Lovely food -tasty and hot and good atmosphere. Took advantage of the special lunchtime menu which is good value. Optional service charge is included in the bill

We frequently visit Côte with groups of friends and always enjoy the atmosphere and food. The staff are always attentive and pleasant. We sometimes have friend in wheelchair and are always treated courteously.

Great meal, excellent value for money, - 2 courses for 2 with wine £34.95 and friendly, efficient service. Plenty of choice, pleasant setting. Thank you for making our last evening in Liverpool memorable.

Excellent service and food! Waiter / Waitress service area was rather noisy at times and as it was sited too near our table this detracted from our otherwise overall excellent experience.

Always a delight to visit one of Liverpool's outstandingly consistent eateries. Regular new additions to the already extensive menu make choosing the hardest thing you have to do. The superbly trained and friendly staff team take care of the rest to suit your individual requirements.

My wife and I try to make Cote our “go to” place when friends are in town, because of the quality of the food, and the service we receive. Our guests always seem to appreciate that extra “something”.

Always spoilt for choice from a sumptuous menu and rarely disappointed with anything at this first rate Liverpool eatery. Bustling through the day and evening but the excellent staff team still have time to pay attention to detail and their customers.

I love this restaurant. The food is delicious and very good value. The staff are very pleasant and courteous. My friends love it also and we will definitely be going back soon. There is a really great atmosphere and ideally located in Liverpool One near to cinema and shops.

We frequently visit Cote and always enjoy food with good service. It is somewhat noisy at lunchtime but restaurant can’t help the noise level of diners!

Tried the early evening set menu for a change and thoroughly enjoyed the soup and haddock dishes. The fish was superbly cooked and it was excellent value for money. Remains one of the best and most consistent eating venues on Merseyside

Atmosphere, food and service all very good. Unhappy that Cote automatically added 12.5% service charge - this down to customer to decide. Explained to waiter who had to produce another bill ( I added service); waiter confirmed that this issue was raised by other customers. Cote - change your policy.

A lovely experience whatever the time of day or size of party. The terrific staff team always make you feel welcome and serve you at the speed you require.

Never fails to disappoint whatever time of day you turn up. Obliging, friendly and well trained staff make the ideal ambience to go with the excellent fare on offer.

Fantastic food. Fantastic service. Wonderful atmosphere. Our party of 5, with various allergies, really enjoyed our meal and were very relaxed because all the staff were aware of the allergies. My only one niggle was that there was cold air blowing on one of our party during the meal, but it did not spoilt their meal.

Only spoiled by the fact that a 'voluntary' service charge was added. I always tip but I think that doing this , at 1/8 of the bill total is inappropriate. I refused to pay it.

Excellent, friendly but not over familiar service. The food, as ever, was cooked perfectly and well presented. If one has dietary allergy concerns they will bring to your table a folder holding details of all the ingredients in every dish.

Helpful and friendly service. Food very good. Booked specifically with the intention of ordering from early evening Prestige menu but weren't offered it despite booking for 6.30. Eventually ordered from it after asking to see it. Everything else pretty spot on.

Another excellent meal with Cote Brasserie, this time was in Liverpool. The service was also excellent and four of us had a really good evening.

Excellent food, great menu and good service, only down side was the drinks were very pricey - £3.85 for a half bottle of kroenenburg = £7.70 for less than a pint!

Excellent food and drink. Steak was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for our outstanding and humorous waiter Dahlyn. No doubt we had the best seats in the houses in a corner alongside the waiters station. A great view if you people watch.

Fabulous breakfast and really attentive staff...would recommend anyone to come and try .you won't be disappoinTed. Oh and the coffee is just so so good!!!!

The service was very good, as was the food and the general atmosphere, not overly expensive and the provision of bottles of complimentary water without us having to ask is a nice touch.

Simply superb food and superb staff. The standards in Cote are very high as is the quality of ingrediants used in thehigh quality of the dishes they produce. Simply superb.

Had the set menu and everything was delicious as well as being such good value. The atmosphere was great - we almost felt we were in France - rather than Liverpool!

Excellent food and service consistent with our local Cote in Marlow , I have just been to Cote in Cardiff and just as good -

The restaurant was quite empty when we arrived and there was plenty of staff so we expected a good standard of service. We were given menus and we ordered drinks. The house white was not good, but was taken off the bill after we complained. We all ordered the French onion soup but one of them had a burnt top, the waiter asked if it was okay or too well done! As it was unacceptable the waiter took it away but that meant that somebody had to wait while the rest of us ate our starter. My friend and I ordered the chicken with fries, the chicken was very dry and my fries were so hard I nearly broke a tooth. My husband ordered the Breton stew, which usually comes with bread, he was half way through the meal when the waiter asked if he would like some bread! This is not the type of service we expect and there was no excuse for it. We have never had any problem at Cote before but I don't think we will be going back any time soon.

The meal or service was no way near their usual standard. The service was very poor. They seemed to be short staffed and the duty manager did little to help. As he spent the vast majority of the afternoon on the phone. I had butterflied char grilled chicken, although it tasted very nice the chicken was very over cooked. Your offer of a free gin and tonic, seemed to complicated to comprehend, having said that I would have declined the offer but it would have been nice to be asked... We think we will give it a wide berth for a couple of months, in the hope they manage to sort themselves out??

Food was excellent but as we explained to the manager service was poor as we had to order water 3 times and only received it at the end of the meal and we had to request our drinks twice. He kindly gave me a generous discount which I really appreciate and we will definitely will return to your restaurant on our next visit to Liverpool. The manager was so understanding and pleasant

Great ambience, fantastic service and food pretty damn good too. The friendly nature of the well managed and trained staff team make this a welcome oasis in the modern day conveyor belt approach of most city centre eating venues

A busy early evening slot and a virtually full restaurant and although it took longer than usual for food it was worth waiting for and the staff still found the time to offer friendly welcomes and to converse with diners.

Excellent lunch / early dinner restaurant. Welcoming, warm atmosphere, good service and reasonable prices for quality of food. Recommend the Sardines and the French Onion.

Although want busy we waited long time for our food and coffee was cold so sent back staff no so attentive as usual and food average

Disappointed to be sat next to the work area where staff cleared away plates etc., particularly as we booked well in advance. It was rather noisy at times! Service was a little slow and staff were not particularly friendly and/or helpful. Very few smiling faces! I would describe the food as “average” and we have certainly experienced better at Cote so overall somewhat disappointed,

An excellent meal as usual! Only a five today as was disappointed when our initial waitress changed after serving the wine and taking our order! The new waitress was equally as good but it would have been better had the original girl continued! She was serving in another part of the restaurant! Also had to wait a long time to attract attention for the bill!

We are regular visitors to Cote Liverpool so we were not surprised that the food was good and service fine despite the restaurant being virtually full.

Brilliant food as usual ! Waitress was new and wasn’t fully clued in but only a minor detail! Starter (albeit only bread) came with main course! Manageress dealt with issue very promptly!

Easy online booking - had to later update number of guests, no problem.Seated quickly even though busy and brought menus. Would have rated the visit a 6 but we had to ask for side plates for the bread!!The food, as always, was very good, as was the service.

Good bistro menu, food well cooked and presented (restaurant quality in France), good wine list, very good service, good value too. Will visit again soon.

A nice relaxing atmosphere, excellent meal and good friendly service I do think the included service charge is a little steep but it's good to know that it all goes to the staff

Cote was the perfect venue for a catch up with friends. Great food , superb service and a pleasant ambience. I will definitely be back.

Very bad table waiters going past with dirty plates etc knocked my husband a few times. Table also hid the fire extinguishers m. Nice staff
