Lovely waitress. Good food and because we were a little late getting our mains they gave us complimentary desserts. An overall very pleasant dining experience.

Good value and excellent service. Breakfast brought a bit too quickly as felt rushed, unable to enjoy coffee as food came so fast. Would prefer more time.

Excellent waitress and very efficient dealing with elderly member of our party who must eat gluten free food. All food was delicious and portion sizes perfect.

Food great as always but main course delivered to table whilst still eating starter hence lower than usual score. Manager did apologise to be fair

The Richmond branch of Cote has never disappointed. The service provided by Nicoleta was superb - attentive and friendly. Food and atmosphere was great, and will remain my go-to spot.

Cote is a very friendly place to dine ! The staff were very good with my friend who required a gluten free meal. They provided a separate menu which i thought was a clever idea. The food was very tasty too ! overall a lovely experience .

Nice location and bright inside, table slightly small for six adults. However the food did not disappoint and up the the normal Cote standard. Was not rushed at all which is good.

Despite the restaurant being absolutely packed when we arrived, the service was impeccable, the food fresh, delicious & beautifully presented & it was an altogether excellent experience.

Excellent pre theatre meal in a relaxed setting and good service. Nice to see some changes in the menu. Only quibble would be to ask for more meat layer and less potato in the venison dish. Still best value pre theatre meal in Richmond

Great value for quality food and service Inch menu is especially good value but always am tempted to have the Tuna which is perfectly cooked to my liking Great chodices on healthy food House wine is good quality too

Hi 👋 we arrived and were greeted warmly by the manager who immediately showed us to our booked table and throughout the meal we were looked after perfectly.The restaurant was extremely busy but at no time did we feel unattended it was a marvellous experience.I will continue to use these restaurants as the standard is so high and maintained throughout many thanks for a lovey lunch.

Excellent service in difficult circumstances. The food was good and served reasonably quickly, with a smile. the automatic addition of service charge onto the bill is unacceptable. Service charge should be according to the wish of the diner

Great full English breakfast. Coffee and orange juice very fresh. Spicy bloody Mary. Great atmosphere as full of the pre-Twickenham crowd. Regular part of the day's rugby now.

I go to Cote Richmond 2 times a week. that should speak for itself. I am not going to post another review until it ceases to be perfect. Now leave me alone to enjoy m,y lunch. !!!

Great for breakfast, especially at the weekend. If you choose the Formule, you get one of the cooked options on the right of the menu, a fresh fruit juice & a hot drink for less than £11. Fantastic value. The food quality & speed of service are also excellent.

Central Richmond location. Prompt and friendly service. Good value and the house wine is perfectly acceptable. Only criticism is that it’s noisy, otherwise, highly recommended.

As always with Cote Richmond, the food is consistently good and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. I often meet friends there as you know what you can expect.

I visited the Cote with friends and would do so again and recommend anyone to enjoy your food and service. Portions just right and tasty congratulations

Seated quickly. Polite friendly waiters. Good choice of set menus with 2 or 3 courses. Food was delicious, hot and arrived quickly. Great value for menu lovely food and excellent service

We love Cote in Richmond but this Quandoo booking system failed. Its never been easy with good restaurants in Richmond but this is daft. It could actually have us eating elsewhere if it happens again. We are frequent visitors ask the Maitre De. Highly recommend the Restaurant but slightly critical of booking system currently.

Well it was a great experience because we really like Cote. The only irritating aspect is being asked by Quandoo for a minimum of 25 words to describe the experience and being pursued by Quandoo with multiple emails. Surely this isn’t necessary. Why does our current restaurant culture dictate that we are all given tasks by another unconnected company after a great night out? We all have jobs or busy lives already and I for one don’t want to have to delete several emails or to have to write 25 words minimum for some unknown company. Yes it’s ironic that I’ve written more than 25 words now but for goodness sake let’s just have some common sense and back away from this rediculous performance management culture. It doesn’t change the food, the ambience or the enjoyment of a restaurant. And most people don’t take these ratings at all seriously now anyway.

Enjoyed yet again another lovely meal at Cote Richmond. Service as good as ever. Went for the steak frites which is always a favourite. I have never had a bad meal here and I go a lot.

Sunday breakfast. We came here because our Exeter branch at home is so good. This one though was poor , slow service, sausages missing, then toast missing. Waiting ages for drinks. Breakfast was cold when toast came. All other customers were having similar problems. Shame on Richmond COTE. Won’t go back

Always a joy to visit Cote in Richmond. We were there on Saturday and although very busy, treated the same as always. The Manager and his team are excellent.

We had a great meal here after watching England beat South Africa at Twickenham this will be out 8 visit after the rugby and is a good place to go for good food after the match, we were looked after by a lovely young lady from the Isle of Wight with an incredible memory for taking our order well she was a delight and made our meal even better. Cannot recommend Cote Richmond enough, the only downside was that our table for six was in a very noisy part of the restaurant and this made is difficult to hear all, before we have sat at the rear of the restaurant or upstairs.

We always go to Cote in November. Great service from their cheerful staff. We are off there again very soon. Thanks again for a great experience.

I was disappointed in the "Cottage Pie" which was in the "2 Courses for £11.50. I could not taste the meat, and there were only 2 small pieces of it, as the flavouring "killed the taste."

Food good as always but our waiter was perhaps still a trainee and on more than one occasion tried to take our plates away before we had finished eating.

Cote in Richmond continues to offer very good value with a friendly service. Nothing in terms of service or quality of food has changed since they opened. Highly recommended

We are regulars at Cote Richmond. And we were delighted to be greeted a complimentary Kir Royale on arrival. It had been a stressful day for all three of us, therefore they were gratefully received! As usual the food was excellent and the service is absolutely first class. I cannot rate this restaurant highly enough

Always lovely staff and usually good food but my friends soup was not hot and I didn't think my fish was very fresh I guess we should have mentioned it at the time as they are good at putting things right.

Popped in before movies and for the first time in ages, I can’t fault the food or the service. Cote normally let’s itself down but tonight the food was scrummy, the service was good and there weren’t any hiccups. Keep it up!!

Good service from friendly helpful staff. Fine choice of good food cooked to order and specification and served hot and on clean plates. Plenty of menu options and flexibility

This was a second visit in a fairly short space of time. The overall standard of the food remained excellent, and I would once again single out the French Onion soup and the warm Roquefort salad as being very good starters. There is a very good choice of Main dishes, and the staff were, as usual, very friendly and helpful.

One of the nicest locations in Richmond for a relaxed Sunday morning, whether for breakfast or easing into lunchtime. The staff are really friendly & the manager has obviously got them well organised because everything is noticeably more efficient than perhaps it used to be here. The food quality at breakfast was delicious - I had Eggs Benedict for the first time in ages because they're usually hit & miss, but they were a definite hit on Sunday - well done Cote!

An evening with lovely food had fun and would go back

Very pleasant and were made feel welcome. If I could change anything would be nice to have a few newspapers available over breakfast and coffee.

Easily the best place to go for cooked breakfast on a Sunday morning in Richmond. Great quality food with a bit of added French flair, like oregano sprinkled on the tomatoes, good coffee, freshly made patisserie as well. Thoroughly recommend it.

Very happy that we actually had the table we asked for even though it was very busy. Not sure what happened to the £10 with my reward points.............but had no time to find out as rushing to the theatre.

Simply wonderful. Great food, good value, lovely service. Can’t be faulted. Packed with a pre-theatre crowd so a great buzz. Yet still our service and food were prompt and excellent.

I had an enjoyable experience at Cote, The food was great as usual and the service was satisfactory, I highly recommend it to friends & family.
