Great service as ever and really good food. The beetroot salad special was very tasty and went well with the pork belly. We will be back soon.

We were a party of 6. Our food arrived in good time and was well prepared. The service that we received was courteous and efficient.

Great value, efficient and friendly service. All members of the party enjoyed their meals. There were linen napkins on the table too - a nice touch given how busy the restaurant is.

Pleasant enough but aircon blasting out over table...........so not enjoyable. I thought the gin/tonic with just icecubes is not worth having. Personally I would be prefer a slightly more expensive set menu as the portions quite small now. Service not brilliant.

I did not get my August gift as I booked through qua do and not cote. I thought that they were one and the same.

Eating at any branch of Cote is always reliably good and also very reasonably priced if you eat off their set menus. This is why I keep going back!

The food was so flavoursome ending up having 3 courses. Service with a smile. Cotes continues to offer reasonably prised food, great ambiance and good service.

Food brilliant. But service very poor. Drinks took 20 mins just for the order to be taken. The gin was served in a coke tumbler with no lemon. I wasn’t even given a bill, they just came over with card machine, I had to ask for the bill after.

Good atmosphere and friendly welcoming staff. The food was a good standard and although the restaurant was busy we did not have to wait long for our food. Realistic prices and a good variety on the menu. The fougass and sauccison sec were excellent.

Family dinner and our first visit. Service and food were great. Reasonably priced. Would come again and recommend. My parents were satisfied and very full. Lots to choose from the menu. Staff are very professional. Thank you!

The evening was most pleasurable - good food, good table and excellent service. I would have given 5 out of 5 if our bill had come a little quicker when we were ready to leave, but that was a very minor complaint. This is a restaurant which is well-managed and offers good value.

Good restaurant with a nice atmosphere- food and service pretty good . The lunch special is especially good value. Would recommend reserving a table as it can get quite busy.

Good food and excellent service. We came to celebrate our birthdays and the manager gave us complimentary gin and elderflower drinks. We will definitely be back again.

A very well located and comfortable restaurant. The staff were courteous, helpful and efficient and we enjoyed an excellent meal beautifully served. Produce used is consistently of a very high standard and our meal represented great value. This is our favourite Côté .

The food was good as always and service was OK. Our favourite is still Turnham Green brunch. The atmosphere in Richmond is not the same.

Always good service and buzzy atmosphere. Food always high quality. Not the place for a romantic evening as too busy, but perfect for everything else.

The food was very tasty and the service was also good. The only complaint is the kid’s dish is such a small portion it’s not enough for my 7-year-old son.

Staff were welcoming , attentive and efficient. The food was delicious. Lively atmosphere. Waiting time between ordering and food arriving was just right. I eat here quite often and it never disappoints.

Good range of choices, food very good, wine rather over priced for what it is. Restaurant rather noisy for my liking, though I appreciate that many other folks like it like that.

Very enjoyable, if a little noisy. One dish had to be returned, but it was dealt with really well by the restaurant, so it did not spoil our evening

Slow service. seemed to be overwhelmed by no of tables. But food was lovely - had parfait and salad which was delicious (perhaps a smaller portion for the starter would be better)

Overall the meal, setting and service it was fine, no real issues but a little more choice for Vegetarians would be good. Otherwise we can only go once a year. And spinach&mushroom crepes? You could be a bit more creative as a restaurant chain!

I'm afraid the food was pretty tasteless, I know I ordered the steak frites which is obviously the cheaper version of steak but nonetheless, that shouldn't make a difference. I could have been eating anything. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

Reliable as ever; well presented tasty food. Service good. All four of us enjoyed our meal - fish stew was particularly praised! Just rather noisy!

Cote in Richmond is a please take restaurant and very child friendly. The food is excellent and great value for money as usual. Will keep going back

A most enjoyable evening using our voucher for free g&t’s. Staff friendly and ready to have fun. Food good and service swift. Always good to see people being turned away because they are fully booked. (Not so good if you are one of them).

The staff were very helpful and attentive. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending cote Richmond. I have always found all the cote restaurants to be of a certain standard and Richmond won't let you down.

Everyone enjoyed their meals. The presentation of the corn-fed chicken on the plate was a little bland. I thought the extra charge for vegetables, a French trait I believe, was uncalled for. The bill made a charge for the complimentary gins: this isn’t the first time that’s happened. The waiter couldn’t tell us what rillettes were and had to seek help from a colleague. And I still object to the 12.5% optional service charge. I prefer to make my own decision on how much to pay based on the quality of service, food etc.

Lovely birthday experience and free cocktails offer made it extra special. Attentive staff and good atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the large sparkler on the birthday girls dessert was a nice touch.

Good food and great servi e as usual. The set menu is very well priced and you get good quality food at great value. The staff are super friendly and the atmosphere is always buzzing.

Always good standard of food and service at this restaurant and various inclusive menus available at the time we went meant a reasonable price for two courses.

Have dined in several Cote restaurants and this particular one on several occasions and have always enjoyed the meal and the service. I will continue to dine there in future!

On a warm evening the food and wine was superb, I had the steak tartare followed by the tuna off the specials menu all presented well and tasty washed down with a bottle picpoul de pinet perfect for a summers evening. There were some issues wiry orders however everything was dealt with

Everything food wise went ok but we were charged for a more expensive Bootle of wine than we ordered and we were also told fries were included in the meal but they were charged on the bill. We spoke to the manager who dealt with the situation in a very efficient manner. Which was excellent.

Excellent meal as usual. Opted for the prestige set menu for first time and was delicious! Never been let down yet!
