service was fast ...food was fast but shame the food was not hot but warm...if the food was hot it would of been too marks...

Great meal, attentive service, very accommodating with children. This branch of cote is in a particularly lovely building in Richmond and has a lovely vibe.

The maitre'd knows how to look after people. Quite often in these chains you find it's your money they're after but today you actually felt welcomed. I'll always choose Cote over others in Richmond.

Lovely food, excellent and attentive service. It is a great venue to meet for lunch and we will definitely go again another day for a meal in Richmond.

Absolutely fantastic visit -service and food perfect. I have tried to think of anything that was wrong and can't. surely this must be the best restaurant in Richmond.

The food was very good & the staff helpful but the restaurant was a little too warm & noisy. We enjoyed our complimentary bottle of Rose & will certainly be visiting again, soon.

As good as it gets, food a pleasant surprise. Far better than the dodgy menus offered by some restaurant chains. Although not ALL Cote restaurants are as good as this one in RICHMOND.

Our first visit to this restaurant prior to going to the theatre. Really enjoyed the excellent lunch/early evening menu - good food at a reasonable price. Service was pleasant. Disappointing that neither of the two rose wines we chose were available; only a more expensive one. The restaurant did compensate us, and this was appreciated. Would certainly go again when attending the theatre, which is my main reason to be in Richmond.

We found the welcome was not as attentive as usual. Staff chatting to one another! Good as good as usual. Test of evening was fine.

Just enjoyed a great, buzzy Thursday evening at Cote, where all our wishes were beautifully executed by the attentive staff. Having just signed up for the Cote newsletter, we took full advantage of and loved the complimentary bottle of Sauvignon Blanc, the asparagus was out of this world and when I told the manager, that although all the elements of the seafood linguine were in place, they did not quite sing...he reduced the bill. Will not hesitate to return and can thoroughly recommend.

This restaurant has very good food, and it comes well prepared. The staff are friendly and the service efficient. There is good variety on the menu.

Very friendly front of house who was accommodating regarding where we would like to sit - the opposite of our last experience there (different FOH). Food is always reliable if not exciting and offers several menus that are good value for money. The gratin potato could be improved, in fact, was it pre-prepared?

Consistently good value and a friendly restaurant. Our table was ready waiting for us and we were made very welcome by the manager and the staff.

Not as good as normal. They have a new more expensive set menu which we didn’t try but felt that the normal £11.50 menu wasn’t so good. Unusually the restaurant was only half full. We wonder if it was just a bad day or a change for the worse.

Lovely food and good service. Got a free glass of bubbly for my birthday. Restaurant in the middle of Richmond and is decorated very nicely. Nice lively atmosphere.

Efficient and speedy service and friendly staff. Food was delicious. Better than previous visits by a long way. The waitress that convinced us to have dessert was lovely but i didn’t get her name. Long hair, pretty lady with lovely personality and enthusiastic service.

I ordered a rib-eye steak. It was extremely gristly and I sent it back. I was given a new steak which was better but the taste and texture were not up to Cote's normal standard. The attitude of the staff was most concerned and apologetic and I wasn't charged.

As usual food and service is consistently of a high standard and value for money. The choices on menus are varied with plenty healthy options. Set menus especially good value.

This has to be the best Cote experience to date. The table spacing is good and the atmosphere is not too noisy We were served by Anna who was remarkably affable and attentive. It was a first time visit for my grandson and it certainly ticked all the boxes for him. We had to wait, literally, no time for out meal to arrive and each dish was perfectly presented and delicious. Our choices were the half roast chicken, the creamy potato dauphinois, best chips, the seared tuna nicoise and the crab mayonnaise. I have an ongoing issue with all Cotes about the differing presentation and quality of their dauphinois as it is generally served very dry. Today’s was creamy and perfectly presented which provoked an announcement by my grandson that this is the ‘best he has ever tasted’. This was followed by the ‘best chocolate fondant’ he had ever tasted. Thank you Cote Richmond
