Really lovely, welcoming staff! I just wish the vegetarian options were a little more interesting

The food was lovely, and the free bottle of wine was also lovely! We have always liked Cote... never disappointed.

Very good experience! I was a bit surprised to find toast under a ratatouille - but we live and learn! :-) The ends of the pasta were not cooked, but none of this really spoilt the evening as the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

I love Cote and eat there often. Unfortunately my last two meals havent been of the usual high standard and I have found service to be a little slow to get my order, especially when I was in a hurry for lunch. The steak frites was very average, the meat was greasy and fairly tasteless, and the Breton Chicken, usually terrific, was rather bland and not as tasty. Maybe they have changed suppliers>? This restaurant is still one of my top three in Richmond and I will keep coming, the staff are always helpful and pleasant, and food generally, very good. I think they need to employ one more staff member perhaps so that ones' order is taken more quickly.

Excellent meals (risotto, salmon, hake, icecream with hot choc sauce, tart aux pommes), service and atmosphere. Offered alternative to spritz as ran out, so kir royals, delicious. Only niggle was incorrect bill appeared but took no time to rectify. Always come back to Côte, consistent where ever you go. Great waitresses, thanks for lovely meal.

We went to Cote to celebrate my husband's 74th birthday. We chose Cote because they really got the balance right. The food was great and the service really friendly. With the service, they really stand out head and shoulders from other restaurants we've been to. And, at the end, they brought out a small dessert with a candle and sang 'happy birthday' which we really enjoyed. All in all it was a happy experience.

I thought my fish wasn’t totally fresh. It was changed for another dish without any question. Cote Richmond staff dealt with the problem in an exemplary fashion. I was very favourably impressed.

Very good food and cheerful service. Pampelle spritz was particularly enjoyed. Hard surfaces mean that the restaurant is noisy, so conversation can be difficult.

Booked for a Wednesday evening for a group of 6. Menu choice was good. Food was tasty but overall service was slow - they seemed to be very busy for a Wednesday evening.

House wine was nice. Starter too salty for my taste. Half chicken a bit too dry, Overall an average restaurant.

We went to Cote Richmond to celebrate a 50th Wedding Anniversary and had the most enjoyable time. Amy and her marvellous team managed our large party booking so smoothly and allowed us to select from the varied a la carte menu, where other venues were forcing us down a set menu route which did not meet dietary needs. The table area was perfect for our large group and we decorated it with balloons. Would whole heartedly recommend.

The staff tried hard but there was no escaping the fact that a few mistakes were made on hearing what we'd ordered perhaps due to the noisy surroundings. And the duck was chewy. A few times I was worried I'd choke and spent a lot of time chewing and unable to converse. My daughter disliked the fact the olives weren't pitted though I realise they aren't always served that way in restaurants. I was brought the wrong dessert initially although when it did come they put a candle in it and sang happy birthday to me as it had come up earlier in conversation with the waitress. They gave us that dessert and the olives free as well. No sugar was brought for the coffees we ordered either. The others' food choices - steak for example and the starters and the desserts -!tasted good. It was a little hard to hear what people on your own table were saying as this restaurant seems to amplify others' talking.

I have to admit Cote wouldn’t be our first choice for a date restaurant in Richmond but as we had some vouchers we decided to book. We had such a lovely evening! The staff were lovely and couldn’t accommodate us enough. The food was delicious, warm sour dough bread initially, followed by french onion soup ( divine!) and Melon/ Parma ham, then fish pie and salmon and a heritage tomato salad ( fabulous) It’s not often we opt to have 3 courses but we couldn’t resist and finished off a wonderful evening with frozen berries which my husband said was lovely and vanilla ice cream with warm chocolate sauce, probably the best pudding I’ve had in a long time. A brilliant experience and we will be back again soon thank you Cote!

All was great except the noise level which did spoil he experience.

Visited Côte Richmond last evening Saturday 27th for dinner at 7pm. Were shown to our table, a booth as requested, by a lovely young lady, do not her name, but dark haired and with a nose piercing. From beginning to end, she looked after us all well, from helping us two older ladies with putting our walking sticks away,to showing us a nearby loo. She was delightful, patient kind, and humourous, and very attentive. even though so very busy, with other tables. Our grateful thanks to her. The food and wine. as always was delicious Thank you Cóte for another lovely evening. Sheila

Another good meal at Cote Brasserie. All the staff are nice and friendly and very attentive. Had the prestige set menu which is very good value for money and we all left with full bellies!

My sincere thanks to all at the team in Côte Richmond. Yesterday was a special celebration for me, dining with some friends, made even more special by the wonderful service offered by Faith. Please would you pass on to Head Office how Faith was the perfect waitress? Attentive, friendly, professional and obviously taking great pride in her job and in delivering exceptional customer service. My great thanks to the Chef and team also - superb food as always- the steak was an absolute delight. Many thanks to everyone concerned in making this evening so special for me.

Always a most enjoyable time at Cote in Richmond. Last Friday, our Waiter, was particulary good.

Love eating at Cote. Richmond is probably not my favourite Cote. We sat outside and the road is very busy. The ones in Exeter, Chiswick, St Martin's, Lane, Covent Garden and Festival Hall are all better locations. However, food and service were all up to usual great standard.

Very nice food and charming waitperson. The rose wine (on special) was delicious.

Always lovely food, fantastic service given by staff. Received 2 complimentary glasses of champagne for partners birthday which was lovely touch. Overall a great dining experience.
