Fantastic restaurant with an amazing ambience just right for a romantic setting. Would highly recommend this place to all my friends. The food is amazing and the staff are very welcoming.

Food and service good but whole experience ruined by getting covered in candle wax! Tomorrow will tell how bad the damage to our clothes is but lucky I wear glasses as the damage to my face could have been more serious.

We frequently visit cote and are always satisfied with the food and the attention of the staff. We are visiting again Friday and looking forward to it.

Very good in every way, food, staff, experience, will return again when next in Liverpool. Breakfast was filling did not eat for rest of the day

Really enjoyed our meal at Cote Bistro Liverpool, lovely food , good service as usual, made extra special this time with a voucher for bottle of wine. Had nice chat with Karolina our waitress from Lithuania, she is so friendly, looking forward to our next visit

Pleasent setting, excellent service, delicious food well priced. I can recommend the crusty bread and the fabulous bowl of cauliflower soup. The onion soup was tasty and delicious. Good sea bass. Good steak. Good moules. Fine post panto meal.

Dinner service was rushed, sat down ordered and ate within 1 hour. Felt like we were at a fast food restaurant rather than fine dining.

Great food service and plenty of choice. Love the ambience. A restaurant that allows you to have a conversation without having to compete with loud background music.

Table was booked for 7pm, but arrived early, so was offered early bird menu, 3 courses for £14 which was fantastic value,, only thing never had the lamb which 3 of us ordered, but all ordered the steak which was lovely..... waiter was lovely to, sorry can't remember his name,10/10.

Excellent menu choices but having 3 different menus (a la carte, Christmas special & lunchtime) was a bit confusing, especially as the double sided printing had different options on different people's menus.. Delighted to see extensive gluten free menu.

Handy quick friendly service before the cinema. Family birthday visit. Food ok but not brilliant. Tasted mass produced for quick service. Bit of green leaves with steak. Could have been better salad. Boring new potatoes and peas with salmon

Great food, service and atmosphere but white wine needs more chilling. Much better than most other bistro chain restaurants. Familiar and 'comfortable' meals well presented.

The waiter that took us to our table was polite and helpful. Our waitress help to explain the different offers was also polite and friendly. Food was fab and the ambient of the restaurant was calm and enjoyable.

Always helpful staff, slick service and good food. At a busy time we never felt rushed, and dietary needs were flexibly met. A very good experience.

Very good food. Very tasty desserts. Lovely ,friendly and cosy atmosphere. No loud music,so we had a chance to talk. Light is nice (not too dark or too bright ). Definitely will be back again. Air conditions didn't blow us away :),so was nice and warm.

Pre-booked a table and enjoyed a warm greeting on arrival, food & drinks served with a smile and tasted even better. Cold outside but made warm inside.

This was as expected , we eat in Cote in various cities when we are away. Only queries this time are inconsistencies. Some people given bread , typically French - we weren’t. Also, in Glasgow Cote last week we were given a card for a free bottle of wine if we ate in Cote in january. Why no card from Liverpool??

Excellent service as always, especially for my 8 year old. They could not have been kinder food was also good. This restaurant is absolutely reliable.

The staff were excellent, attentive but not intrusive, the restaurant was very busy pre-Christmas but they were welcoming and smiling. The food, very good and great value for money. There is a good choice of wine, I just had the house red, a smooth pleasant wine.

From the moment we arrived we enjoyed, showing to our table, attentive staff to taking our orders not rushed in anyway. Food was excellent well presented & great flavors. We will be going back.

3rd visit here and already looking forward to the next. Pleasant surroundings and attentive staff. Menus offered are full a la Carte or specials (2 or 3 courses for a fixed price) We always find good choices and good value on the fixed price menus.

Lovely restaurant, very friendly staff and delicious food. Excellent value for money. I would've given 6 but the only gripe I have is that you have to pay for your veg etc. It should be included in the price of the meal.

Food OK. Once ordered it arrived far too quickly for my liking which makes it feel more like a fast food place. The staff were very nice.

An excellent lunch. Very well cooked, beautifully presented, tender steak and hot plates. My friend and I eat here regularly and can highly recommend this restaurant.

Lovely food and atmosphere. I am Coeliac and it is great to have a good choice of gluten free food and feel confident that the food is gluten free.

As always good service and enjoyable food we are never disappointed no matter how many times we visit. Côte have managed to keep this high standard at each resteraunt we have visited.

We went for the early bird menu whic( was excellant value. The staff were very busy but attentive and ensured we were happy with both the food and wine of our choice. Our particular waiter was run off his feet as the place was very busy but he remained cheerful and very helpful.
