Great restaurant and the staff were fantastic, my wife is Gluten intolerant and they can’t do enough to assure her that her food is prepared correctly. Thank you especially to the manager who was fantastic.

The food was excellent, but it took over an hour to serve the main course. That's not acceptable.

It was a very busy lunch time. Our table was booked for 1pm, but we had to ask for service at 1.25pm. The manager was very apologetic and gave us a complimentary drink. Once we were served, it was all very good.

Warm and attentive service, despite being an extremely busy Friday lunchtime. All the dishes ordered were cooked perfectly, and very well presented.

Group of seven of us descended on Cote Richmond for lunch. We were well served with good food at each course and there was no rush to see us leave which we didn't do until 5.30pm. Very enjoyable lunchtime session.

Overall good service food etc. However, we were nearly charged for the complimentary bottle of wine.

In general the meal was ok- the food that is, nothing special and certainly not as good as other Cotes brasseries we have eaten in - and the service was good. What do spoilt the whole evening was the ridiculously hot room. It’s not a big room and it was full - so why on earth did they have it set at 29 degrees?? That is ridiculous and unhealthy - for clients and for staff . I reported the heat as it was so uncomfortable and spoiling our meal - a lovely waitress was clearly suffering too and checked with her Manager. She informed me of the temperature which was kind of her but infuriating for us - I paid a bill of £178.00 and with a group of 6. Not a pleasant experience all in all/ I asked a staff member to report this hot environment as it really is unhealthy & left me with thoughts that the management would be expecting people to drink more! I will not hurry back

Easy booking with Quandoo and liked the reminder and confirmation emails. Cote was very busy and my husband was in a hurry to get to a meeting. Service was slow and he became frustrated. Fixed price menu was tasty & great value.

Nice staff. The best around.. but it’s still soooo noisy.. wine could use some improvement... and I may be wrong but are your portion sizes getting smaller....? 🙂

Food incredible, service even better. Our waiter Radka was so lovely and brought a cake with a candle for my husband even though he didn’t order a dessert. Had a fantastic evening!

Our waitress is absolutely wonderful every time we frequent. From the moment we arrived, right until we say goodbye. The food is also just impeccable and it seems to get better every time we visit. One of the very few restaurants which have truly remained loyal to the good old customer service. Thank you cote Richmond, it’s always a pleasure.

Cote Brasserie in Richmond is a really good restaurants, although there some little things that can be improved. Portions of sides for example are really little compared to mains and staters, especially the french fries. Tables close to the main door and the back end are not that fortunate in winter. Service is always really good. Thanks

We often go to Cote before or after the cinema in Richmond. It's always enjoyable and good value.

Lovely staff, made us very welcome, we had early prix fix menu, with delicious soup, but bread is extra which I feel could be included. The mains chicken was very tasty and so was the sea bream but the latter completely overwhelmed by haricot beans which were very boring after a few mouthfuls. I’ve given 5 stars as it’s very good value for the price, and everyone made us feel special.

Lovely, lovely,lovely!!! WE LOVE COTE!! This was our first visit to Richmond Cote but our first choice for restaurants is always Cote wherever we are. The service, the quality of food and value for money is always first class. So far we have visited Cote in Bluewater, Sevenoaks, Chislehurst and London and the standards are always of the highest quality. THANKYOU ALL THE STAFF WHO WORK THERE!!

Good friendly service though busy. Generous portions of the dishes on the Prestige Menu. All starters and mains deemed excellent by our party of four.

Fantastic experience as always. We were initially sat next to quite a loud table of people but were swiftly moved to a quieter table and thoughtfully given drinks on the house. Delicious food, excellent customer service- great work Cote!

A lovely lunch on a grey and cold London day. A bit of a muddle with the bill but lovely waitress sorted it all very professionally.
